"Baraklan pradhan  Rajvetti's son Rinku Gupta accused of Rape and Murder of Minor girl No FIR of this duel crime has been registered since Nov 2016 to Nov 2019." Kalan ,  Shahjahanpur , Uttar Pradesh : The case is of the village Barakalan of Kalan police station in District Shahjahanpur uttar pradesh. The people of village Barakalan alleged that on 28 November 2014, Barakala gram pradhan Rajvetti son Rinku Gupta raped and killed minor doughter of Santram .

Baraklan pradhan  Rajvetti's son Rinku Gupta accused of Rape and Murder of Minor girl No FIR of this duel crime has been registered since Nov 2016 to Nov 2019 It is known that Aarti, an minor daughter of Santram of Barakalan village, she was living with his brother Ashish's wife. The people of village Barakalan alleged that when Aarti was alone at her home, the village's pradhan son Rinku Gupta raped Aarti at her home arround 5 pm in the evening. When Aarti opposed Rinku, he hanged Aarti several times until her death. When Aarti's family came to know about this crime, they protested, than Rinku Gupta along with his companions (Situ, Gaurav Gupta, Sourav Gupta, Suresh Gupta, Kishanpal Dhobi, Morpal Dhobi, Ratanpal Dhobi) beaten up her family members very badly.  After this Rinku Gupta secretly buried the dead body of Aarti without informing the police. When the matter was inquired about by speaking on Pradhan's Mo.No. 8853446340 . After Aarti's murder, gram pradhan son Rinku Gupta and his companions took her body 17 kms away from the house and buried the body of Aarti. A respected person called and asked to suppress the matter. But in the talks, Aarti also has two brothers, one is Ashish and the other is Munash. Of which Aarti lived with Ashish's wife and Ashish works in Delhi. Aarti's father Santram is present but Aarti's mother is dead! Overall, some respected people including Pradhan hanged Aarti many times and finally in one accord they took the dead body of Aarti in the tractor trolley of Gram Pradhan for cremation. Aarti's body was illegally buried without a post-mortem to mislead the police. It is to be noted that (from 2016 to 2019), neither the police have registered any FIR nor has any investigation process been initiated of this double crime. Now the question is, will the killers of Aarti ever be punished according to Indian law? Will Aarti ever get justice?

"बाराकलां प्रधान राजवेटी  पुत्र रिंकू गुप्ता पर नावालिग लड़की से बलात्कार और हत्या का आरोप." "2016  से अब तक इस दोहरे अपराध की FIR नहीं दर्ज की गयी।" कलाँन शाँहजहाँपुर उत्तर प्रदेश : मामला थाना कलान के  ग्राम बाराकलां का है. गांव बालों ने आरोप लगाया कि दिनांक  28 नवम्बर २०१६ को बाराकलां प्रधान राजवेटी  पुत्र रिंकू गुप्ता ने गांव के ही संतराम की नावालिग लड़की से बलात्कार किया और फिर उस मासूम को फांसी पर लटकाकर हत्या कर दी। ज्ञात है कि बाराकलां गांव के संतराम की नावालिग बेटी आरती  अपने भाई आशीष की पत्नी के साथ रहती थी. गांव बालों ने आरोप लगाया कि जब आरती घर पर अकेली थी तभी गांव के प्रधान पुत्र रिंकू गुप्ता ने शाम 5 बजे  मौका पाकर आरती के साथ बलात्कार किया. आरती के विरोध करने पर मौजूदा प्रधान राजबेटी  का पुत्र रिन्कू ने आरती को कई  बार फांसी पर लटकाया।  जब तक आरती की मृत्यु नहीं हो गई तब तक रिंकू गुप्ता आरती को फांसी पर लटकाता और उतारता रहा।

Baraklan pradhan  Rajvetti's son Rinku Gupta accused of Rape and Murder of Minor girl No FIR of this duel crime has been registered since Nov 2016 to Nov 2019 जब इसकी खबर आरती के परिवार बालों को लगी और उन्होंने विरोध किया  तो प्रधान पुत्र रिंकू गुप्ता ने अपने साथिओं (सीटू , गौरव गुप्ता , सौरव गुप्ता , सुरेश गुप्ता , किशनपाल धोबी , मोरपाल धोबी , रतनपाल धोबी) के साथ मिलकर आरती के घर बालों को बुरी तरह पीटा। इसके बाद रिंकू गुप्ता ने बिना पुलिस को सूचना दिए गोपनीय तरीके से  आरती के शव का अन्तिम सँस्कार करवा दिया। जब  इस मामले मे प्रधान के मो०न० 8853446340 पर बात करके जानकारी ली तो प्रधान पुत्र रिंकू गुप्ता अपनी ही बातों में फस गया और बोला बाराकलां पुलिस चौकी बालों को बताया परन्तु पुलिस चौकी बाले आए ही नहीं और हो गया शव का क्रिया-क्रम। आरती बिना शादी शूदा थी. आरती की हत्या के बाद  प्रधान पुत्र रिंकू गुप्ता और उसके साथिओं ने  घर से 17 कि०मी० दूर ले जाकर आरती के शव को दफना दिया था । एक  सम्मानित व्यक्ति ने फ़ोन  कर मामले को दबाने के लिए कहा  और यह भी कहा इस बात को यही दबा दो.  लेकिन बातो ही बातो मे  यह भी बताया कि आरती के दो भाई है , एक आशीष व दुसरा मुनैश है.  जिसमे से  आशीष कि पत्नी के साथ आरती रहती थी और आशीष दिल्ली मे काम करता है.  आरती के पिता सन्तराम मौजूद है परन्तु  आरती कि माँ मर चूकि है ! कूल मिलाकर प्रधान सहित कुछ सम्मानित लोगो ने आरती को कई बार फाँसी पर लटकाया और अन्त मे एक राय होकर आरती के शव को उतार कर ग्राम प्रधान के ट्रैक्टर ट्राली द्रारा क्रिया क्रम के लिए ले गये  ! पुलिस को गुमराह करके बिना पोस्टमार्टम करवाए ग���र कानूनी तरीके से आरती के शव को दफना  दिया। ध्यान देने की बात है कि (2016 से 2019 तक)  अब तक इस दोहरे अपराध की न ही तो पुलिस  ने किसी तरह की FIR दर्ज की  और ना ही कोई जाँच प्रक्रिया शुरू की गयी।  अब प्रश्न ये है के क्या कभी भी  आरती के हत्यारों को भारतीय  क़ानून के अनुसार सजा मिलेगी  ? क्या कभी भी आरती को न्याय मिल पायेगा ? "Barakalan Kalan Villagers accused its gram Pradhan for  fraudulently grabbing millions of rupees from government treasury  without any work." Kalan Shahjahanpur Uttar Pradesh - : The villagers of Baraklan Gram Panchayat complained about the fraudulent withdrawal of lakhs of rupees from the government treasury without doing any work,  to the officials of District Shahjahanpur, but the officers did not take any action against gram pradhan. When no action was taken by the officials, the villagers approached the High court to seek justice. Villagers accused that Officers are not proceeding even on the orders of the High Court. Barakalan Villagers have  accused gram pradhan and village panchayat officers of Kalan development block for grabbing lakhs of rupees of development works.

Scam Of Lacs of rupees in Barakala Kalan Shahjahanpur UP   It is alleged that in the name of hand pump revor, interlocking , and solar lights,  lakhs of rupees has been taken out from the government treasury by gram pradhan and gram panchayat officials, but no development work was made in village barakalan. villagers made the Complaint  to the Block Bikas Officer, Chief Development Officer and District Officer Shahjahanpur, but no action was taken. High Court Ordered investigation, But No Action Taken By DM Due to no action on concerned matter, the troubled villagers filed a writ in the High Court Allahabad under the leadership of Ramveer Singh of the village Barakalan. The High Court considered the matter in public interest and directed the District DM Shahjahanpur to take a clean investigation of the matter and take action within a month, but the District Magistrate  Shahjahanpur did not take any action. Troubled, Ramveer Singh approached the High Court and informed the court that no action was taken on the order you had given. The High Court had asked the current DM. Along with this, instructions were given to investigate the scam, but no action is being taken. No Leag help to the villagers from the govt from the atrocity of village Pradhan Villagers alleged that - the village pradhan son (Rinku Gupta, Situ Gupta) and his aids(Gaurav Gupta, Sourav Gupta, Suresh Gupta, Kishanpal Dhobi, Morpal Dhobi, Ratanpal Dhobi) misusing millions of rupees which has been taken from the government treasury  to wreck havoc on on villagers. These people have been accused of beating many people of the village, firing bullets on innocent villagers, and entering into their homes and  indulging in indecent behavior with mother, sisters and other family members. The villagers accused that they are not getting any help from the police and the administration.

बिना काम के फर्जीवाड़ा कर लाखों रूपए हड़पने का प्रधान पर  आरोप कलान शाहजहांपुर उत्तर प्रदेश -बाराकलाँ ग्राम पंचायत में बिना काम कराए फर्जीवाड़ा कर लाखों रूपए की धनराशि सरकारी ख़ज़ाने से निकाल कर हड़प लेने की शिकायत ग्रामीणों ने अफसरों से की लकिन कोई कार्यवाही न होने पर उच्च-न्यायालय की शरण ली। उच्च-न्यायालय के आदेश पर भी अफसर कार्यवाही नहीं कर रहे हैं। कलान  विकासखण्ड के गांव बाराकलां में ग्राम प्रधान व ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारिओं पर विकास कार्यों के लाखों रूपए हड़पने का आरोप ग्रामीणों ने लगाया है। आरोप है कि - हैंडपंप रेवोर कराने के नाम पर  लाखों रूपए व इंटरलॉकिंग नाली खरंजा , व सोलर लाइट लगवाने के नाम पर लाखों रूपए हड़पने व सरकारी खजाने को लाखों रूपए का चुना लगाने का आरोप गांव बालों ने ग्राम प्रधान व ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारिओं पर लगाया है। इसकी शिकायत खंड बिकास अधिकारी , मुख्य विकास अधिकारी व जिला-अधिकारी शाहजहांपुर से की गयी लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई। कोई कार्यवाही न होने के कारण परेशान ग्रामीणों ने गांव के रामवीर सिंह के नेतृत्व में उच्च-न्यायालय इलाहाबाद में जाकर रिट फाइल की. उच्च-न्यायालय ने मामले को जनहित में मानते हुए तत्वकालीन जिला-अधिकारी शाहजहांपुर को एक महीने के अंदर मामले की निस्पच्छ जांच कर कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए थे लेकिन तत्वकालीन जिला-अधिकारी शाहजहांपुर ने कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं की थी। परेशान होकर रामवीर सिंह ने उच्च-न्यायालय  को अवगत कराया। उच्च-न्यायालय  ने तत्वकालीन डीएम को तलव किया था।  साथ ही जांच कर कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए थे लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हो पा रही है. गांव बालों ने आरोप लगाया कि - ग्राम प्रधान पुत्र (रिंकू गुप्ता , सीटू गुप्ता ) और उनके सहयोगी (गौरव गुप्ता , सौरव गुप्ता , सुरेश गुप्ता , किशनपाल धोबी , मोरपाल धोबी , रतनपाल धोबी ) सरकारी खजाने से गवन किए गए ल���खों रूपए गांव बालों पर अत्याचार करने के लिए प्रयोग कर रहे है. इन लोगो पर गांव के कई लोगों को पीटने , निर्दोष गांव बालों पर गोलियां चलाने तथा गांव बालों के घरों में घुसकर उनसे अभद्र व्यबहार करने का आरोप है. गांव बालों को पुलिस और प्रशाशन से कोई सहायता नहीं मिल रही है. गांव बालों का आरोप है कि - प्रधान पुत्रों और उनके सहयोगिओं द्वारा गांव बालों पर किए गए अत्याचारों में बराबर का साथ सब-इंस्पेक्टर विनोद ठाकुर और उनके साथिओं ने दिया है और रिश्वत के नाम पर लाखों रुपयों की बसूली की है। Read the full article
