I don't know if anyone will see this but just in case, apologies to the ppl whose accounts I just spent hours reposting/liking everything on.. I hope it didn't overwhelm! I'm just dissociating hard from a major M.E. crash and a very painful, stressful day, and I just really appreciated seeing such important and/or meaningful things to read and look at as distraction (and a way to feel solidarity). Unfortunately, my main way of functioning online is basically always to disappear for months at a time in an isolated, unbearably-lonely-but-too-little-energy-to-even-type-to-friends state, until finally I get The Sudden Rare Burst of Hyperfixation™ that let me read/post/like a ton more all at once, while completely ignoring all my other needs so... yeah... it -will- happen again afiehao rip Anyway... just wanted to put this out there as explanation(?) even if no one hears it.

This NEW study involved 297,920 children and adolescents with SARS-CoV-2 infection and 915,402 without SARS-CoV-2 infection. The study says: “We found that those infected with SARS-CoV-2 exhibited increased risks for a range of post-acute cardiovascular outcomes” These outcomes included: 🔺 hypertension 🔺ventricular arrhythmias 🔺myocarditis 🔺heart failure 🔺cardiomyopathy 🔺cardiogenic shock, 🔺thromboembolism 🔺chest pain, and palpitations, compared to non-infected controls. The study recognises: 🔺Symptom free infections can have lasting impacts. 🔺Post-COVID heart checks may be needed. 🔺Prevention is key , clean air, masks, vaccines, staying home when sick all help. 🔺Long-term monitoring strategies are needed.

needless to say, i am participating in this week’s strike. i will not post about my interests and will only use my platform to spread information about palestine. if you’re seeing this, i encourage you to join as well, in any way you can. even if you can’t do everything, something is better than nothing. It goes from the 18th to the 25th, and this strike concerns all the genocides happenning lately.

The goals of it are: To stand up against genocide worldwide, to spread info and resources for countries in need and to impact the sales of companies profiting off genocide.

How should we do this? By stopping the economic movement during the scheduled time (AKKA buying only the necessary, boycotting and having bought everything before), protesting and contacting your reps, coordinating with your community to stand up against genocide, using social media only to spread awareness during the designed week (by those means, my requests will be closed and those asked before put on schedule), and many more. I highly recommend giving a look at this person's account and informing yourself further. Farewell
