I saved drawing the LCARS until pretty much last and I had a lot of fun with it. My favorite part is Ensign Kerman's display--like, I was just in pure joy while drawing it, rare self-love win.

The three visible OCs are Ens. Eyeless Iris, a Kanopian from Final Space (created by my friend who also goes by Iris; I haven't seen Final Space myself), Ens. Lisdolin Kerman, a Kerbal from Kerbal Space Program (my own OC), and at the console in the final panel on the first page is Ens. Velik, a Vulcan OC created by my friend Jenny, who I have drawn before.

Captain Freeman: "Ensign Kerman, set a course. Warp me, factor two."

Tendi: "Amazing! The rainbow magnetodisk of the gas giant is interfering with the warp coils! The superjovian magnetic dynamo seems to be interacting with some kind of minor moon made of Dilithium & Verterium to produce a weak static warp field, so the warp drive can't couple to normal space."

Freeman: "Then give me maximum impulse."

Kerman: "Aye captain. ETA is 10 hours 34 minutes, but we clear the magnetodisk in 15 minutes."

Panel 2: The Cerritos flies by the viewer. We can see its slower-than-light impulse engines on the bottom of the saucer emitting the plume of gas, but one of the six clusters of the impulse engine is dim, with only three of its six thrusters lit up.

Panel 3: We zoom in on the starboard set of impulse engines, and see that the dim segment seems to be lighting up more of its engines.

Panel 4: Zoomed in a little more, and now all 18 visible engines are now lit up. But one of them, impulse engine Starboard Beta-3, has a dirty exhaust plume and is emitting sparks.

A/N: Do you have to have read Fast Forward to understand this? Nope, but I highly recommend if you are looking for a binge read. But I'm going to give you some things you do need to know. My Riley is married to Liam with four kids: Ellie, (12) Adam (11), Jaiden (5), and Liberty (4). My Riley also has an identical twin sister Taylor that's living in Cordonia now. (They were separated at birth and my Riley was adopted. ) Taylor and Maxwell are married. Other People you will see:

Nico: Riley's Guard married to Angelica (Ana), Riley's assistant. Nico and Ana have one daughter together Iris, (9 months) and Nico has a child from a previous relationship Nicolai (Nic) (age 13).

Taylor and Maxwell have identical twin daughters Lily and Violet (age 2)

A/N2: I had read a few of the father's day fics that have come across my dash, and I just finished mine this afternoon and was starting the proofing process on my own when I found @debramcg1106 had posted her's already and we both have a slightly similar situation with children getting undressed. So I ran my story by her, and she was okay with it.

A/N:  This is very special to me.  So please be kind.  I’m writing this as a tribute story to my Riley FC, the late Cheslie Kryst, in a way to deal with my grief which has almost been consuming my life.  I started following her in 2019 when I was watching the Miss USA pageant.  I rooted for her immediately.  Not only was she from my home state, but she was just this bright twinkling light on stage, she was a minority, like me. So when I came to the fandom in January 2020 and started writing stories for TRR I picked her as my Riley FC because she embodied what I wanted my “Riley” character to be.  Even in her untimely passing, I am still finding out more about her life and I have written her pretty accurately, even down to having depression.  So I will say it again.  If you need help please reach out.

I don't care what anyone says, words hurt, and can do more damage than a physical bully. The more and more I read about her, the sadder I feel for her, that she really felt alone, her outwardly confident exterior , she had material wealth and appeared to "have it all", she was dealing with and was hiding so much pain and hurt inside.

I can't even begin to formulate words to convey the anger and hurt I feel. I thought she was beautiful, graceful, intelligent, and poised. A true Queen. To see people trolled and talked about her this way makes me sad for humanity. And that she deleted all the negative comments. As an avid follower of hers, for years I never once saw a negative comment. That must have been emotionally exhausting for her.

This world already feels darker without your light Beautiful Queen.

Rest In Peace Cheslie Kryst

Update 1/31/22

If you have been following me for a bit know that  Cheslie  was my face claim that I used for my original “Riley” character for my TRR writing and series.  Sadly, news reports are coming in from New York, she took her own life today.  And I cried, and I’m still crying. 

Is it silly that part of me feels like I know her, as I’ve been writing about her, in this world for the past two years?  That there are tears in my eyes for her feeling that she had nothing left but to do this final act, you can’t erase, and I feel for her family, and friends, and fans out there, that all feel like the world is a little darker today already without her here. 

Cheslie, even though I didn’t personally know you, I feel like I did because I’ve been writing  you for over two years, of how I perceived you to be.  In all the social media I saw of you, I perceived you to be confident, funny, kind, and a little bit goofy but also goal oriented,  a strong  woman.  My hope for you is that you have finally found peace.  I wish you would have seen yourself, the way I saw you and wrote you. I miss you already and I never met you in real life. 

We have to do better as people, to see the signs and check in on each other, I would have never thought, this would be her fate from her life that she had lived and social media presence.  You never know what people are struggling with under the surface. You think that they have it all, but they feel that they are missing something crucial.

If you are feeling lost or hurt please reach out to your friends or family or someone that can help.  Please get help.   People will miss you if you’re gone, people you might not even realize. I read that 93% of people that survive a suicide attempt say they regret the choice they made, after they made it, but then, it's too late. Please get help if you need it.

I don't really know many others who have multiple OCs for Skyrim, so if you see this post and wanna do it go for it! Tpy can tag me of you want. I wouldn't have seen this game had I not been tagged.

Favourite OC: Gotta be my main girl Chantilly Leice. She's the most developed story-wise and she's multi-faceted. Glitters-like-Stars is another fav too. Corveau the Reaper might be a third fav due to her interesting story & the situation she's in.

Newest OC: Cassata, a Dunmer I made on my newest save, named after an Italian cake. Besides the name and colour scheme, I don't have anythin story-wise planned for her yet. I know what factions and stuff I want to do, but backstory and all the character traits are blank right now. I think I want her to be a Boethia fangirl and worshipper of Sithis.

Oldest OC: Dyce. A Skyrim DB I can't play with cause all her save data got erased in some freak incident. I don't even remember making it to Bleak Falls Barrow on her save, I remember thinking the game must want me to go there since I only had the Golden Claw quest and getting horribly lost. Chantilly Leice was made years after Dyce as her 'redo'.

Meanest: Soleil just being herself. I don't really have any mean OCs, like ones that will insult you unprovoked. I have some evil characters but 'mean' wouldn't be one of the first words others use to describe them. Soleil just isn't friendly and she's a bit crass. Besides Sorcha, her cousin, not many can get over her RBF and blunt and dry comments. Even Isran admits she's a bit hard to work with due to her anti-social personality. She only wants to socialize with the bare minimum to get the job done, everything else is unnecessary and a waste of time and breath. Sorcha is the only other person Soleil allows to be in her company, thou even Sorcha themself doesn't entirely know why.

Softest: Ginseng Thorn-Summons is most outwardly soft in her actions; she gives second chances when people probably don't deserve them (not criminals just people of bad character). She gives everyone the benefit of the doubt, thinks the best of them before the worse even when being told the worse by others and she wants to think everyone is capable of good. There's nothing *wrong with the way she thinks, everyone should have a healthy bit of optimism, but for Ginseng, she doesn't have a healthy bit of pessimism until she gets burned or her trust betrayed. Her mostly disregard for people's not so good traits opens her up for others to take advantage of her kindness and generosity.

Glitters-like-Stars and Chantilly Leice are the most 'secretive' softest thou. They'll pay debts for older people who can't pay it themselves, or maybe just someone on hard times, without asking for compensation or acknowledgment. They'll assist others without payment for the betterment of the situation (unless that person is being a dick about it).

Most aloof/standoffish: Soleil. Besides her cousin, she doesn't make an effort to talk others unless she has to, or the 'conversation' is just buying somethin from a shopkeep and leaving. Chantilly Leice used to be standoffish when she was younger, (20s and below) but she was also very un-trusting so that played a part in it. Even still, she would talk to others like Guild and faction members without being rudely short in conversation like how Soleil is.

Dumbest (affectionate): Vanta Iris. She has the capacity to make intelligent decisions, she's not dumb as in 2+2=3 but she doesn't think things throu. She'd much rather rush in then stop to make a plan. She thinks hard not smart.

Jethro is intelligent, thinks smart not hard, but he likes the chaos of being a lil dumb sometimes.

OC I'd probably be friends with: I always find this question weird cause I don't see myself being friends with almost any of my OCs. I have several vampire OCs, but that doesn't mean I would be friends with a vampire normally or approve of their lifestyle in a real world setting with real world consequences.

So assuming I was plopped in the world of Skyrim and followed the same idiosyncrasies, rules, thoughts and world set up as NPCs or even my own NPC, Electra. Socialable, knows when to draw the line, not hard to talk to, plays nice with others until you piss her off. She's not typically a petty person and she'll tell you straight away what's on her mind rather than beating around the bush or saying one thing to your face but cursing you out behind your back.

how does your oc feel about their new outfit? do they like it? do they feel uncomfortable in it?

Ivy: She doesn’t hate it necessarily. She’s always wanted a pretty dress. However, it doesn't mean that she's not messing with it the whole time. Come on, she's not doing this to impress anyone, why couldn't she get a cape with this at least?! Oh. Oh, wait. She stops fiddling with her dress immediately after meeting Rollo and seeing his assistant.

how does your oc feel after everything that happened? do they cry? are they mad at rollo? do they want to go home as soon as they can or they want to stop this madness even if it takes some time?

Ivy: She just wants to go to sleep, to be honest. Ivy is not the type of person to want to process her emotions after something big. She wants to go home and work. She buries her feelings in her work and interacting with other people. In her mind, she's thinking, "Why should I try to stop this madness when he's the one that started all of this?" She isn't mad at him but she will be if she's forced to clean up his mess. Ivy doesn't believe in sitting down to analyze one's emotions and sort through them, she thinks that it's a waste of time when she could be doing literally anything else. (Probably texts Vil and says, "LMAOOOOOOOOO GUESS WHO ALMOST GOT KILLED so if I die, whatever you do, find me a husband and tell him I loved him!!!!")

what does your oc think about rollo? what was their first thought when they saw him? do they trust him?

Ignis: The first thing he thinks is, “What did Iris tell me when she was telling me goodbye?” And the thing she said was not to trust the new people (well, she said it with a lot of curse words in between). Therefore, he does not trust him. He looks at his bangs and he’s horrified, he genuinely wants to ask who cut them. He thinks Rollo needs some sleep or at least something to lighten up.

what are they most excited about? is it the festival, the food, new places to explore, meeting new people, maybe they can't wait to dance with a particular character?

Ignis: He cooks. He will eat. And he gets to spend time with Colette! They never spend time together, now that he thinks about it, so this is a great opportunity for both of them to hang out. He doesn't really dance with anyone, to be honest, because Medi's not there and he's going >:(, and in his mind, he's literally saying, "I should've dragged her here." But he does dance with Colette (and tells Titus on the phone: "BRO, THIS IS STRICTLY PLATONIC, I SWEAR ON MY COLLECTION OF ROCKS WITH GOOGLY EYES--" "Ignis, it is past 9 pm. I am asleep. Just make sure she doesn't run off, she tends to do that a lot."

do they actually want to learn more about the city of flowers or they just think of this as a fun school trip? are they serious about it or they just want to chill?

Onyx: He’s chilling! Of course, there is no chill with NRC but he’s doing his best. Also, he gets to see Val again so that’s always fun. He literally has a database in his head that could tell him everything he wants to know about the city of flowers but he ignores it deliberately. The only thing he does do is go around to taste the bread. The bread better make him want more or he'll think that this trip is a waste of time. Bring the beat in? Nah, more like bring the bread in.

do they try to help everyone else or they go "every man for himself" and care about their own well-being the most?

Onyx: Ah well, call him selfish but he’s only helping out specific people because fire terrifies him. It reminds him of too many bad memories but part of him is yelling to help out, especially since Valkyrie is the most at risk. He still remembers what Val did for him and he feels as though he owes part of his life to her. Who would he be if he didn't help her when she's literally on the verge of dying? He doesn't worry about anyone else, they can all save themselves but this is the first time he's since Val in a long time and she's going to die? He will save her, although he'll be terrified the whole time.

Character: She is very protective of the Queen, even if she knows her friend can handle her agenda much better than her. She still displays protectiveness and bravery to assure safety of her mistress. Many hates her for being so informal with heir to the kingdom. Harlow is loyal to her and only her, if she hears something that may potentially harm the Queen, she will deal with it in the way most suitable. That's why many people mistakenly think of her as being not trust worthy. To add salt to the wound her way of speaking bluntly, sometimes very sarcastically and always with the use of strong language, is not helping her image. Only a few know of her true worth and how great of a companion she is. She her self is proud of who she is, always is holding her head high. There are many that hate her, but still they are afraid. Her way of speaking is not random turn of events or stubbornness, it displays the power of The SIN hidden inside of her. The SIN of WRATH. No one dares to touch her in fear of her vengeance and becoming a scapegoat. No matter how much one hates her... Try not to be fooled! From the very beginning of her birth, she was kept in a secluded place were many teachers taught her knowledge of the world and how to control her emotions. It's nearly impossible to make her angry to the point of blowing up... yes "nearly" and it is something that everyone is keeping at the back of their minds.

Backstory: For as long as she remembers, she was living in a secluded area. With a beautiful house on a peaceful meadow surrounded by a dense forest. Those woods were a border that she could never cross. It sometimes made her frustrated that she lived basically in a cage. The only other residents were a nanny, a maid and the teachers. Apparently the staff was appointed by the king himself. Their role was to teach Harlow about the world outside the border, but also how to manage the power of sin inside her. Harlow's emotions were playing a big role in her development, because her Sin was one of the most destructive of all. The Sin of WRATH. Teachers taught her every day how to keep her emotions in check.�� She was constantly irritated by the fact the she could not leave this place. In the end her built up anger and frustration bubbled up causing a huge outburst of her power. The border kept it inside the ring of verdant trees. Unfortunately everything within the boarder perished. After waking back to reality April understood how destructive she was. Shortly after the King built her another house in the same place, but from that moment on Harlow was living alone. Picking up food from the gate, teachers were coming to her but leaving before the sunset. None having any friendly conversation and only concentrated on her emotional management. She was truly alone. One day everything changed after the gate opened and from the gate came a small, bright child, that from afar looked like she just learned to walk. After her came many people to assist this little child. While nearing her, Harlow noticed that every step she took had an unusual grace, while her whole demeanor was refreshing. At some point the child stood right in front of Harlow, the child looked her up and down and said "Her. I want her to be my knight." That day Harlow April was released from her prison.
