Rain.

I was working on a Prototype uniform for what i thought the general’s unit would wear

but i wasn’t sure how i liked or wanted it to come out so!!

I wanted like a short cape since i imagine the base is in a more rainy and humid environment, like a forrest with a lot of flat range land, the boots and belt because i like how it looks but i mignt change the uppermost of it since it I’m not too sure what to do with it.
