Painted my insulin pens! Chaos emeralds for fast acting on the right, and stary night for long acting on the left.

I made them very different color wise so I wouldn’t mix them up on accident lol

I have the libre 3 plus and sadly I won’t skip warm up no matter how long it is left in for. It’s cool that the g7 does that though!

Hey t1diabetes tumblr (if you exist) I found out that if you have a dexcom g7 and you put it on like 30 minutes before you actually start it from the app it skips the warm up thing immediately and goes straight to reading your bg so !! :] not sure if it works with other cgms like the libre but it probably should seeing as it’s the same basic principle

I wanna try making some low carb French toast, but the main problem is the maple syrup.

So far my ideas are

- jam

- a small measured out amount of maple syrup

- agave nectar

- chocolate peanut butter

- peanut butter
