Mob psycho is such an underrated anime. From the animation to the plot, the characters. It's just a really good show.

I didn't like Eddie munson. His character was so unnecessary to the plot. I dont get what he was in this season for, the most impactful thing he did was die. And i didnt even really care that much when he did, they didnt develope his character enough for that.

Even if they had decided to focus on Eddie more, which would have been a terrible idea. I still don't understand the reasoning behind them adding a character who was just going to die at the end of the season.

Now some people may be thinking "what about bob?" I bawled my eyes out when bob died. And i think thats because his sacrifice actually meant something. When Eddie sacrificed himself, he was just being stupid. There was no reason for him to sacrifice himself. Him and dustin had already done what they were supposed to do. Bob on the other hand didnt want to die. Without him mike, will, Joyce and hopper would not have made it out alive. So when he died right as he was about join the others he helped, it meant something.

When Eddies character was introduced i thought he was bully, his character was annoying and he served no purpose to the plot other than being a suspect for the murders. I feel like they tried to make his death sadder than it was. I was annoyed they had Max share her death scene with him. She deserved that scene to herself. Calebs acting was phenomenal and it felt cheap that they had Eddie die at the same time.
