akaashi keiji is easily one of the funniest haikyuu characters. after you meet him you spend sooo long thinking hes the cool, level headed setter who has to deal with bokuto and his moods, thinking 5 steps ahead solely to emotionally manipulate bokuto into playing his best and this is just how it is with fukurodani. and then you find out he doesnt have to do that, he just chooses to for fun.

but thats brushed over so fast you dont really have time to understand how much of a disaster he is until fukurodanis quaterfinals match at nationals when this guy walks onto court already spiralling playing 5d time travel chess against his shadow shelf. doesnt even think abt doing the psychological attacks most teams do during the match, just has an interal struggle that hasnt been seen since light vs l from death note. insane guy. pefrctly matches bokutos weirdness. freek4freak for real. i adore akaashi

a bit of story time: actually i wasnt planning on checking tumblr anytime soon bc ive been busy with work these past few weeks but on one ordinary day, i happen to catch on a notification from ao3 that said "please continue this" on a work i did 2 years ago and EVERYTHING, EVERY MEMORY came rushing back like a tidal wave. from there, i started rereading my previous works and I AM SHOCK LIKE... giirlll?? anyway, long story short i am planning on writing again (and scrolling) because i figured this is one of the things i couldnt just let go. sure, i won't be posting almost every day like i used to but i'll be here almost every day
