Resource for systems: Note Taking AI

I started using this program months ago for school, and it has been so helpful for us! I’m very prone to dissociating in class or just having trouble taking notes, and due to memory loss I’ll completely forget a lecture. This program is able to take an audio recording of whatever you need recorded, doctor’s appointments, lectures, meetings, etc., and turns them into summarized notes! If you have trouble taking notes I highly recommend giving this a try.

App recommendations for systems: Daylio

Since our old host discovered our system in early 2020, we have tried out a lot of different journaling methods, both digital and physical, and Daylio is the one that we have enjoyed the most! It’s easy to log who is fronting and you can get a lot of interesting stats about your system.

In Daylio, you can create activities, which you can then select from when writing out a journal entries. I use this to log what alters had fronted that day.

I also use it for symptom tracking, where I can turn my symptoms into activities too.

And it makes it easy is visual your symptoms! For example, here are the days in March when we experienced brain fog. (The days with rings are the days we experienced the symptoms.)

Its main original purpose is for mood tracking. You can select your mood whenever you write a journal entry, and the moods can be displayed in charts as well!

This app has helped us a lot, so I wanted to recommend it! And I’m happy to answer any questions.
