cherri absolutely shoves any form of emotions which don't act in her own self-indulgence to the back of her mind to unpack when it all boils out at random - the only person who would have come remotely close to seeing her breakdown would have been angel dust.

this isn't something that happens often with her. she is very skilled with putting other people's emotions before her own and the only reason why angel is close enough to learn what he does is because she's been there for very similar breakdowns.

cherri knows what angel has been through and what his damage is. she knows his name. she knows what valentino has done. it's why he always gets dirty looks from her. she will never interfere when they are in his building - she knows angel can handle himself when he really needs to - but it doesn't stop her from wanting to throw her bombs around his set from time to time.

they met in similar circles, cherri latched on quick. the two becoming each other's ultimate hype pal. they are truly queer-platonic soulmates who found each other during their lowest of lows and their shared fun and chaos was the first bit of true excitement towards what hell had to offer cherri.

cherri doesn't really want to do love again, love was her foil after all, love was the finishing touches to drag her to hell to start with. that love is complicated and a type of mess she doesn't want to get into. now one night stands and flings? that's a whole different form of coping that she takes on. relationships are fine with her but they are always short-lived. it's her bailing when she knows that most in hell won't be after her best interest anyways.

This post is essentially a breakdown of minor headcanons not big enough to warrant their own posts. Kaia is trained and studied in most things traditional lady due to her upbringing. She’s read various tomes, learned multiple languages, balanced the book on her head, ballroom dances, mannerisms, etc.

Kaia is skilled in various ballroom-style dances. This is due to her upbringing prior to her running off. Her favorite style happens to be similar to the Viennese waltz.

The languages Kaia knows are Common, Far Eastern, Goblin, and Elezen. Due to primarily who her family worked with as far as trades and goods went, her parents found it vital she’d be able to communicate with potential future partners.

Kaia enjoys playing pranks on people so look out if you’re her target.

Kaia has many aliases when going under cover, most of these are hidden. Her most well known one happens to be Kaia Rivers when the mission isn’t drastic. White Viola is another from her time in Gridania.

Kaia plays the role of damsel very well. In fact, it’s something she uses to her advantage on a lot of her missions. If she’s targeting someone, she will put on the show until she’s ready to attack and get what’s wanted at the moment.

Her favorite type of food to eat is anything involving seafood. Spicy tuna is her top choice.

While Kaia doesn’t want anyone she’s close with to die, she’s perfectly content with facing it square in the face herself. She’s a risk taker and has certainly had close calls a few times in her life because of this.

Kaia values her sleep. This makes it difficult for her to want to wake up early in the morning as a result. If you try to wake her up before she’s ready to – she gets really cranky and snarky under her breath. It’s nothing personal, she just doesn’t want to wake up yet if she says something mean to you as a result. She will grumble and growl and mock you in any way she can while trying to fall back to sleep. 

Kaia goes downhill whenever she’s sick. Her body just stops working. She will try to stay up and not let anyone know she’s under the weather until her body just betrays her.

If Kaia had to pick an exercise she enjoys best, it would be sprinting. She loves the feel of the wind in her hair while she’s running around.

Kaia’s ideal weather is thunderstorms. The hard sound of falling rain followed by thunder and lightning makes her feel the most relaxed.

She enjoys tart and sour flavored treats! Anything that tickles the tongue or forces you to pucker your lips, she absolutely loves!

Valen is nonbinary and defaults to they / them pronouns. Though they don't mind if you use she / him as well. They don't really have a preference all the same.

When the time came for them to start training, Valen decided to leave home and never look back, changing their name in the process. This is something they never address and never get into considering they were on a different life path compared to what tradition for their clan back home wanted.

They have found family in the form of Alric Spencer, that's their buddy and sometimes they go on treasure map hunts with him.

MCH main, total gunbun, enjoys tinkering around with machinery as well and is a total nerd customizing their turrets.

Has an absolute interest in magitek and pays super close attention whenever they're around the Garlond Ironworks crew.

They will cause problems and it will be on purpose.

Has a scar over their eye when tinkering with one of their turrets went wrong.

Has both WOL verses and Companion verses, can be swapped depending on the dynamics and plotted threads with partners! Where they're at during certain parts of MSQ are absolutely impacted by this so very co-wol friendly as well!

Their Ancient / Azem name was Dionysus. More on them at a later time.

here are some base portrayal notes to help with plotting purposes that mutuals are more than welcome to incorporate in anything per-established for ease of access! results may vary depending on the verse but this primarily applies to my main / default portrayal as plotted with cece as well!

while the main verse tag applies to any seasons of the series, the general default that i'll work with if a specific time period isn't mentioned is around season four.

adrien is figuring things out still but identifies as a bisexual / biromantic.

i refuse to believe that the events of canon take place in the span of a few months and is less than a year, so adrien does age throughout the events of the series. origins he is 13, season one he is 14, he's 15 during seasons two and three, and turns sixteen from season four to present. this means in my default verse, he is sixteen years old. timeline to be posted at a later date.

while it doesn't happen right away, chat noir will become a co-guardian with ladybug for the kwami.

even though there's a movie based verse, there will be a sprinkle of movie adrien and chat noir sprinkled into his series based verses.

for the most part, he follows the series fairly faithful, but any changes will be posted during a later date.

HEART.   is your muse quick or slow to give their heart away?

Kaia is absolutely not quick when it comes to giving her heart away. This is something that she keeps hold of for as long as possible. She's never been one for feelings and falling in love and the idea of any type of love related cliches makes her just about gag. She doesn't like losing control and this includes her emotions. Let alone having emotions and giving them to someone else. But once she does, she falls hard. It just takes a while of dealing with her stubbornness.

EMBRACE.   does your muse like hugs? what are their hugs like?

Despite not being one to give her feelings so easily, Kaia's actually very physical. She enjoys hugs and might even sneak in when you least expect it to catch you off guard. Depends on who you are, she doesn't mind the hugs one bit! Her hugs are playful and fun. She's the type to lift and spin you if she can! Anything to keep you on your toes. They're usually quick though, if she's having a moment where she needs someone, they last longer and she grips what she can around your back in a silent request to simply stay like that for a moment longer.

AFFECTION.   how does your muse show affection?

This is a result that depends on what level of dynamic you have unlocked with her. Kaia's default way to show affection is the act of simply time spending. She will grab you by the hand and pull you along on whatever crazy or chaotic journey she has up her sleeve. It'll be a night to remember for sure. Is it good or bad??? Depends!!! But if you have a closer bond with her, Kaia shows affection in various ways. Her favorite is sleeping in and forcing cuddles because she's a monster:tm: when waking up too early but is always down for latching on and giving away body heat. Bonus points if your muse runs colder than she does because she's stealing it to cool off!

ROMANCE.   is your muse a romantic or a cynic?

Kaia starts out as a cynic but is secretly a romantic. She just doesn't realize this until it dawns upon her that she does have the oh shit feelings for someone.

TRUE LOVE.   does your muse believe in true love?

While she may not fall for many of the overly sappy things, and is absolutely team people are using one another for benefit thanks to her life with her family and her being set up in an arranged marriage with someone. It takes a while before she starts to believe in whatever true love might mean to the dynamic. For her? She's very all in or nothing. There isn't anything in between. If she does love you, she is going to love hard. At the start of things, she doesn't believe in true love but as things progress, she might become open to the idea. Think very Satine from Moulin Rouge.

shiku is searching for the next big thing to pitch to his father during their next business meeting, this involves a well-known card game known as duel monsters and it's something he's picked up from aillah. the family hosts events and sponsors others.

yugioh verse facts for plotting purposes:

aillah, despite being interested in the game, doesn't actually play much. instead, she vlogs and documents special challenges on her well-known youtube channel which centers around beauty in the dueling arena. she does makeup tips still but also takes on challenges from time to time.

shiku learns of the game from his sister and from there, pitches to their father that they should invest and as a result, he typically attends special events and is the one to host in his father's name.

if your muse is a canon top duelist, aillah will fangirl and attempt to invite your muse to be on her channel in some way. but she also has special guests in other forms of entertainment as well.

shiku actually will play the game and enjoys the strategy-building side of creating a deck along with the various play styles it might bring to a fight. he plays for stress relief more times than not.

the only person who i have something worked out for with a twewy au on this blog is luka, i'll expand more later on when i'm not dead from work but here's a brief little breakdown in the meantime until I can expand more.

cause of death: he was a casualty from an akuma attack, he knocked the target out of the way and was hit instead, saving them at the cost of his own life.

entry fee for the game: his music. luka ends up losing his ability to play and no longer has access to his guitar. his ability to feel through song is no more.

top clothing brand: as much as i want to make the pun and claim hip snake, that's absolutely not luka's style. i picture him more along the lines of tigre punks.

She's a frequent party attendee. Anywhere she can get her hands on a party, you will find her there causing some sort of chaotic stir.

Her favorite thing to do when she visits the human world is to tease her prey before gathering the energies she's out for.

Her favorite thing to do is dance and she will absolutely use this to her advantage.

Kaia's eyes are actually purple and this is a trait that makes her stand out every now and again from other succubi.

She lives in an okay apartment alongside her twin brother - an incubus named Alric. They are known for playing pranks against each other and it's never shocking when one of them steals the other's partner of the night from them as revenge. Kaia has made out with his girlfriends and he's made out with her boytoys. Despite their back and forth, they're close.

She cannot remain in one place for too long. Her wanderlust has absolutely assisted her in visiting the other rings of interest. She hears there's a pretty interesting hotel intended for redemption!

Kaia wants to cause problems on purpose. It's how she thrives.

1.0 is an interesting time altogether when you stop and think about it. ( I say this as someone who's slowly been making their way watching playthrough cinematics of what happened! ) Minfilia, who used to be Ascilia, lost her father when a goobbue was set out and instead trampled him over her in an act of saving her.

And that's when she gets taken in by F'lhaminn.

She's allied with Niellefresne, a necromancer who aimed to try and bring him back to get answers needed before his murder.

All she wanted was peace and answers, and was open to utilizing any and all special, rare gifts to achieve this hope, even so far as to look at the tribes and try to have them unite in a way to stop the Garleans. Despite most being against her.

But who was the one who believed in her and walked her path? The Adventurer.

I like to think that even there, a special bond is formed, because where people wanted to protect her and keep her safe, she wanted to push through and get her own answers, to make people proud, to prove that she was fully capable at whatever the cost might have been, and that The Adventurer was one of the people who could recognize that. Both their gifts recognized in return.

Even though this ended in failure, even though she would eventually cross the paths of Louisoix himself, who would guide her to be ready, to tell her to wait for the next bringer of light should he fail, she was determined that in her next life, she would get it right.

It almost feels like a dream most nights. Flashes of memories and vague hints to what once had been. Waiting all this time for the very person while bringing together The Scions in their original form in memory of him and his sacrifice.

A Realm Reborn starts and Minfilia now guards Tupsimati safe within her Solar. Every now and again she looks to it, recalls a promise made, and does what she can to ensure his name lives on through The Scions and their mission.

Thanks to being gifted with the echo, she can recognize them when they first meet, that they are the chosen she's been destined to look after and guide well into their oncoming missions. It's there she finds herself establishing a new bond.

She explains that Louisoix's spell wiped everyone's memories of the survivors, information she also likely gained through the Echo.

It's because of the echo she's even recalled what she has. I like to think they show up in the form of dreams, sometimes visions, she can recognize when The WOL is dealing with something similar, she's felt it herself after all.

She's thankful for people like Thancred, who looks after her when he can, I adore the father/daughter or even sibling dynamic that they have as he is someone most precious to her that she wishes to protect in return.

because he's currently on the brain, here's some information pertaining to my portrayal of chat blanc and what that specific verse entails.

my portrayal of chat blanc and what went down in his timeline of events primarily follows the episode for the most part. the only difference is that when the akuma landed in his bell, the fight took longer to consume him creating a slow burning corruption as a result.

when his battle of willpower loses out, his attire takes the new look to the white suit with the blue over his eyes and that's when he begins the hunt for the miraculous and starts pulling stunts to summon ladybug himself.

chat blanc starts his destruction of paris and the people in it. when ladybug does finally find him, she's close to getting him back when hawkmoth appears and solidifies his hold on chat.

this is something that absolutely backfires on him, where ladybug is reaching out and willing to take what chat blanc throws at her out of her hope and trust in her partner, hawkmoth takes a more defensive stance when the more powerful cataclysms are used against them.

the ladybug from chat blanc's timeline is dead and he was the one who killed her. this makes his reunion with the ladybug months later all the more painful when he fights for her miraculous so he can make the wish to bring her back from his actions.

it's very vital to know that chat blanc is not at all okay.

even though the events aren't something that adrien ends up remembering when ladybug fixes and alters the timeline, he does still get nightmares and phantom memories as a result. this feeds into the fight he will eventually get into with ladybug who lives with the trauma of what happened.

But in actuality, he's working his ass off with researching medicines and healing techniques under Emmerololth, his specialty involves techniques and antidotes which are known to make one drowsy so they can rest through examinations and healing procedures. He's kinda like a doctor!

When he wasn't working or spending hours upon hours with necessary research, he's absolutely catching up on his own sleep that he's lost. Yes, I'm really playing hard into the Hypnos card lmao. she finally made it! aillah decides to make the move to los york to continue her online social media journey and her brother ends up joining her with the move. they share a two-bedroom apartment around 9th avenue where shiku has brought over their family company to run the newest branch in a deal made.

los york is filled with plenty of collab opportunities for aillah, which is why she decided to pack her bags and move overseas to continue building her brand and youtube channel from there.

shiku has found the perfect location to start the newest branch to their family's company which he's taken over. he's not home often but when he is, he can be found studying or coming up with new things to implement for work.

when shiku is busy, aillah decides to sign shiku up for the glitzy and popular marriage agency cupid corporation,  known for its style and success rate, she hopes someone can help her brother find love.

their father actually agrees that this can be a good marketing and partnership opportunity for the company and encourages shiku to go along with it. shiku isn't thrilled at all but does proceed.

shiku is absolutely a parasite linked with the other guys for various reasons, though he's been titled the cynical parasite due to his persona he puts on.
