Anyway, I firmly believe Twist isn't a real life person but rather a hero from a short story that the Stinewriter wrote in a hurry to help in stopping Slappy which is why Stinewriter is out of ink at the very start of the game and why Twist seemingly knows about the opening sequence despite not being there and why they just suddenly appeared in the middle of Stine's study despite almost all the doors being locked and the movers stacking the boxes so weird that at the start of the game they block the path to get downstairs meaning Twist couldn't have gotten inside his study via normal means.
