shifting methods explained - notion page

ok soooo... i am a beginner shifter. i’ve made this notion page to help me research all the different methods i could find and categorize them. i then decided to share it on tiktok so that other fellow beginners could find new methods to use and understand how they work. i researched every method i could find and will continue to do so, i also tried to explain each method in the simplest way possible as to not overcomplicate things.

i can't decide if i want to be in a poly relationship with steve and eddie or be with eddie and get a really loving partner for steve

*at a boneyard party* jj probably smoked too much, which makes him clingy. so he made me sit in his lap (that made it worse) and used me to cover himself. it did not help
