Summary:

Two months ago, an incident happened at the Shatterdome that sees Megumi needing a new Drift partner and Satoru needing to see Megumi happy again. A late-night spar might provide a solution to both problems.

Well, that settles it. Satoru hasn’t Drifted with anyone since his sole attempt post-Suguru almost ended in disaster. But if there’s anyone Satoru’s mind is willing to accept into his own, it’s Megumi. Now, all that’s left is to convince Megumi to let him in.

What is your favorit Gofushi Moment?

Oof I don't have one favourite gofushi moment. The first one that comes to my mind is chapter 117 where Gojou tells Megumi about the previous clan leaders, but I wouldn't call it my favourite, more like, it has a ton of potential that can be exploited for shipping content xd

It is probably a tie between chapter 2 (personal feelings request) and chapter 58 (give it your best).

Please, this translation does not display their actual relationship T_T

How Megumi, a student, can make a request based on his personal (selfish) feelings to Gojou, his sensei. And Gojou actually complies with it as if nulling an execution was easy peasy.

From the second chapter, you can sense there is something deeper between them :^) as if they went far back together.

The other one is chapter 58 where Gojou tells Megumi to give it his all as a basis for Megumi to develop his DE and change his past mentality.

Maybe I have a thing for mentor-mentee moments in gofushi lolol but pairings like this, where one helps the other become better, are very precious to me.

u_u I really want to see the inverse now, or how Megumi influenced Gojou's life. "Oh, nothing <3" is excellent but it's not as explicit as chapter 58 imo.

By the way, honourable mention to "Gojou protecting Megumi while he is showing off vs Sukuna" moment hshshs

Aaay, there should be a tierlist of different gofushi moments in tiermaker B) I would probably tier them as "makes me go fuwa fuwa" to "cant believe this is canon" HAHAHAH
