EA sale + EP preorders + NEW Creator Code!

EA has a really big sale starting today (that's July 27, 2024, for those of you stumbing on this later!), and it includes a lot of Sims 4 packs! PLUS you can now preorder the Lovestruck EP.

And if that new EP has you nervous about all the mods it will break (starting with lots of mods that touch the UI…), and you use the Broken/Updated Mods & CC lists I make as part of how you manage around these big patches, there's a new way to support my mod-tracking work in the EA App checkout.

Thanks to an invitation from EA to be part of the Creator Code program, you can now add LUTHIENRISING as a "Promo Code" in the EA App. And it doesn't cost you any extra!

I'm hugely grateful for the content I receive as a member of the EA Creator Network. If only the money tree worked for real! So I'm also hugely grateful for the community support that helps cover some of the time I've been giving to the community since I started tracking broken and updated mods back when Sims 4 was still a nooboo. Confirmed: The Sims 4 Getting Birthmarks on the Next Patch

The Sims 4 has officially announced that birthmarks, stretch marks and cesarean scars are coming to the base game as a free update on March 14th. See their tweet below.

Birthmarks and other skin details can also be spotted throughout all promo materials of “Growing Together”, the new Expansion Pack to the game, which will be released on March 16th. Until now, it’s been unclear whether those would be free for all or part of the DLC.

Their tweet also shows some Create a Sim items coming with the EP.

I'm glad Johanne gets to do some promotion for the series, before she's off to Odense with Askepot the 24-27th. schedule is online!! I loved them asking which each preferred in the video of their own films. Lol I haven't seen either of Magnus' yet but I didn't realize he was in Synkefri until just now. Will have to see if I can watch it, or both. I love historical films! Even though it looks like another really sad story like SimE or The Bombardment (USA title). Such a sad movie, but really good.

Anyway, they all look great in the vids/pics! Love the outfits for them all. Also Ellen looks like such a nice lady too. 😃😊😊 The producer too! And as always Alex and Johanne just look adorable together! They're imo, a very lovely couple! 💙💜💚❤💖

Sidenote how cool is it to go on a musical tour? 😊😊 everything packed up and taken to another location, costumes, sets, etc. That's a lot of work, they must have a kick ass crew to set up again brand new in other cities that fast. From Sunday night to Weds. It must be equal parts of excitement, exhaustion, nervousness for the cast and crew. New city, new audience, new critics. As well as being in awe and overwhelmed. I hope it's going great, and all the hard work everyone put into it is appreciated. 😊😊😊

Here's a good review for the series CMD OR KMF, from last year when critics viewed it early. It's been nominated (last year) for at least one award. So I'm looking forward to the weekend I can watch the whole show. What I've seen so far is hilarious.
