Today, update on ableist therapist

she tried to teach me a new game today, a complex game, I could bearly understand it, I understood some rules but at the end I got upset because I couldn’t process the rules, she said I didn’t want to play by the rules and said im an adult and so I shouldn’t be upset about the rules, and also said it would be different if I was 6 years old but since I’m 16 I shouldn’t get upset, first of all, even though I am 16 years old, my cognitive skills are below of a 16 year old, secondly I have language difficulties and in which I struggle a lot to understand and process language, I struggle so much to learn stuff, just because I’m not 6 years old doesn’t mean I won’t struggle to understand games

It hurt because she laughed at me, literally, she laughed at me because I was upset, like wtf?.

I got sad about spending caregivers money yesterday so I didn’t get printer ink so caregiver is going to buy it today, im going to make a aac folder, putting my aac boards into the folder, I got my voice back but it’s getting harder to put energy into making a new account for td snap, doctor gave me information about FND, I don’t know if I’m diagnosed with it or not, the information was confusing, my symptoms aren’t triggered by anything so confusing, trying to make a td snap board that is accessible for me, making a 3 x 4 pageset with simple words and easy to see

I think my cat special interest disappeared sad, my current special interests are Bluey still and cars (trucks, ambulances, police cars, cars).

It’s been hard trying to do stuff that isn’t my special interest like school work

I’m a mouth breather so my lips are always dry but these past couple of days I haven’t been able to put on lip balm so my lips are cracked and sore, I hate it so much, been trying to fix it but still sore, inside of my mouth has cleared up no more sores from biting so that’s good

I brought like 200 fidget toys but I chose to Stim with my Lego car, taking off and piece and then putting back on than repeat

I got nothing better to do so I’m downloading beta for ipadOS 26, it was pretty easy ( 3 steps) but I somehow got it wrong twice because of dyslexia but idk if I messed up my iPad now…..I tend to mess up technology whenever I have access to the settings

I brought a new drawing board and it’s 10 times bigger than my communication board so I did some drawings and I made a car from Lego and got a squishy dinosaur (showed in the second picture)

Dog ripped out my teddys nose. Ive had my teddy since i was 3. On the verge of a meltdown.

MRI and EEG was normal so suspecting FND which makes a lot of sense since slot of my symptoms match up, did confirm that there is regression, so I'm heavily suspecting FND and autism catatonia.

Doctors said I'm choosing to be non verbal and I can choose to speak when I'm ready.,....WTF!!!!!! I CAN'T PHYSICALLY GET THE RIGHT NOISES OUT OF MY MOUTH TO FORM FREAKING WORDS!!!!! Just because I'm happy doesn't mean I'm choosing to just not speak, I haven't been able to speak for 6 months! Why the hell would I choose that!?

Went to a different town for 2 appointments, went to a place three different times because they forgot to do stuff before we got here, I did over pack again but I'm staying overnight so I didn't know what I needed
