i often use the skin details below:

okruee misc. | nesurii little details | nexus nose overlay 1 , 2 | miiko lips overlay and corner | miiko eyeshape | tamo eyebag | sims3melancholic highlight | lighting overlay

(eyes, sides of the nose and lips are darker than the rest of the face)

also i'm always switching between preset 1 , preset 2 , preset 3 & preset 4 and editing them. for the dark outlines just add "Comic" effect and soften it (GSHADE).

i feel like i didn't explain it well, so if you need something else just let me know <3
