Well i only created it for marvel and i love being a fangirl and see other people not only sharing but obsessing over my interests, and i guess part of the reason i created it was cause i was going through a rough time back then. I used to be very active before but now I'm over here a lot less cause college has started. I only joined it like a couple of months back, not too long ago as you guys and i really love tumblr obviously but i don't think it was entirely what i expected it to be or i don't know. I thought i would make loads of online friends or i don't know. But still it's really good but also none of my irl friends are here like not. a. single. person. So idk i thought it's a dead app.

Autistic Tony Stark always getting in trouble and being called an asshole because he doesn't sugar coat things and always says what's on his mind. He's always accused of showing off and being rude when in his mind he's just telling the truth. Oh he's missing social cues? It seems to him everyone else are the ones misunderstanding him

Bro is just chilling and he doesn't understand why people get mad when he answers their questions or just informs them of things. Rhodey tries to help him but Tony still doesn't understand why it's even wrong to be straight-forward, personally he thinks everyone should be more like him. Rhodey kind of loves it because he can always trust and believe in Tony, even if he might hurt his feelings

It isn't until Pepper that Tony even finds out he's autistic. She starts reading off questions she got from a psychologist and tells him it's a personality quiz while he works on a car, and casually rings all the bells for ASD. She informs him in hopes he'll be more cooperative and find ways to work around his issues but instead becomes the ultimate ragebaiter and tells Pepper she's being ableist every time she's mad at him for being an asshole (he knows better by now he just stopped caring since everyone expects it of him)

More autistic Tony:

- Skips out on events early and sleeps with women as an excuse to get out of the uncomfortable suits (sensory issues)

- LOVES his armor because it's quiet and dark and gives him constant bodily pressure

- Doesn't have hunger or thirst cues and is always forgetting to take care of himself (this is what his bots and Pepper are for)

- Starts drinking alcohol because he gets loose and isn't missing something in social situations for once. It's the only time he feels "normal"

- When he feels he's on the verge of a meltdown will leave and go down to his lab and put it on lockdown mode. Loud music and tinkering usually helps him, but sometimes he just needs to freak out and break some things

- Stims constantly. Usually with his holograms, cars, any loose tech. Will grab a nearby toaster and start taking it apart during casual conversations. Once Obadiah was making him really uncomfortable during a board meeting so he took apart the espresso machine and by the time they were done he just left it there in pieces. Always has a screwdriver in his pocket

- Used to get smacked by Howard for being "weird" or crying easily as a kid, so he masks his meltdowns really well/unhealthily. This is why most of his stims now just look like tinkering, because he wasn't allowed to do anything else growing up

- Terrible at eye contact. Either does it too much because he's concentrating on being normal and isn't sure how to do it naturally, or forgets he's supposed to and doesn't make eye contact at all

- Black and white thinking, high sense of justice. He takes things personally and intensely, making it hard to maintain relationships. All or nothing with him—best friend or enemy

- His important routines include shaving everyday, being near/in his suits, and always having access to his AI. Gets extremely anxious when he can't contact Jarvis/Friday and always has backups incase something happens to them. Part of why he was so uncomfortable in Iron Man 3 was not having his suit or Jarvis

- Built the arc reactor immediately not just because it was more sustainable but because the car battery was setting off his sensory issues and he couldn't concentrate on anything but the feeling

The avengers never really realised that tony used to wear a mask of being the genius flamboyant playboy who only cares about himself and himself only. Part of the reason was, he wore it so well. But beneath all the layers was a kind-hearted man who doesn't think he's worthy of anything good.

Tony stark is just a vulnerable, kind man hiding behind a mask and that's his armour way before iron man is, because people have tried to use him, kill him and have him kidnapped and tortured.

But frankly only a few people see this, pepper and rhodey.

Loving pepper is a very important thing for tony s arc cause he now he can actually believe there's someone who loves him just for who he is and not for what tony stark is. He's actually suprised that pepper loves him but he takes it.

But steve rogers to the end thought he was still the same old narcissist playboy idk why, he proved himself in all the movies till date. He's always been ready to sacrifice himself Without a second thought cause he thinks he's living on borrowed time and he's not worthy of a happy life.

I think they all realised that in the end but look at how selfishly steve went back to time using the time machine *TONY* created for bringing back the people they've lost. Like the sheer audacity.

After treating him like absolute crap for almost 10 years he does this.

WHO'S THE HERO?

You tell me.

I love the glimpses we get of the insecure, vulnerable Tony Stark. Not domesticated Endgame Tony, but when the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist with all his ostentation and selfishness cracks and he reveals his humanity

When Yinsen is asking about his family and Tony just looks so shy and sheepish when admitting, no, he doesn't have anyone. Because Yinsen can look beyond the wealth and fame and actually see how little Tony has. And it's shameful; Tony wants to be loved and worth something to someone. The showboating man actually looked small for once

Or when Rhodey comes to check on him as he's dying of polladium poisoning and he's too tired to put up a front. Who looks up at his best friend with blank, tired eyes, who needs help to walk. Before the mask gets pulled back down and he says I know what I'm doing and I don't need your help

Who's faced with an 89% percent concentration of poison in his body and can't quite pull it together enough when alone with Natasha. Nat flirts openly, willingly, speaks softly of dirty innuendos and with teasing touches, and Tony pulls away. Coughs awkwardly and ignores them. Asks what to do with his last time on Earth because he's scared. And then the next scene he's laughing, touching her, drinking and boasting. Flaunting his prowess, chasing women. Puts up a front well enough to fool the Black Widow

Tony who can't take anything seriously. Who pokes at a potential rage monster, teases Gods, smirks at the American Hero and makes fun of his outfit. Who's thought of as a joke, a self-centered manchild who thinks he knows better than everyone else. But then. But then Steve asks "first time you've lost a soldier?" and Tony "we are not soldiers." comes out. For just a split second you see his pain and fear. Maybe it's less about knowing better and more about not wanting to see anyone, his friends, die. He isn't made for that even if it's supposedly the "right thing to do"

By the time Tony sacrifices himself in Avengers and wakes up under his teammates' watchful eyes and immediately starts joking about shawarma and homosexuality, they understand. They understand that this is all some big act. That Tony is kind, selfless, worried and insecure. That he wants what he doesn't have and pretends he wants what he does. The women and fame and the pompous attitude all boil down to his softness and kindness being beaten out of him as a child. But it's still there, as much as he tries to hide it with humour and bad manners. He's soft and he cares

He was obviously about to call steve rogers when he realised this was bigger than this, but he was a few seconds late cause maw already arrived on earth

Tbh I don't really understand the purpose of Tony yelling at Steve in Endgame, after he got back from space.

Like the whole "you weren't there" doesn't really make a lot of sense because well, he didn't call him. And what's Steve supposed to do? Know exactly when something is going wrong?

I suppose maybe it wasn't supposed to make sense, be an example of Tony being frazzled and near dead and hurt, but still. Even with the three hour run time, I can't feel like we wasted time on that outburst.

I was like how do i tell her, i cry myself to sleep almost every night thinking about how much toxic my house is and what they've done to me.

I normally don't post about my life, but for once i thought i will since there's no one i can tell this too. Idk if people care about this but just wanted to put it out here.
