غمنامه کاخ قجری البرز ، یکی از دوستان شفیق ، این عکس را برایم فرستاده است . قسمت فوقانی تصویر ، مربوط به دوره ناصری و سال های رونق کاخ است و دو تصویر کوچک زیرین ، حال فعلی آن را روایت می کند . کاخی رو به ویرانی که گردشگران وطنی با خط نازیبای خود به اصطلاح یادگاری بر در و دیوار آن نوشته اند . این چه وضعیت فاجعه انگیزی است که یقه فرهنگ و سنت غني ما را گرفته است . چرا با دست خود میراثمان را ویران می کنیم و عذاب وجدان هم نمی دانم تاریخ درباره ما چگونه داوری خواهد کرد . ای کاش ننویسند مردمانی که مغول وار با میراث فرهنگی ملموس و ناملموس خود رفتار کردند ؟ گفتنی است این کاخ ییلاقی واقع در شهرستانک از توابع شهرستان کرج به دستور ناصرالدین شاه قاجار بین سال های ۱۲۹۵ تا ۱۲۹۸ ق در کنار رودخانه ساخته شده و در ۱۶ شهریور ۱۳۷۶ به شماره ۱۹۲۵ در فهرست آثار ملی ایران به ثبت رسیده است . . . . . . . . .
