YAOI JUMPSCARE!

Why is it that my favourite thing about the last 3 fandoms I've been in are a random gay ship. First Scollace, then Narumitsu, now Kawoshin. There's a pattern here... Anyway these ships are eating at my brain like roaches constantly.

Thing is, I haven't even watched up to episode 24 of EVA yet. I saw one edit on tiktok and my brain went holy shit. gays. time to yell at anyone who flirts with Shinji unless it's Kaworu.

Miles Edgeworth and Maya Fey are actually very similar people who reacted to very similar trauma very similarly. It’s just that Edgeworth’s Emotional Repression Trauma Coping Mechanisms manifest outwardly in a very ‘conceal don’t feel’ way, while Maya Fey's coping is like “If I stop being a goofy memequeen for even a moment I will have to face the Horrors again and then I will die!”

People have probably said this before but the fact that phoenix is sorry to miles for "all he's put him through " for the past 8 years - the angst ??? The 8 year interactions between miles and phoenix????? And trucy ???? I'm going insane , I NEED TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED -

I need phoenix shutting miles out and miles not letting him go (no matter how much phoenix insists that he leaves him just like he did before ) , I need miles acting sad and helpless, insisting that he needs phoenix's help but of course he knows that phoenix can tell when he lies so he'd phrase everything in a way that absolutely made it seem like he needed phoenix and no-one else . I need to see miles buying everything for phoenix and trucy and shrugging it off (or paying in advance and pretending things are free) I need to see trucy grow fond of miles when she sees him shaking on the plane during turbulence (she'd need to hold his and phoenix's hands since phoenix is afraid of heights) . I need to see miles get jealous when phoenix starts drinking with kristoph (he doesn't know that phoenix is just keeping him close to keep himself safe) I need to see - (I could go on forever) - we were robbed!! Robbed !!!!

Pleading with Miles to get the tape for her and rewind it back to the beginning and just bouncing next to him as he sighs and gets it all ready for her (this is one of the rare occasions where she can be FULLY excited for something and not worry about sitting still and immerse herself in it)

Sometimes she makes Miles play the villainous dad who won’t let his daughter keep the wild horse (and we won’t talk about symbolism hahahaha… ha… sigh)

Franziska tried to cheer Miles up by giving him her favorite toys 🥺

HC: Miles really struggled coping with his trauma, especially when he first moved to the von Karma home. He would stay awake as long as he could just to not have nightmares, but it would make it harder for him when he was awake. There are times where he would be non-verbal and shut down for a while. Franziska would try to help, but she's like around 2 years old 😭 She would just surround him with toys and sleep next to him. (She tried talking to him, but he usually doesn't respond or she notices that it upsets him more) For this scene, Miles eventually grabs pillows and a blanket to nap on the floor with Franziska 🤲💕💕

I was going to draw Manfred, too, but Idk what to draw specifically. I assume that he also tries to help Miles with coping and stuff. As in, he throws money at the situation to fix it-- 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ I wanna make a post about my Manfred headcanons sometime 👁👁

[This is my favorite Klavier fic. It has everything a girl could want: exploration of the small glimpses we got of whatever the hell is going on with Klavier Gavin (& his brother) in aa4, resolution on Klav and Phoenix's relationship, and the best fake Gavinners song & album titles I've ever had the pleasure to read. If nothing else, read this one for this line:

There's no accounting for taste.

[I've read this one multiple times, and it's still the Definitive Phoenix Fic in my head. This is the culmination of his development throughout the games that I had wanted so badly, and for that it has the absolute highest honors a fanfic can get in my head. 10000/10]
