You are a clone
A PC finds a copy of them while exploring a dungeon, the copy is as uncomfortable with the PC as the PC is of the copy. I would make the copy/clone react as the “original” character would.
If the other clone is killed, another might show up. They have no idea of what is happening, and the objective is to make the player go:
Oh shit, am I a clone?
And probably they are.
If they form a bond, and then it seems that they would want to keep exploring together (not caring that they are the same person) the clone is a perfect target for bad things to happen, alerting the players of danger.

The Blood Map
It needs blood once a day, only one drip is enough.
It can be read by anyone, even if the being doesn't know how to read. The map is updated every time it is “recharged”.
If the blood of a monster is used inside a dungeon, the map changes to a map of the dungeon interior.
If torn apart, it can be mended by magic or by being soaked in blood together with the other parts. The pieces torn off still show a map, unless the size is less than 1/4 of the original size.
When smaller, the pieces will show an arrow that points to the biggest piece of the map or the closest one.

You find a sword
Cool, but let's see how it's going.
1) It's broken, you can't use it. Bad luck.
2) It's in bad shape, you can try to use it, but it might break. When attacking, roll 2D8, your damage is equal to the lowest result. You can also use an action to attack using only brute force, breaking the weapon in return. This attack will be 1D8 +2.
3-4) It's not that bad. Normal use. 1D8 damage.
5) Really good sword. 1D8 +2 damage.
6) Excellent sword. Roll 2D8 (Pick the highest result) +2 for your damage.
This is a table for the DM to roll, and there can also be a penalty for the place the PC found the sword. The sword was found in the hands of a fallen monster, then the roll has a -2 to its result. If it's in a common chest, the roll has a -1.
But if the player found a sword on a pile of bodies in the boss room, then let's go with the full D6 roll.

Tumblr, hear me out, please.
Here are some ideas for features on posts for free!*
Tables Why don't we have this? It's probably complicated to make it responsive if the user puts an absurd number of columns and this breaks the layout inside the dashboard and most likely outside on the custom themes too. But we need it. Maybe add a limit on the columns, or we can just scroll to the side to view more content. Please.
Align images It's cool to have the option. When the image is so tiny, it feels weird seeing it alone in the center.
Footnotes Now, this is me being crazy. We can already just leave something with a good old (*) or numbers and write at the end, but just imagine if this was a tool. We could add reference links, descriptions and any extra text that other people could check by hovering with the mouse. Imagine something like a Wikipedia link hover, or just a link that jumps to parts of the post.
Polls (just to get the numbers) and/or Quiz mode Multiple answer mode, and who knows, STEPS? Q: You like big boots? YES/NO A: YES – Goes to next question → Can you lie? If the first answer is NO, it ends. (just an example)
* It doesn't have to be for free, I do love money.
