As a history major, it is TERRIFYING to me that we are not more concerned with what is happening right now in the world. (I should say, being Canadian, this is acerbated by Trump’s very concerning talk of annexing my country). But when we say history repeats itself, it’s not just a saying, there ARE patterns in history that repeat themselves and are warning signs. Right now, there’s so many that all I can think about is that it’s only a question of time before it all blows up.

I really hope I’m proven wrong and that things will turn around, but I honestly doubt it. And I think we should be vary aware of what is happening

They don't tell you how painfully long and hard it is to search good articles and sources in history. I just started my second year of history in uni and here I am, crying over a damn historiographical source that I can't find but I KNOW it's in there somewhere. Semester started 2 weeks ago

I guess now is as good as any time to announce that I won't be posting otome related content anymore. It's already been a few months since I've posted any otome content to start with, but I feel it's important to at least say it clearly, as this blog was mainly about it. I've decided that I didn't want to play those games or write about them anymore. It is what I feel is the right thing to do for me.

I won't delete anything that I've already posted, as I am proud of my work and they represent hours of work! There just won't be any more.

sorry to say this so bluntly but a lot of you have so much to complain about content wise from ghost when their last album drop was only 2 years ago (which I know feels like forever in the era of instant gratification, but for bands, that's like yesterday), and since then we've had a million tour dates AND a movie AND a new song AND two new music videos AND a movie soundtrack with MULTIPLE exclusive variants AND a ghost drop AND a shitton of new merch. so like when I see people complaining that there's no new tour schedule yet or how we don't know who papa 5 is yet or how the movie soundtrack is missing a handful of songs or whatever it really does annoy the hell out of me because it's very clear none of you have ever been an actual fan of a band before this era where everyone is expected to drop another 2 minute long slop song fest for just long enough to call it an album every 3 months. I know a bit of it is lighthearted but if you've ever been in the comment section of any of ghosts official pages my fucking god the entitled whining is embarrassing
