the thought of moth being the first one to offer a genuine chance to fini cuz they know what its like to feel like youve lost everything and they know that his true dream isnt really to destroy the world but to have some sort of purpose and feel in control of his life . and everyone else is (rightfully) cautious to trust him because duh, and yet its obvious tbat the way moth treats him with such softness and patience has such an astounding effect on him .

fin and moth story ramble time?? yeah

ok so bsdicslly my jdeasfor fin and moths timeline is basically. fin ends up using a warp ring that fucks up majorly and instead of teleporting him , it basically throws him into moths timeline aka the modern game/comic timeline with no way of returning which frustrates the fuck out of him at first cuz HIS RESEARCH .. HIS PROGRESS ..

but moth is the first person he meets, and theyre so kind, and timid, and welcoming... and they dont know anything about him or what hes done in his own timeline. and it wouldnt hurt to research this dimension a little bit, since its not like hes going anywhere anytime soon... so he puts on an innocent face and pretends like he didnt Commit Atrocities in order to gain their trust, and they offer him a place to stay for the time being as he figures out whats going on with himself and perhaps make a new plan for THIS world

he spends his time researching into what the hells up with this dimension, all the similarities, the differences......eventually Yhe Gang finds out abt fin but are only kinda wary about him cuz hes creepy looking and has bad vibes since he hasnt technically done anything in this dimension yet and its not like they know what hes done either . sonic definitely probably rags on moth at some point and is like "the guy looks like the definition of evil villain and you let him in your HOUSE?"

thats all i have planned out in depth for now but he definitely takes an interest in moths powers and using them for his own benefit at some point cuz of course. i also dont reallyfeel like i can necessarily fix him like at all however i will fuckig. tame him like a feral cat . bitch i am dragging you kicking and screaming into a happy life you didnt know you wanted GET over here

UMMMM exe infodump time

my version goes mainly by x or .exe/exe ! its full name is xenyx (zee-nix). its a demonic entity that takes the form of the one and only s0nic da hedgie cuz he likes to lure his victims into a false sense of security through his appearance of a comforting childhood figure, or a friend

he resides in the Cursed game but can in fact get out under certain circumstances, ie the player finishing the game all the way through.

its 'full s0nic' form is supposed to look just like sonic, but there are elements of it that are just... slightly off. his smile, his eyes, theyre too wide. the stripes on his shoes are yellowed, and have no buckle. his skin is washed out and his spines are darker than usual. there's no shine in his eyes, and his pupils are oddly dilated. he's just slightly too tall. the longer you examine it, the quicker you begin to realize it is not sonic.

his origins are unknown to anyone but him and his "servants" aka the lost souls of the game characters.

now for some s/i/ship related infodumping >+3

so my s/i, ghost, is technically self explanatory - theyre a ghost ! albeit they have more of a tangible physical form than a regular classic ghost. they were murdered and given a new physical form. one of the powers they have now though is being able to transport their soul into electronics. being dead already means theyre not afraid of death, since yknow. theyre already dead. and they cant really be physically damaged? any physical damage is just kinda hollow. like if they were stabbed or something the knife does go into them as if they were really stabbed, but it doesnt DO anything. no blood, no pain, and the wound heals quickly after the knife is taken out.

this is one of the reasons they, initially, both intrigue and infuriate exe. because they arent very fun to play with. he cant harm them. he can disturb them with the brutal deaths of his servants, sure, but he cant do anything to THEM. not even take their soul for funsies, since thats under ol slendys protection. and even worse, theyre like hellbent on interacting with him as if its just some normal person, as if its not GOD (its not it just has a god complex)

fun fact that i think abt a lot: 834 hasnt experienced nevada before everything went to shit. like they were alive and stuff beforehand and they escaped before the sun got killed but they were basically always either at the facility or in hiding

it takes еxe a long long lonnggg time to actually say 'i love you' because of many many reasons but when he does . ghost immediately starts bawling. they hadnt heard those words said to them so sincerely since they were alive. they ask to hear it again and they say it back again and again and theyre as happy as theyve been in a long time

mmoth does cat things qnd comes into finnys "room" (basically just moths guest room that they let him stay in) and theyre ask if they can hang out for a little bit and before he can answer they settle down on the couch by his makeshift desk and start playing like . switch. and occasionally peek over at his work and they just like exist near him and hes like. why. and then they keep doing it and he just gets used to it
