Agreed. I think there are mixed feelings about it in the industry. Some people have sold their rights to recreate their likeness (Bruce Willis included I think? But don't quote me on it) and others don't want that. It's being put in celebs' wills now, Robin Williams was one of the first IIRC--I think against recreation but not sure.
