Really good to hear Queen Wei sing again, I like her doing this electro style.  By the way, that’s a SoundCloud link for Oberka, I couldn’t find a fb page under that name.  But looking at some album promo, I think he is 黃少雍 Huang Shao-Yong. 

Not sure why Yong has assumed the Oberka persona, perhaps to separate the musician/composer role from the executive producer role?  Anyway, we are familiar with his excellent electronica work with 林瑪黛 MATELIN.

Just read on 黃少雍 Huang Shao yong’s fb that he did a lo-fi arrangement for Waa Wei 魏如萱, I think it is part of a larger compilation, but the song and instrumental is listed as a new single on her Spotify.  (The link Shao-yong posted is for YouTube Music, not regular YT, so I couldn’t embed it here)

Shao-yong played bass in Waa’s band for years, and has also done some electronic arrangements for her recent releases.  He is also part of the electronic band 林瑪黛 matelin, and arranger/producer/head of Dark Paradise Records.

娃娃一直說想要做個Lo-fi的所以特地研究了一下華語Lo-fi後唯一的想法是找一個很爛的鼓手來打很歪的beat，所以找了很愛到處秀鼓技的阿雞，結果他很認真的練了果然打的頗歪，錄鼓的時候連門都沒關放一隻mic在客廳收結果幾乎都用那隻，間奏還吹了一個大便小喇叭。不過吉他認真的找eric來錄了3個take，每個take越彈越好最後選彈最不熟的第一個take。還有小提琴找剛野餐完的蘇子茵，全部拉一些效果。最後錄音娃娃說唱得像壞特好了，然後超鬆的做完了。
