#5 in my fangan roster, Nao Katahara, the Ultimate Moneylender!
Though she was born blind, she's exceptionally capable, intelligent, and tactful.
She's offered countless loans ever since she learned the ways of finance, and always collects what she is owed. Always.

And now for the forth of my fangan: Haru Sera, the Ultimate Gardener.
He was probably my personal fave of the last draft. I've got plans for him.

Introducing Suzu Ekoichi, The Ultimate Thief!
Out of all my previous fangan characters, she's easily been the most popular one. She'll steal your heart... and your wallet.

"No matter what a fictional character does or says, it's just fiction to the outside world."
"..."
"... right?"

How nuts would it be if Junko, even as a fictional character, could still spread her despair and ruin lives?
I think about it a lot.

Introducing another OC of mine: Yasuko Kosaka!
Her talent was earned after she recorded a paranormal encounter and uploaded it online; the contents of which were rather hard to refute. Ever since, she's been pursuing the paranormal, and won't stop until she proves ghosts are real.
Of course, her talent is often seen as 'silly' and 'fake', even by other Ultimates, but for those who do share her interests, she makes fast friends with.
She doesn't put much stock in legends, however; only raw, incontrovertible data. She often carries tools of the trade in her backpack, like tape recorders or small mounted cameras.

D&D Characters I've played based* on Danganronpa Characters
(* As in, loosely inspired by. Note that these characters served as a starting point, as they turn into their own individuals as the games go.)
Zota Kallivus (changeling artificer) based on Kazuichi. Good with machines, of course, but also with a deep-seeded imposter syndrome. The changeling is actually impersonating a skilled inventor and is trying really hard not to be found out.
Evelyn Tuallia (high elf rogue) based on Tsumugi. A seamstress in deep debt, trying to save her boutique by becoming an assassin for hire. Highly skilled with weaver's tools and disguise kits; uses her high charisma to seem unassuming and inconspicuous when she needs to.
Katya Rainheart (human barbarian) based on Sonia. I figured making her a regular noble would be too on-the-nose, so I went with a different route: She's the daughter of a barbarian chieftain with an affinity for animals. Think Red Sonja with the personality of Snow White.
I also have a friend who played an Ibuki-based Aasimar Bard for a few sessions.

This was just gonna be a warmup doodle, but I got carried away.

Hundred Line Tierlist Time

Alright, I think I've played enough Hundred Lines to form an opinion on it. I've finished one of the routes the other day, so minor spoilers.
Most of the game's choices revolve around a one-or-the-other choice. Do you do A, or do you do B? Do you choose to do the thing, or choose not to?
That's expected for any of the 'choices matter' type of game, but there's something of an oversight.
Takumi's should retain memories between the different timelines, like he did when he used it for the first time.
So if you go down a certain route and learn [Important Fact 1], you should, in theory, be able to take that knowledge back and share it. But you don't.
In the route that I finished, dubbed the "Slasher Route", there's a mysterious figure killing the students. After one of the choices, you find out who the slasher is! Hooray!
But when you do the other option of that previous choice, Takumi doesn't mention that at all. Which kinda leads me to believe there is an option that comes "first" so it makes sense for you to play it for the second option. But if you play them out of order, Takumi's knowledge of events doesn't make sense.
If it were up to me (even though it never will be), I'd make the game not around "choices" where the timelines diverge, but key moments where you act with previous knowledge.
Instead of choosing to "Push the attacker" or "Kick the attacker", the divergence is unlocked after you learn their identity the first time, and upon replaying it, can call them out ahead of time for a new outcome alltogether.
I dunno.

So I didn't post these at the time, but I worked on two mini-zines; an Ibuki-themed one that redraws the Ult. Musician as various album covers (in my case, Dio's Holy Diver), and a Mikan zine, where I was itching to draw a good ol' beach scene.

How well they’d fit in Hundred Line

I gotta say, Hundred Line Character designs make DR characters look tame.

*Snorts cheeto dust* Okay OKAY LISTEN. Listen.
Kirumi's execution, right? It's based on an old Japanese fable, right? You know the one. Kumo no Ito. That's why Kirumi has the spider imagery; it's foreshadowing the 'thread' she climbs up. But the think about that fable is that it's not really a 1-to-1 with Kirumi. I think there's a much better metaphor: The Sword of Damocles.
For those who don't know, the sword basically represents the danger of authority: It's held aloft by a single hair. Of course the de facto Prime Minister would also had a figurative sword looming over her this whole time. The fate of the nation hanging by a spider's thread.
Damocles gave up the power he wished for to avoid the sword, but for Kirumi, it'd be different. She stays, because she has to. She *must* fulfill her duty. The thread snaps, the sword falls. The price of power.
