you can get comfortable in any position (sitting, laying down..), and take some slow deep breaths and release all tension from your body. loosen up those muscles while focusing on your breathing! 💗

Good afternoon everypony I actually saw Renfield today and it was really fun, I thought Nicolas Cage made a really fantastic Dracula and Nicholas Hoult made a really lovable Renfield

It was also fucking hilarious as someone who's been in an emotionally/mentally abusive relationship because the Dracula/Renfield dynamic felt so familiar (in a cathartic way almost, especially considering Renfield gets his happy ending eventually)

The over the top gore/violence and the cinematography were really amazing as well imo :0)
