This is Atsuoni & Hiyaoni, a pair of former theme park and performance robots repurposed for combat by Dr. Voss after they were tossed aside after too many complaints about their somewhat frightful appearance.

Atsuoni, the red oni, breathes fire and is weak to water; Hiyaoni, the blue oni, blows freezing air and is weak to high voltage or lightning.

They attack in rotations of running across the screen and jumping back to the other while shooting balls of fire/ice at you. Every third interval, they stop on opposite ends of the room and charge up their elemental attacks before firing an inferno/blizzard from their mouths; it's advised to time your jump so the elemental beams aren't horizontal, as they'll be much harder to avoid otherwise.

Meet Mr. Maker! an industrial toy manufacturing machine that makes robots from recycled materials poured into its mouth. It was modified to make combat robots and as a security measure by Dr. Twister when he took over the toy factory.

It fires bouncing ball projectiles from its cannon arm and when its fed scrap or other materials, it produces a freshly-made robot; wheeled, quadrupedal, or robots with treads come from its base while aerial or spry bipedal robots pop out of its belly compartment.

The wind-up key on top of its head is its weakpoint. Throwing bombs in his mouth when it opens deals double damage.

A Gashabon is a cost-effective bombing robot that runs toward any given target and detonates when their timer counts down to zero.

This is a Levivom, a security robot with its limiter removed that drops energy bombs on enemies that pass beneath it.

This is a Gabeatal, originally an environmental restoration robot that eats inorganic materials like plastic and other garbage, now modified by Dr. Twister to gather materials and attack cyborgs and other robots with its sharp chops.

This robot is called a Bokkan, a Dr. Twister original made for runnin' n' gunnin'.

This is a Bulblin, a robot with a high-intensity light bulb in its mouth made for illuminating dark, unsafe passageways, modified and weaponized to flashbang, stunning you for 3 seconds. if you're jumping over pits, take care of these little guys quickly!

This is Garbubba, a trash-eating robot modified for combat that walks up to you and upchucks projectiles at you.

This is a Bii-Po, a security robot with red lights on its belly and for its cheeks that flash whenever they see an intruder, flailing their arms wildly going "BII-POH-BII-POH"

Their (in-universe) designer couldn't think of a name for them, so they just named this model after the noise they make when alert

This robot is a Chipanchi. It slings out its stretchy arms and punches you.

made a new profile banner for myself
