Radiation, ruins, death and destruction. So many things that would forever be connected to Tandor's history, whether people wanted it or not. What remains of these ruins is usually left to the Pokémon affected by its state- it became their territory until the local Hazma could be taken around to cleanse them.

What was lurking within the area was anything but ghosts and spirits- feral creatures were hiding within the ruins of the structure. Both avoiding the trespasser, and keeping watch from the dark. Granted, Pokémon weren't the only beings that were there at the moment; CURIE had made it a habit to visit the ruins of the plants she destroyed. The Nuclear Pokémon were, in a sense, hers. To not show up would be like abandoning them. She was recognized by them- respected to a degree. Despite their silence, some had made sure to bring attention to CURIE about the intruder.

"They're going to remained worried until all of these ruins are removed." She spoke up from behind, leaning herself against one of the broken walls. Fingers tapped against her arm in both irritation and impatience.

"I must admit, you've got guts to venture into a place like this..." She trailed off for a moment before giving a light hum, tilting her head. "Or maybe it's idiocy? Whatever the case, I would advise leaving sooner than later- the radiation readings here are still fairly high. These ruins don't need another body added to it."

Tandor was somewhere Cam was finding herself more and more. Radiation abound meant deaths and deaths meant spirits and ghost-types that needed to be put in check. It also meant she was walking into places she shouldn’t have been, if she hadn’t had clearance. Thankfully the Oblivion provided some sort of protection to radiation, despite also being able to feel it.

The energy hits her mask, prompting a small flinch. This place was now ruins but was still rumored to have activity going down in it. This prompted the calling of The Archivist for the potential paranormal activity. 

Unfortunately that wasn’t going to be what she found.

“Alright, lets make this easier on the lot of us.” Her voice is gentle and coaxing, in case she really was dealing with the dead. “You’ve been causing a clamor outside and it needs to be resolved so folks stop worrying. Why not come tell me what’s got you so active.”

A day in Alola just like any other… Bright, sunny, everyone was still oh-so cheerful- so friendly... But, that also meant it was another day for CURIE to get out of the hotel, take care of her newer companion on one of the outer isles.

She checked over everything on her person a couple times over… just to make sure she had what she needed. Her phone, notebook… her own Pokémon just in case something happened… Food. Yes- everything seemed to be in order. A sigh as she slung the bag over her shoulder, looking to Urayne, who was laying on the bed, seemingly asleep.. Admittedly, it was hard to tell, but she wasn’t going to bother them regardless. Without a word, or even making a sound, she turned and left the room. With a click of the door the hotel room was locked, and she made her way outside.

She paid no mind to those she passed on her way out. She had a mission of her own that she had to see through. It was an almost daily thing- and she was… surprised she hadn’t been caught sooner. After all, such a beast gives off quite an energy spike. She knew that there had been plenty of reports- but every time someone approached the source, it was gone in an instant. No one could quite figure out why. But of course, she knew. It was her doing, after all.

Arriving at the water’s edge of the beach, she reached into her bag and retrieved a Pokeball, giving it a light toss. From within, a Gyarados appeared, splashing down into the water. The massive Pokémon looked around for a moment with a low rumble before it lowered its head so that the trainer could hop on, and out to sea they went, leaving the main land behind.

…

And not too long after, that surge of volatile energy ran through the air once more, coming from a smaller island quite a distance away from Akala itself.

"The world in general is a mess- no matter how one may look at it..." She spoke with a low hum to her voice. "It lets things play out in favor of those that know how to take control. Those that know how to persuade and take."

There was a momentary pause before she spoke up again, thinking over her words. "Infuriating, really. Perhaps one day everything will fall into place proper- but that is not today, nor anytime soon."

Uryane aside, CURIE's original companion was Eevee. She had it since she was a kid, and even now its still at her side, just as a Nucleon. Most of the time, nowadays, they remain within their Pokeball until called upon- which in of itself is very rare. CURIE doesn't pick many fights for various reasons. If she's at home? More inclined to let them roam freely in the apartment.

While she was still Lucille, more-so when she was a child, she and Eevee shared the same interests and energy. Both had immense interest in the world around them- wished too know more as a result. Science, nature- these have always been of interest to her, and her Pokémon gladly shared the same excitement. If things hadn't gone the way they did, this surely would still be the case today.

Curiosity settled in rather quickly. This one? This... child...? She'd find it hard to believe, but her own child had their own time around it as well- and not in well, a positive sense.

CURIE couldn't help but give a somewhat quiet chuckle, mainly to herself, at the statement. She rest her head against the palm of a hand as the chuckle turned to a curious hum.

"Really now? And just what sort of experience are we talking about, here hm?"

Truthfully, she wasn't... Exactly taking the other's words all too seriously. But who knows? Perhaps she'll be surprised by the response.

⚔️ - Will your muse battle with anyone, or are they selective?

CURIE typically does not fight at all, unless confronted or backed into a corner. She finds it as a waste of her time. This was especially the case during her attacks on Tandor. Most Trainers or Rangers were not worth her time, as she had Urayne at her side. Their efforts were basically worthless. Her own child was the only one capable enough to even stand up to her properly.

Even in present time, she doesn't fight. But that's partially due to her trying to keep a low profile. The only Pokémon you will see around is Urayne. They are currently considered part of the family, and thus Pluto's sibling.

🧶 - Does your muse play with their Pokémon?

Honestly, not so much now that she's CURIE... Her Hazma is really the only one she'll play with since, well, they are basically a toddler. Lil dude that wants all the attention in the world from the one it thinks is its parent.

But as Lucille? Yes- especially Eevee. That was her starter, and she loves it dearly. Most of the time she'd play with them in the forests. As a kid, hide and seek was a favorite activity, as was just... Exploring. The Eevee loved to find neat little things that it could show its trainer for both to be in awe about.

☄️ - Has your muse ever been hit by a Pokémon move?

Thankfully not! Despite being a curious child, she knew when to keep herself out of sticky situations, and even as an adult Lucille would try to stay out of harms way. If something was going to go wrong? Fucking. Book it.

CURIE would still consider her final encounter against Pluto as her greatest accomplishment- even if she never won. It was the exact kind of fight she had been striving for, and even though she was incredibly upset and enraged at the outcome...?

Well, now she just holds it as a fond memory. Being able to see Urayne at its full strength like that? And to see the strength her own child held put to the test? No one beforehand had been able to properly stand up against her- Zeta encounter excluded. But the Championship? That was something else entirely. There's nothing that can top it.

🍍  :    how comfortable is my muse in their body?  how do they feel about their height,  weight,  strength,  and body type?  how important is being attractive to them?  

She honestly has nothing to complain about- she’s fairly content on who she is, how she looks. She simply doesn’t care how others perceive her, attractiveness isn’t… really a priority for her.

Though, admittedly, she isn't too fond of being associated with 'Lucille'- she doesn't have most of those memories, Lucille is not CURIE. So, she will get irritated when being perceived as someone else. Unfortunately, this has to be cast to the side while at work- as that is a persona she is trying to uphold to fit in.

Given her original desires for Tandor's future, I'm inclined to associate her with Winter.

Winter is just when things are quiet, and can sometimes have a sense of loneliness. While she may not mind company, she really does prefer to be on her own whenever she gets the chance. It's just... Something she's familiar with nowadays. After all, when you don't have the memories of your past self, you can feel fairly alone in the world. You're just in your own little, icy bubble.

It's cold, much like her personality. She speaks cold, hard facts, and will not sugarcoat anything. She will tell you how it is with no real care for the reaction. There isn't much love in her heart, aside from what remains for Urayne- so happiness and usual warm feelings simply... do not exist for her. Or, at the very least, they are buried deep within.

🍋: what kind of diet does my muse have?  do they eat regularly,  or the standard 2-3 meals a day?  do they have to be reminded to eat,  or are they likely to remind others?  do they cook,  or have others cook for them?  do they eat healthily, or not so much?

When it comes to what CURIE will eat, she's not too picky... Almost anything goes, really- so long as it won't kill her, and is Actually Edible. Meats, berries, vegetables- you name it.

The lack of care stems from her time wandering Tandor with Urayne after being freed from her stasis tank. When you're actively trying to avoid being seen, and trying to live, you kind of have to take whatever you can get your hands on... Asking for food, or wandering into an active town with a living reactor was a no-go. For multiple reasons. That aside, she made sure to eat often enough that she kept her energy up- 3 meals typically, and that is still the case now.

CURIE does cook as well! Not often, but she does. What she makes can range from soups, to just little side dishes... Sometimes more fancy meat-based entrees.
