Info: Ningguang is a very refined and sophisticated woman, many people revere and look up to her. As the Tianquan, it is her duty to look after the people of Liyue; guiding and leading them towards a new era. She is known to be a woman of many talents and faces, using her influences to help her gain the information she needs to know to gain the upper hand.

As Rex Lapis however, she's much more exhausted than she truly let's on. Yes she had given up her previous form as a show to allow herself to live on as the Human Ningguang, but it's all quite taxing. Even though she deserves a rest, the people of Liyue will always need her- and their Tianquan.
