{ ♪ } -- Her eyes widened, looking down at the card and back to Fuuka. There was a brief moment of panic as she realized exactly what this would have cost! It didn't take long for her to bring herself back down, offering the girl a smile.

"Fuuka, love, you don't have to give me things in return for my support. I support you and try to help you feel better because I care about you, that's all. I really appreciate the gift, don't get me wrong, but it isn't needed."

Bella offered a little chuckle, taking the card and holding it back out to her.

"You don't have to buy my affection, and I don't want you to feel like you do."

{ ♪ } -- The redhead positively beamed. Oh, she knew she didn't have to do something like taking Fuuka shopping or even getting her food, but she wanted to!

"I just want you to relax. This is meant to be fun, and we'll go wherever you want to. Of course, if you're uncomfortable, you can just let me know. I'm not gonna force you to do anything."

Still, she wanted to have a bit of fun and make her student feel better at the same time. Humming to herself, she beamed.

"The book store is having a sale on hardcovers today! We should check it out!"

{ ♪ } -- Immediately, she brightened at the little girl's presence. Hands moved before she could speak to accept the corn she'd been given. It was a bit small, indicative of being grown in a home garden. But that wouldn't stop Bella from giving the brightest smile she could muster.

"Oh, wow! Thank you, Nanako! I love it! I'll use it tonight when I make dinner, promise."

One hand moved to tuck the ear of corn away in her bag and the other reached out to gently pat at her head. What a sweet girl.

"Do you grow a lot of veggies in your garden? It takes a lot of work to grow anything!"
