To congest it down, Wyatt is one of the main "characters" on this blog relative to the plot, if you can call what I do on here a plot. His mother's death was the primary cause of the downfall of everything that happened. He is childhood friends with Hiroki, Luka, and Akira. He is also the owner of Starlight Bar, which is actually incredibly popular and highly profitable. He is also the new King of the Underground black market.

He is a criminal, he kidnaps, sells and hurts people. He uses the bar to hide the money he makes from the black market and he does this actually incredibly well. He's not actually an aggressive person, he won't be the first one to attack, but he will defend himself verbally and physically when needed. Wyatt has, since escaping slavery, learned self-defense and how to fight. He took MMA and is quite well adapt at defending himself. He also has some basic skills in offensive magic but even that is very simple and weak.

He is not above prostituting himself, but he does make people pay for it in large amounts. He does think he is worth his weight in gold but he also is aware he's a shitty human being. He puts more effort in his appearence than he does his personality and even his own house.

Wyatt and Casimir often have sex, Casimir feeds from him regularly, Wyatt doesn't make him pay for it simply because Casimir is an incubus and a great lay. He basically uses him for emotionless sex and Casimir is aware of it.

"Bisexual. If it fucks, I can fuck it." He shrugs. "I don't date." But an idea one would be his bar probably. He's very easily relaxed there, he enjoys being at it. Be it working or just hanging out. Wyatt is more likely to be open and at ease in the bar. Easier to chat up. As long as Luka isn't brought into the conversation. "Are we picking physical or personality traits? Everyone has a shitty fucking personality, but someone who cries a lot is especially annoying. Physically, tall people are rather attracive."

"I don't affiliate myself with any sort of sexual defintion." Eric doesn't mind the gender of the person he finds himself attracted too, it's the heart that usually lures him in. His late wife had been a beautiful person inside. "The easiest answer would be a restaurant, isn't it? That's where people tend to go. I don't--truly enjoy crowds. So smaller places is better." He's been a shut in for a very long time. But no one can date inside the chaos that is his manor. So somewhere outside, quiet, works. "Traits. Tarantula

Like a tarantula, you might not be the biggest beast out there when you are angry, but you sure are one of the most feared. No one wants to mess with you when you are mad! You always keep your cool and wait until it is the right time to strike but when you do, look out! No one stands a chance against you when you are angry.

the muses that can sense emotions in others.

First and foremost, Wyatt. As an empath Wyatt can sense emotions in another person. However, as he hates this ability, he keeps it constantly repressed. He uses it primarily on himself to turn his own emotions off. Ironically though, Wyatt feels a lot. Anger primarily, and also depression and self-hatred. The stronger he feels the more he risks losing control over himself. When that happens, he can't keep that tight clutch on his empathy ability and he feels the emotions of everyone around him. Suprisingly, Wyatt has better control over his empathy to the point he can use it as a weapon than he does his own Witchcraft.

Casimir. As an incubus feeding off of emotions is something Casimir can do. It doesn't feed him as well as sex does, but it can stave off the starvation / hunger for a while. I would call what he does more tasting emotions than sensing them and positive emotions feed him more than others. To much negative emotion can actually make Casimir sick and he doesn't enjoy being around perpetually negative people.

Eric. Being a creature of many other creatures, part of what Eric is is an incubus. This being the case, much like Casimir, he can "taste" and "sense" someone elses emotions. He tends to ignore it for the most part, feels rather indifferent to others with his heart not in his chest. He doesn't want to deal with his own emotions, why would he want to deal with others? His ability, unlike the other two above, is very muted. It's more like a side effect of what he is so the most he does pick up on is when someone feels something strongly rather than every single little thing someone feels.

Wyatt // Random facts.

Wyatt is the Head Witch on the King's Court. He is also the voice for the Witches and is supposed to advocate to make their lives better. Wyatt only got this position because of his family and bloodline and he loathes it.

He spent most of his life in captivity, his body is heavily scarred from this but his mind and soul took the worst damage from it.

Because of his years in captivity, watching and learning, Wyatt learned to be incredibly manipulative and cunning. He's incredibly good with money, he can con someone out of the shirt off their back, and he knows the best ways to hurt someone.

During this time Wyatt also learned to use his gift of empathy as a weapon.

Being he never recieved a proper teenage/adult education, Wyatt lacks a lot of common knowledge and advanced education. His handwritting is very poor, his reading comprehension is that of a young child, but he is actually incredibly good at math.

Wyatt is a worse Witch than he is an Empath. All of his Witchcraft knowledge is in the bar. The things he can do with alcohol is the extent of his abilities as a Witch. It's the only thing he studied.

Given he was sold around and used mostly as a sex slave and housekeeper, Wyatt is very much a pleaser during sex and an incredible cook. He's also a very clean person. Actually, his house has no personal items in it at all. All his "personality"? Is in the bar. His house looks empty and like the furniature was just purchased for the sake of filling space. Because it was.

Wyatt takes very geat care in his physical appearence. His clothes are top of the line, nice suits, black jeans, button down shirts, vests, jackets, ploished shoes, the most expensive cologne he can buy.

I imagine him wearing Chanel Bleu de Chanel so it smells like cedar and New Caledonian sandalwood.

Starlight Bar

Owned by Wyatt Cross. Running for seven years. The bar stands at two floors with a cellar beneath it, located in the back of the Witches District on the West Side of Abarith. The bar has a dark blue roof and neat wood finish on the outside. It's open Wednesday through Sunday, three pm to three am. Wyatt is typically there Friday, Satuday and Sunday. He bartends himself on Sunday nights or if they have a call off. Kareoke Night is Friday.

The bar specalizes in magical drinks. Their signature drink is the Starlight which is a purple drink that looks like a galaxy and has a sweet taste. It's strong enough to get even a werewolf drunk. Only the Witch, Mage or Wizard bartenders can make the magical drinks, so they have to have a balance of one magical bartender and someone else.

The upstairs has Wyatt's second office he rarely uses and a couple of bedrooms. It's rooms for those that need privacy if they order for special reasons. The bar employs under the table those that are fine with being a feeder for a Vampire and those that are willing to offer secondary services.

The bar is a front of the money Wyatt pulls in from the Black Market.

The largest part of Abarith's residence are made up of Witches and Vampires, both who live on the West side of Abarith, the Witches district directly below the Vampires. They have an ongoing war, almost like a territory war, that continues due to an incident several years ago.

When the previous King of Abarith was in power, his court was made up of the coven heads, the Patriarchs of the rueling families. This included Pureblood Vampire Lacina Reid, High Witch Evelyn Cross, High Mage Mirette Samaha and Alpha Werewolf Tadashi Kobayashi. All whose children have taken over the current role in modern day.

The 22nd King of Abarith, Hiroki's father Gaito Nakamura, was a man whose only desire was power and bloodshed. He used the soldiers like stepping stones to get what he wanted and had little care for the actual people inside his city. Though he put on the pretenses of a kind and caring man, he simply didn't care who got hurt in his fight for power. Seeing this his own wife Shizuka Nakamura the Queen spoke with Lacina who pulled the other women in the court together and devised a plan, a way to take him down and end his reign of tierney.

Before the plan could come to fruitition, the Cross Family Mansion was broken into in the middle of the night. Slaughtered like animals Wyatt watched through the floorboards of the cellar as his mother begged for her family to be spared and was killed. The mansion painted with blood, the family ripped apart, fang marks in their skin. The Witches were lead to believe their Patriarch had been murdered by Vampires bloodthirsty and on a bindge.

In retaliation to this the Reid Family Manor was burned to the ground with Luka and Lacina inside, Lacina magically bound to prevent her from escaping and saving her own life. Though Luka would give everything to try and save his mother before she was fiercely burned alive in revenge.

Although the truth of what happened is unknown to Luka and Wyatt, Wyatt is very aware that it was not Vampires that murdered his family. This doesn't stop him from holding a grudge again Luka though. Even though Luka is the one who should hold it and doesn't truely anymore. He's grown tired of constantly fighting with Wyatt and he is the only reason that the Vampires have stopped being such a pest to the Witches. Constantly putting them all in their place.

In truth; Mirette had betrayed Shizuka, Evelyn and Lacina. She told Gaito what they were planning to spare her own neck and cement a bigger place for herself in the world. This is the reason she's the only one left alive.

Evelyn & Robert Cross' children.

Evelyn, who primarily went as Evie, was the patriarch of her family and coven, the Cross Witches. Robert, as man she had known since they were teenagers, took her last name knowing how important her families legacy and the bond of the Witches in Abarith is. Robert and Evie had a very loving and close knit family. He proposed to her when they were twenty-one, after dating since they were sixteen. Their marriage ceremony was held at the Castle, Shizuka was Evelyn's maid-of-honor,, Lacina and Mirette were her bridesmaids.

Robert, who had spent his entire life working in the newpaper industry as a report, quit when Evie got pregant with their first child and became a stay at home father. Evie made a lot of money working for the King as the Head Witch on the court. He enjoyed staying at home and was a very loving father. Evelyn, who was the Patriarch of her family and the Witch Coven in Abarith, trained her children. She had a big and loving heart, and she wanted her children to love themselves and love their family.

Evie and Robert had six children.

Though Wyatt claims to be the only Cross that survived his family being slaughtered; his siblings are very much alive. He just doesn't know where they are. Wyatt gets his eyes from his mother and his hair from his father. He looks more like Evie than he does Robert.

The Cross Coven.

Current Patriarch: Wyatt Cross. Future Patriarch: None. Location: West side of Abarith, middle district, between the Vampries and the Humans.

THE CROSS FAMILY is the beginning of Abarith. The family has roots in the Royal Family, their blood though very distant connecting them all the way back to the founder of the Kingdom, Seiji Abarith. Their blood is what created the beginning of the first Coven in Abarith and the current reigning Witch Coven. They are the foundation in which the magical community stands on, their magic deeply rooted into the Lay Lines that run through Abarith. The more of them there are, the stronger the coven is. The more their ancestors are laid in Abarith's soul, the stronger their ancestrial magic is.

EVELYN CROSS was the previous Matriarch of the Cross Coven and the Head Witch on the 22nd King's court. She was the one who restored the reputation and stability of her coven by bringing together the Witches of Abarith. Uniting them under the family name. It was through her that the Witches truly began to gain back their strength and power, balancing themselves and the magic that runs through Abarith. To the Witches of Abarith, she was the greatest thing to ever come out of the Cross Family line.

THE BETRAYAL of Mirette Samaha sent the coven back centuries of work. Centuries of stabalizing and fixing the lay lines. Evelyn and her husband being slaughtered in their home, removing the future of the coven and ruining the family off set the entire magical network Abarith was founded on. The family scattered the Witches pissed off, that peaceful balance they found was ruined in a single night and the coven fractured apart. The magic, though still strong laid broken and tattered in the network, the witches left scrambling to pick up the pieces and wondering who would lead them.

WYATT CROSS after over a decade spent passed around, sold and resold, on the black market finally dragged himself from the trenches of the place like a burning blue flag. Loathing Vampires (mainly the Reids), Witches and people as a whole he was not their ideal Patriarch. However, being the only Cross left and a decent witch (and shitty Empath), as the son of Evelyn Cross, he was the legitimate and legal heir. This being the case, after much deliberation, arguing and debating from King Hiroki--he took the position.

CURRENTLY Wyatt is the Patriarch of what he considers a dead coven despite all the Witches in Abarith being a part of the coven. Their magic all tied into the network that runs through Abarith. He is a very angry, very unkind man, who wants to just see the entire world burn. The Witches magic that once ran strong and proudly through Abarith is now a fraction of what it used to be and not improving due to Wyatt's ignorant and hateful nature. The witches still fight with the Vampires over the death of Evelyn Cross and it's very much a sore spot for them whenever talked about. Evelyn was deeply beloved and they can tell that Wyatt is NOT his mother. Though they wish he would be.

THE CROSS FAMILY ESTATE still stands, the house cleaned up from what happend. Wyatt pays for it, though he never goes there. Wyatt lives above the Vampire District (which is above the Witches), on the side of the Mountain Abarith Castle was built on top of.

The Witches of Abarith and the Vampires have an ongoing war. Though it's calmed down over the years to just petty pranks, street brawls and occasional acts of arson, Wyatt and Luka do not get along. Once childhood friends (and Luka does not give a shit about Wyatt), Wyatt frequently when in the same room as Luka loses his temper and attempts to murder him. The easiest way to set Wyatt off is to ask about his family, or Luka Reid and his family.

Father of (Vercingetorix) Eric, who is actually a fracture of Artemis' soul and his first creation. Uncle to Adriel.

Technically a Shapeshifter himself, he is locked to two forms due to having mentally broken himself and shattered his own soul. The form of a child (chosen to create a feeling of comfort in people since a child seems innocent) and his true form (an adult man).

The second strongest being in Abarith / the universe, surpassed by Eric strictly speaking because he's broken / at half power.

Fiercely protective of Eric he will regularly attempt to harm (mentally and physically) anyone who gets close to Eric.

Enjoys violence, pain, blood, ritualistic sacrifices and dissecting people. Enjoys it more when in the chaotic (child) form.

One of Seven Pillars that created the foundation for the universe / Abarith. Artemis is the youngest of his siblings who were very afraid of him because of what he could do and what he was creating. Artemis' siblings isolated him out and after centuries of mental torture he became what he is.

Growing up as an empath that runs the black market has taught Wyatt to hide his own true feelings behind a stoic mask of a business man. He has seen and felt what feelings do to others, how they destroy them, and doesn’t desire to have that done to himself. Beneath what he hides Wyatt isn’t all that cold, he enjoys power but doesn’t crave it, and though well off in a leadership position, he prefer to watch from the sides rather than guide people—he just has a natural talent for the later.

Wyatt grew up in a very loving home, with several siblings and kind parents. His mother was the Coven Leader and the Head Witch on Gaito Nakamura's court. His mother was a loving and gentle woman, powerful and prideful, where his father was a warm and playful man, a stay at home father who cared to his children with a large heart. Wyatt grew up feeling loved with his mother helping him to cultivate his Empathic ability so he could give love in turn. So he could tell the difference between his emotions and others.

When Wyatt was just ten his entire family was murdered while he hid beneath the floorboards in a trap cellar. He heard his mother beg for the people to spare her children and his father try to risk his own life to save them, only to end up slaughtered like the rest of them. His siblings were taken by the people and the older ones were killed why the younger were tied up.

Though he tried to stay quiet as an empath Wyatt was able to feel his families pain and feel their fear, something that proved to be far to much for his little mind to handle. His own cries of fear and sorrow were enough to give away his location to the intruders and after being dragged out of the cellar he was tied up with the rest of his siblings and dragged off to what would be his first introduction to the black market.

Wyatt grew up being passed around though the market, sold again and again either to Vampires who wanted him as a blood bag or to someone else that wanted a slave for work. Through his exchanges, his disgust and hated for the people of the world started to set in him and he started to get a grip on his own abilities—which he decided to use for his own personal gain. He started with the lesser people, focusing in on their emotions and what they felt toward their coworkers. Anger, unfairness, petty jealousy, emotions that when turned on someone proved to be quite self destructive.

By turning the people onto each other Wyatt was able to take out the entire market from the inside, men murdering men out of the emotions they felt and though the ashes rose up their new King, a teenager of just sixteen who knew the market far better than anyone else. After he seized control of it he started his own little alcohol business, the main purpose being to run a Bar, the "Starlight". The funds he got from the Black Market was run through the funds of Starlight to hide the income.

Wyatt turned the Black Market into something more profitable and less horrifying. Ensuring the destruction of the Slave Ring and any other horrifying inhumane practices. He does do buisness with John Reid through it though.
