          HE CANNOT HELP BUT TO SMILE  ever  since  he  knew  that  he  was  going  to  be  a  father  .    Dick  was  nervous  as  well  as  excited  ,    he  and  Kori  were  going  to  have  a  little  girl  and  despite  all  the  TROUBLE  she  gave  her  mother  he  loved  her  with  all  his  heart  .    of  course  he  was  worried  about  messing  up  and  not  being  good  enough  ,    but  with  his  friends  and  family  around  he  knew  things  were  going  to  be  okay  ,    his  child  will  HAPPY  and  live  her  life  the  way  she  wants  it  to  be  ,    he  would  ask  for  no  more  than  that  . 

          The  first  one  to  hear  news  was  Bruce  and  he  was  nothing  but  SUPPORTIVE  to  the  both  of  them  ,    no  matter  how  bad  he said  he  was  he  knew  a  good  deal  about  raising  a  kid...  even  if  the  said  kid  was  very  TROUBLESOME  .    Despite  all  that  happened  Dick  wouldn't  have  wanted  things  to  be  any  different  than  this  ,    Bruce  was  the  only  family  he  knew  before  he  met  Kori  and  the  Titans  and  he  had  every  right  to  still  be  considered  as  such  .    The  man  was  trying  to  REDEEM  himself  and  it  was  a  change  Dick  was  more  than  willing  to  accept  .

First of all, I want to thank you. I want to thank you for being with me, for helping me be a hero just like you, and for always believing in me even when I wasn’t sure I deserved it. Especially when I didn’t deserve it. My life was utterly changed for the better the day I walked off that bus in the pouring rain and chasing the impossible. I honestly don’t know where I’d be If I hadn’t met you. You are the person who believed in my from the start, and without you there wouldn’t be the Flash. I love you, so so much, and now because of that I need to apologize.

Now that we’ve defeated Savitar, now that Jay Garrick is out of the speedforce prison, I’m hoping we’ll be able to have some time together without anything blowing up, but if what Savitar said is right, about the prison needing a prisoner, then we might not get that. I can’t ask Wally or Jay to sacrifice themselves, not when the reason Savitar was freed is because of me. But in case we don’t get the time we want, in case I don’t get to tell you what you mean to me, I’m writing this out for you, because I don’t think I’m ever coming back from the speedforce if I go in. Either I’ll die there, or I’ll stay there forever, and I’m okay with that if it means you and Kara and everyone else are safe.

This is not your fault. No, really, it isn’t. I know you’re going to beat yourself up, wish there was some way you could have gone instead, but it is not your fault. It’s mine. I’ve accepted that, and I’ve accepted that what’s coming up is my way to atone for those mistakes, but it is no ones fault but my own that this is happening. I love you, and I know what I’m going to ask will be hard, I’m not going to say it won’t be, but I know you, Oliver. I know how strong you are and I know you can get by without me.

Just please move on, for me. Don’t try and get me back, because I don’t want you hung up over me when you should be moving on and healing. I know it might be harder for Kara but stay with her, she’ll need you a lot during the time that I’m gone. I doubt Cisco will give up any easier than Kara, but it’s her and you that have me the most worried. I want you to live your life and be happy without being burdened by the idea that you can bring me back.

         IT WAS IRONIC TO HEAR OTHERS STILL CALLING HIM AND BATMAN AS THE DYNAMIC DUO.    They  barely  talked  nowadays  ,    and  when  they  did  it  always  ended  with  a  FIGHT  .      Robin  often  wondered  why  he  bothered  to  talk  to  him  and  show  up  when  it  was  needed...  maybe  because  he  felt  that  he  OWES  the  man  that  much  for  taking  him  in  when  no  one  would  have  .    The  truth  was  that  Dick  cared  about  Bruce  and  viewed  him  as  a  father  figure   (  no  matter  how  terrible  he  was  at  that  )    which  made  it  more  DIFFICULT  for  him  to   deal  with  Bruce's  disappointment  .    Being  greeted  by  him  so  COLDLY  every  time  he  visits  made  him  feel  out  of  place  ,    not  welcomed  by  the  only  person  he  thought  he  meant  something  to  .   

         Today  was  no  exception  ,    Robin  didn't  have  any  hope  of  seeing  a  change  ,    yet  somehow  he  found  himself  more  UPSET  than  usual...  perhaps  because  he  was  holding  everything  in  and  keeping  it  to  himself  ,    it  was  not  something  he  could  talk  about  so  openly  ,    no  one  knew  how  things  between  him  and  batman  were  ,    and  a  topic  such  as  this  would  give  his  identity  away...  The  secrecy  the  boy  had  to  live  in  was  UNBEARABLE  .   

        Neither  was  the  anger  he  had  to  hold  until  he  returned  to  his  room  in  the  tower  ,    the  moment  he  stepped  in  he  grabbed  whatever  object  he  could find  and  tossed  it  across  the  room    ❝ This  was  a  mistake !! ❞    he  growled  and  knocked  over  a  chair  ,      his  RAGE  burning  within  him  he  blindly  threw  a  punch  at  the  wall  ,    and  his  fist  was  greeted  with  shards  of  glass  .

          Robin  FROZE  when  he  realized  what  happened  ,    he  nearly  tore  through  the  poster  he  framed  and  kept  of  his  parents  in  their  days  in  the  circus    ❝ No— no  no  no—❞    the  boy  panicked  and  rushed  to  take  the  poster  out  and  examine  it  ,    it  was  as  good  as  new  but  he  didn't  feel  any  better  ,    and  for  the  first  time  he  could  not  hold  his  PAIN     ❝ I'm  sorry...❞  he  muttered  as  tears  began  streaming  down  his  cheeks  ,    not  paying  attention  to  the  fact  that  he  was  not  alone  anymore  ,    all  the  fuss  must  have  been  heard  by  someone  but  in  his  FEAR  he  forgot  to  lock  the  door  ,    Rae  was  already  there  ,    attempting  to  help  ,    and  he  could  not  bare  for  ANYONE  to  see  him  like  this    ❝ Don't  do  this.❞    he  muttered    ❝ Just  leave  me  alone.❞

            AFTER ALL THAT HAD HAPPENED   he  didn't  think  he  would  be    back  home  .    Letting  the  team  go  then  ending  up  in  JAIL  was  not  what  he  promised  Bruce  when  he  decided  to  bring  the  Titans  back  ,    Dick  knew  the  man  was  going  to  be  DISAPPOINTED  and  still  he  made  it  back  to  the  Manor…  mostly  because  he  had  nowhere  else  to  go  .    showing  up  at  the  door  all  beaten  up  and  slightly  FEVERISH  made  Alfred  hold  back  on  scolding  him  for  being  so  reckless  ,    which  was  a  relief  while  it  lasted  .

             By  the  time  he  came  to  Bruce  was  already  there  ,    not  another  HALLUCINATION…  He  was  actually  there  .    What  happened  in  prison  was  not  something  he  was  willing  to  share  ,    he  gave  vague  answers  and  changed  the  subject  ,    not  wishing  to  talk  things  out  just  yet  ,    he  just  wanted  to  see  the  REAL  Bruce  and  hear  what  he  thought  about  the  whole  situation  with  Jerecho  still  being  alive…  was  Dick  right  ??  Or  had  he  completely  lost  it  ??  The  idea  itself  terrified  him  ,    the  GUILT  was  bound  to  eat  him  away  and  he  could  no  longer  bare  it  by  himself…  luckily  even  if  he  didn't  feel  like  speaking  Bruce  knew  enough  to  tell  what  might  have  been  troubling  him  .

           Dick  wasn't  like  Bruce  ,    he  wasn't  able  to  IGNORE  his  pain  and  live  with  it  ,    it  was  a  struggle  to  come  to  terms  with  himself  ,    his  past  and  who  he  is  supposed  to  be  ,    and  while  he  may  have  found  peace  there  a  feeling  of  UNCERTAINTY  ,    perhaps  because  he  feared  of  messing  things  up  again  .    Blue  hues  look  away  ,    filled  with  nothing  but  SHAME  ,    unable  to  find  a  proper  reply  to  the  other's  attempt  in  comforting  him    ❝ …And  how  much  pain  do  you  have  to  endure  until  you  learn ?? ❞    he  muttered  ,    voice  nearly  breaking  as  he  buried  his face  into  his  hands  .

         HE WAS FOUND SITTING BY HIMSELF AND WAITING  for  Bruce  and  the  others  to  finish  talking  so  he  could  go  home  and  relax  even  for  a  little  bit  .    this  patrol  with  Batman  was  a  rough  one  and  the  boy  lost  all  the  energy  he  is  always  known  for  ,    he  didn't  even  bother  to  find  Diana  who  always  greeted  him  with  the  WARMEST  hugs  ,    and  knowing  the  woman  she  was  worried  of  that  fact  and  was  there  by  him  in  an  instant  .

         Dick  never  really  had  the  chance  to  talk  to  her  as  much  as  he  did  today  ,    it  had  been  nice  until  she  asked  him  of  why  he  chose  the  name  of  Robin  ,    it  was  a  way  to  remember  his  mother  ,    it  should  have  been  something  he  would  talk  about  with  DELIGHT  for  the  memories  that  name  held  belonged  to  a  happier  time  but  he  couldn't  help  but  to  feel  a  little  gloomy  ,    perhaps  it  was  his  tiredness  speaking  and  he  didn't  notice  until  the  woman  offered  to  give  him  a  hug  ,    a  small  gesture  of  affection  he  RARELY  had  nowadays  .

          The  boy  hesitated  for  a  moment  ,    unsure  if  accepting  would  make  him  look  like  a  whiny  little  kid    ❝ You  don't  have  to—❞    he  said  ,    awkwardly  rubbing  his  arm  as  he  thought  of  a  POLITE  way  to  say  no  ,    but  she  didn't  seem  like  she  was  going  to  take  it  as  an  answer  as  her  arms  were  stretched  to  hug  him    ❝ o-okey...  sure.❞    and  with  that  he  was  SQUEEZED  between  her  arms  .    Dick  didn't  complain  ,    the  embrace  was  gentle  and  warm  just  like  his  mother's  ,    a  feeling  he  had  almost  FORGOTTEN  until  Diana  decided  to  care  for  him  

     ❝ Thanks.❞    he  mumbled  ,    and  buried  his  head  into  her  shoulder  ,    trying  to  keep  his  voice  even  despite  how  difficult  it  was  with  how  choked  up  he  suddenly  felt  .

            IT IS RARE FOR HIM TO HAVE A DAY OFF NOWADAYS,    with  Kori  being  pregnant  he  had  to  do  the  job  of  two  during  patrols  ,    then  there  was  his  job  in  the  police  station  and  looking  after  Kori  and  making  sure  she  doesn't  need  anything  .    His  head  was  all  over  the  place  but  he  had  not  forgotten  about  father's  day  ,    he  had  plans  of  visiting  his  father's  grave  and  then  Bruce  ,    and  knowing  the  man  he  would  be  as  TIRED  as  he  is  so  there  was  no  rush  in  going  so  early  .    The  movement  beside  him  didn't  get  him  to  stir  ,    and  the  noise  in  the  kitchen  went  UNHEARD  in  his  exhaustion  ,    otherwise  he  would  be  over  there  in  a  flash  to  stop  Kori  from  OVERWORKING  herself  ,    she  was  stubborn  at  times  .

            Dick  only  bothers  to  open  his  eyes  when  her  soft  lips  press  against  his  cheek  ,    and  instantly  he  gave  a  sleepy  smile  ,    happy  to  see  that  BRIGHT  smile  of  hers    ❝ Hey.❞    he  says  as  he  lifts  himself  to  sit  up  ,    as  he  did  he  noticed  the  lovely  breakfast  made  specifically  for  him  ,    there  a  was  a  slight  moment  of  CONFUSION  at  the  sight  concerning  what  the  reason  may  be  behind  it  ,    not  that  Kori  never  surprised  like  that  every  now  and  then  ,    he  was  merely  curious  but  the  woman  was  quick  to  explain  .

        ❝ I  don't  count  as  a  dad  until  the  baby  is  born  ,  Kori. ❞    he  pointed  out  with  a  chuckle  .    Still  ,    it  was  all  in  good  humor  .   He  was  as  EXCITED  as  Kori  to  have  their  baby  girl  ,    a  little  nervous  but  looking  forward  to  being  a  FATHER  ,    and  Kori's  faith  in  him  meant  the  world  for  him  ,    her  surprise  no  matter  how  simple  made  his  heart  MELT    ❝ You  really  didn't  have  to...  But  it  that's  what  the  baby  wants  then  I'll  accept  it.❞    Dick  joked  before  leaning  to  kiss  her  ❝ Thanks...I  can't  wait  to  be  a  dad. ❞

         RAVEN HELD SO MUCH POWER WITHIN HER,    so  strong  that  she  dared  not  unleash  unless  it  was  necessary  ,    Robin  was  aware  of  the  STRUGGLES  she  had  to  endure  and  live  with  on  daily  basis  ,    she  had  a  fear  of  losing  control  and  hurting  the  ones  closest  to  her  ,    she  feared  turning  into  the  MONSTER  her  father  wished  her  to  be  .    However...  no  matter  how  powerful  she  may  be  she  was  bound  to  lose  control  at  some  point  as  her  strength  came  from  her  EMOTIONS  ,    which  were  what  drove  her  to  breaking  down  like  this  .    Raven  was  merely  trying  to  fight  back  ,    she  was  the  last  one  standing  as  their  enemy  managed  to  exhaust  and  beat  each  member  of  the  team  ,    it  was  up  to  Raven  to  end  the  fight  ,      and  the  result  was  certainly  UNEXPECTED  . 

         When  the  dust  cleared  and  Raven  was  in  sight  ,    Robin  sprang  to  his  feet  and  rushed  to  his  friend's  side  ,    too  TERRIFIED  by  realising  what  had  happened  ,    even  if  he  was  out  of  it  ,    it  was  not  difficult  for  Robin  to  tell  how  this  came  to  be  ,    and  so  he  was  quick  to  be  there  and  comfort  her  .

         Gloved  hands  reaching  to  her  face  to  force  her  into  looking  at  him  ,    blue  hues  scanning  her  appearance  from  behind  his  mask  to  make  sure  she  was  not  SEVERELY  injured  before  he  would  speak    ❝ Rae—  Rae  ,    look  at  me  .    It's  not  your  fault. ❞    he  said    ❝ It  was  either  you  or  him  ,  you  hear  me ??   It's  not  your  fault.❞    Robin  assured  and  pulles  her  into  a  tight  hug    ❝ If  something  would  have  happened  to  you  I  would  kill  him  myself.❞

              This was a lot more DIFFICULT than he had imagined it to be. He never even considered the POSSIBILITY of coming back here in the past two years, it took Dick a lot of time to finally be at peace with his past, something he could have explained but never found the strength to do so. After DISAPPEARING the way he did he's not sure if he's even welcomed to visit, but he made the decision to try and talk things out with Bruce, he OWES him that at least.

               It was a bit SURPRISING to see the man himself stand at the entrance instead of Alfred to greet him. Dick felt his stomach sink as sense of ANXIOUSNESS washed over him, looking over at Bruce who was patient enough to give him the time he needed. After a moment of HESITATION he finally gets out of the car, taking a few steps forward to face the taller man     ❛❛ Hey...❞    he started     ❛❛ I was uh..passing by and I thought..I'd visit..❞

             The team often made sure to give Raven the space she needed,but sometimes they grew IMPATIENT and begin nagging on Robin to let them go and try to talk to her.they WORRIED for her,though Robin knew how important it was for her to distance herself sometimes in order to control herself,he understood that in a way...more than anyone could ever think.his countless moments of RAGE were a fair proof of that. Now even he felt tired of waiting, Raven had spent too much time in her room and it CONCERNED him deeply,even if he respects her wish of having a little privacy he couldn't help but to go and check on her

Stubborn pain in the ass. Ok, he knew exactly why he'd agreed to come; to show Dick he was okay. Tim wasn't okay, but Dick didn't need to know that. He'd stay a few days, long enough to convince him, & then go back to Gotham. Ignoring Dick's investigative gaze, he walked towards the kitchen. "You have any coffee?"

           Dick wasn't easy guy to fool,he knew Tim long enough to tell when he wasn't doing okey,and lately with all that happened with Batman's return certainly had an effect on him.as much as he encouraged his younger brother to be more INDEPENDENT and away from all the NEGATIVITY that Bruce seemed to give him,it wasn't working that well either...not like Tim needed babysitting or anything he seemed like he was in a bad place and Dick wanted to HELP.

           Tim sacrificed so much for apparently NOTHING and he wasn't going to stand by it,it's about time he moved away and focused on himself, his LIFE that he has every right to live.he knew it would do him good if he brought him to Blüdhaven with him,and he was SURPRISED that Tim agreed on it,even if he doesn't wish to admit it..he NEEDED a break away from everything.

            Who would have thought that he would have to put a TRACKER on Raven ??  She was one of the few REASONABLE members of the team, but not when she has a drink or two, Nightwing Learned that the HARD way. However, after a few DISASTROUS events he found a way to deal with her. He was prepared, so the text didn't actually surprise him, though a sigh escapes him, as he reads through her messages, she sure is a HANDFUL when she's drunk

            It had not been the first time he came back from a patrol to find out that Mar'i was still awake, WORRYING that her parents may not come back this time while they were out there, trying to make the world even a little bit safer for her. She was a smart kid and Dick knew that dismissing her worries would only make things worse, it is an AWFUL thing to go through, he knew the feeling all too well and so he would spend the entire night with her if she needed him to. Had barely just come back, still in the suit and not bothering to take the mask off as the first thing he did was to check on her.

            Sitting by her bedside and holding her DELICATE little hand into his own he did his best to assure her. It's a hard promise to keep, but he wasn't going to be RECKLESS to the point of getting himself killed,if anything,this promise is also made to himself, Mar'i is going to have a better life, with both of her parents and he was going to do whatever it takes to make that happen. leaning in to press kiss on the top of her head he smiled a bit before replying   ❛❛ I'll always be here for you, sweetheart.
