I know my Ask will not literally help you physically but I just hope it'll make you believe that you're not alone and I'm with you spiritually and will always be ✨️. Take as much time you need but pls don't ever shut yourself out . And as a survivor of panic attack the worst you can do is not letting your voice out . It Hurts so much I know... It'll feel like all of the doors are being closed and you're getting suffocated but you yourself have to be strong enough to overcome it . Believe me you yourself are your biggest helper. As long as you're not helping yourself no one will ... it's sad but true. And I got a message for you to talk with your friends let your heart out talk as much as you want . Visit someone with whom your soul feels comfortable at . Eat your fav food roam around the city let out yourself in the nature it'll heal you and eventually help you in your panic attack. I did love , and it helped me a bit . I can fairly say for the past 2 years I've not suffered any violent panic attack so far.... Also I mean it whenever I'm saying I'm here for you you're my friend and always my dm are open if you feel like talking ❤️

Remember that you shouldn't be too hard on yourself. Take loads of rest. Don't feel bad when you don't do anything the whole day. Your mental health is more important!

You can try meditation or just watch some comedies whatever makes you happy.

If you feel really anxious (all the time) it's not shame to go to psychologist or even a psychiatrist. It's not shame to ask for help when you can't help yourself anymore🩷

But do you know what? I know you will be doing better. It's okay to have days when you feel more anxious as the other days.

Try to don't overthink (coming from overthinker by myself, i know it's hard) but please if you can try to do it.

OMG I just saw your post about your mental health one and I want to say you're not alone . You can do this . It'll pass away . Yes I'm promising you you'll feel better after few days . Because I recently had a panic attack and it was strong . Reality is that I think about life matters too much and too hard . I've a tendency to take too much work and be stressed about situations which are out of my hand . Whenever I've decided to go with flow and put my faith on universe that everything will turn out good for and my soul I've felt peace . Serene . Happy and joy . So I want to say figure out your triggering points and see from where your facing these and then decide yourself for what to do . Because I believe in finding solutions rather than pondering upon problems. Andddddd if you need someone to talk to I'm in all ears .
