I've been v quiet on this blog recently! I'm back at work again after 5 months on furlough so running has taken a little temporary backseat for now! But I've signed up for a cancer research fundraiser challenge where I'll run 60 miles during September! I'll be sure to track my progress here 😁

Just made quite possibly my new favourite smoothie! I'm writing the recipe so I remember it for next time!
Half a banana
Handful of frozen strawberries
Handful of frozen blueberries
Spoon of oats
Spoon of honey
Half a cup of twinnings raspberry and echinacea tea
A lil glug of soy milk
Blend it all together and enjoy!
