As desperate as I am to drop the entire scene right now, it’s going to be one of the biggest scenes in the whole fic and I think it’d spoil the final product if there was absolutely no suspense.

Without any further ado:

Adam isn’t entirely sure how he got into this situation. In his defence, it all happened very, very quickly.

They were laughing together, about something. He doesn’t actually remember what. But it made his jaw ache with the joy of it. The door of the EVP locker room slipped shut behind them, and before he can make a lame excuse or say something stupid to ruin the golden hue of this moment, the soulmate of one of his closest friends is kissing him right on the mouth with just enough hunger to show that it’s taking herculean effort to control.

Kota’s skin is still blood-hot from the match, motions fluid and certain.
