also katsuki omg ! i have a pinterest board where i post the kind of style i think he would have so i am GLAD to talk about this question 😌 i think he's a lil picky so i don't have much but when i come across the right thing, it's going in there !! 😌 i think he is almost always wearing something comfy LOL if he can get away with it, he's wearing loose fitting pants and a jacket of some kind 😒 and the annoying thing is that he can pull off anything 😒 i think he would try to step it up a lil if we were going to an party or family's house, but he's not wearing anything tight LOL

hello my love! i've missed you! i've been doing well. how have you been!? 🫂❤️

hmm okay okay! so i have given this some thought, and since i haven't written a lot for shouto i feel like i cannot answer this well. hopefully in a few years i will be able to come back to this and give you an answer that you deserve 🥺 but for now, for my current writing that i just put out recently, i will say my favorite part to explore of his character is his compassion and sense of self. he has had a difficult life, but to see how he grows from it and works through his resentment towards he who shall not be named is astonishing and compelling--to me as a writer and as a person. no matter what, in my writing, i try to pay attention to the characteristics that make him Shouto Todoroki; his personality. he is more than a legacy, and i think a lot of people forget that unfortunately so i try my hardest to focus on his growth instead of what made his grow and what did he grow from. does that make sense?

sel i am so so sorry for the late reply, but life happens, sometimes harder than i'm ready for. only really had the energy to scroll and reblog pretty pictures for a hot minute.

so far i have been consuming the fic intrinsic warmth at maybe a read (or two) a month? which is pretty insane considering it's bordering on 180k words already. but idc dude it's so good, maggie's writing/world & character building is on another level IMO for a self-insert fic. there's so much color and emotion in her chapters, i can't get enough of it! and her portrayal of satoru, jesus she's got him down pretty good, but that's just me everyone has an opinion on gojo. i'm going so feral i started going back and annotating it for a playlist i'm putting together for it. if anyone else likes intrinsic warmth, i would love to talk about it!!

if anyone hasn't read it yet, don't let the word count scare you! once you get started it's hard to stop, but beware if u are impatient. updates are irregular, but sooo worth it. maggie leaves no crumbs with each chapter drop, you can catch her on ao3 or here on tumblr <3

as for suguru...he's been on my mind, but i wouldn't say in a positive light lol. examining his character from what choices i would make in his shoes has soured it a bit but i'm finding my way back.

i dont like talking about my writing -- especially the stuff i do well, because I dont think there's a lot? I dont vary my sentence structures enough, my dialogue can get repetitive, I dont write very compelling stories.

oooh this is difficult! i’ve often been told that my writing style is unique but i just cannot figure out exactly what it is that sets it apart ahahahah but when i read back or when i’m really enjoying writing i think i am very snappy with dialogue! and i leave a lot of inside jokes with myself hahahah

and i think i talk a lot about his hands. i think there’s a lot of rich subtext there bc they’re really forceful, good for breaking the iron wall and building up his teammates! but i like exploring his softer side. i also really think he is a very funny guy but in the way that he says something and you say bye and go home and realize when ur getting ready for bed that it was actually hysterical. he’s smart! okay so basically everything but

the Japanese title for the BGM in the title screen for Wings of Eternity is "あたしを輝かせてくれるのはお前だけ", which roughly translates to "You’re the Only One Who Makes Me Shine"

(the Korean ver. has a similar title 一 너만이 나를 빛나게 하리니 一 I can't exactly understand Korean yet unfortunately so I went with the Japanese title since I can read that, although according to the accounts of some JP/KR people on twt they seem to have similar enough meanings even if the wording is slightly different? Feel free to correct me though, since again I can’t understand Korean huwee)

I've been insane thinking abt what this implies, like is this how Golden Cheese feels about Burning Spice in the end?? "The only one who can make her shine"??? Unless she's talking abt someone else, although I have no clue who else it could be?

also just to add, the title specifically uses あたし (atashi) and not 私 (watashi) for "I/me"

I only noticed this bcus I'm like insane abt her, but Golden Cheese uses "watashi" most of the time. It's mostly considered a somewhat polite way of referring to oneself, although it's normal for fem people to use it casually (White Lily is an example)

However, in kingdom interactions specifically with her fellow Ancients, she uses "atashi", a more informal/casual form of the pronoun! Since they’re her best friends and they have such a deep bond, she feels more casual around them,,,, so cute ueee

she still does use “watashi” at the council at the end of Episode 18, however this can just be because it’s a formal event

PS. She actually still uses “watashi” in Beast-Yeast 5-6 around Burning Spice, so it’s very interesting that the title of this track uses “atashi” instead,,,,

I started liking her when Beast-Yeast Ep 5 came out I believe, although I've had her for quite a while. She carried my team immensely for the past year or so (?) so I got pretty attached to her, and it was her time to shine and she really hooked me with…. I am actually not sure. She has a "je ne sais quoi" charm I suppose….

Ok but I think a big part about why I like her character is her voice actresses’ performances (I mostly play with Japanese voices but I did hear the English version as well bcus I’m ill), like she sounds so refined and kinda ojousama but then she’ll make the cutest noises known to man and I EAT IT UP EVERY TIME

There's also Crispia Episode 17-18, which made me love her even more... her escapism era really made me go "oh my god she's just like me fr", and it makes me love the ending of her deciding to face reality even more, because I'm just so happy for her

There are more reasons tbh but this post is already SO LONG 😭 im sorry ;;

design wise my other fav is Cream Unicorn Cookie!!! They’re literally made for me specifically..... unicorn + pastels + amusement park..... they're my everything, I know I never talk about them here but literally they are my most spoiled cookie ever.
