It is different for everyone. I can only tell you what I've experienced. I finally let go when I realised that I am already in my dr and the physical manifestation of it doesn't matter at all. I felt happy knowing that shifting is a mental choice and not something you need to see outside of you.

There are no rules on how you decide to let go.
