"Apparently that's also where this resurgence of 'of course I'm pretty' kind comes from. And like, y'know, it's... it's one thing to be confident, and another to be rude about a compliment. Sometimes, people aren't poets or writers, and sometimes the best they can do is genuinely compliment what you're wearing, 'n all..." they pause. "Oh, I rambled off into nothing. Sorry.
