i think MK would mostly feel a sense of loss for the fact that in a way, things should have been like this, like when he “hatched” Wukong probably would have found him if it wasn’t for the fact someone or something brought it to Pigsy shop. He would have grown up with someone who could tell him how to be a stone Monkey and teach him his power. Surely, I think Wukong wouldn’t have been as good as a parent as Pigsy, and MK doesn’t regret a bit how things actually ended up happening, but it’s a bit of a case of “sometimes I imagine how my life would have been if it went this way”

How the goods queue and entering the venue was handled was very very far from the usual Zepp venues standard... that's it.

At least inside there were clear, easy to see lines creating squares on the floor, one fan per square. It didn't feel very crowded (especially after the failed entering).

As the BGM we got to listen to Dir remixes 😆

Kyo has a new stand with a gold bull's head.

They started with a new SE, the images had some ancient engraved metal disc with slowly turning parts. There was also a Buddhist looking statue, flames, setting up the ancient and magical atmosphere.

Then members started to appear in their usual order: Shinya, Die, Toshiya, Kaoru and Kyo.

Shinya wore his white outfit, it was like a long jackety thing? Die wore all black, I think basically his artist photo outfit? Toshiya had the prince type jacket from the artist photo, I think Kaoru also wore his photo outift.

Kyo wore a white tank top with a leather (not cow xp) jacket on top, black skinny jeans. As far as I could tell no or little make up. His hair was short blond.

They started with a new song, a long one (I haven't listened to the 30sec previews so either first or last song of PHALARIS). It started with a short bit of Die on the accoustic guitar (and he used it again later). It had a slower start but it changed few times, going faster, there was one heavier part, guitar solo. Kyo was singing quite high at some parts. It was a very nice song to start with.

After Celebrate Empty Howls there was a short break and then Kyo was smoking as Phenomenon started.

Midwife had Kyo on the stand shouting '重なって・kasanatte', to be honest it felt so strange without the reply from the audience😢 but it had a lot of energy.

The second new song was a heavier one, started with guitars and growling (?). There was also clean singing, quite high. The video had a cage with people?

Then after a break we heard the familar notes of Mazohyst, and it was familiar but also quite changed. It was tuned very low. Kyo changed all lyrics.

And they connected it with Oboro that followed after. Ouch.

After another short break they played the third new song. It was a slower one, with clean singing. Blue and purple lights.

Behind the Vacant Image that followed matched its energy well.

Up to this point the flow of songs was okay but the choice of songs had the audience actually stay quite passive (for dir). I was joking that I'm mainly going to listen to new songs rather than watch the concert because of my quite late number but there was a lot of 'just listening' (and my view was actually nice😆).

From Values of Madness the energy changed though and the last three songs of the main set were done in the 'いけるか？！・Are you alive over there??' spirit😂

As the main part finished we started clapping. The wait for encore wasn't very long.

They came back changed. Kaoru wore the tour long sleeve shirt, Toshiya had a sparkly black shirt over a black fitted one. Kyo had the tour jacket over the previous white tank top. Die something black/short sleeves. Shinya no idea, I couldn't see.

Hotarubi was a nice surprise!!

And then there was a lot of jumping and headbanging!😆

Somewhere during encore when members were walking around the stage Die bumped into Toshiya. And they were walking quite a lot!

Before the last song we got the whole course of 'are you alive?' 'can you keep going?' 'guys!!!' 'girls!!!' with pointing at the different areas of the audience. And 'LAAAAST'.

I missed the timeframe for submitting an ask to the wip blog as I was busy with work. Some tumblr blogs have search disabled, and tumblr search misses random posts sometimes.

Also, the video attached does not address my complaint of not being able to click on the blog I reblogged from's post. I am not talking about the originator blog, but a blog I reblogged from. Sometimes, the original post has also been deleted, so that is unhelpful.

For example: - blog1 posts a picture, which blog2 reblogs. This goes on for a while, until blog50. say blog50 talks about blog20's tags. If i want to see the post on blog20, i would need to go through all the notes to find blog20 - As mentioned, this is also unhelpful if I have queued/drafted a reblog to the wrong blog, especially if the original post has been deleted.

That is NOT what I am talking about.  I am NOT talking about the current reblogger or the original poster.  I am talking about a blog who the current reblogger reblogged from, who is NOT the original poster. This is not even a matter of implementing a suggestion, but Tumblr taking away a feature that already existed. The previous suggestion of using tumblr search to locate the post does NOT help, because, as previously stated: 1) some tumblr blogs have the search function disabled 2) tumblr search misses random posts sometimes

Let me try to portray clearer examples

SCENARIO 1, EXAMPLE EVENTS: 1) originalposter makes a post 2) blog2 🔁 originalposter   ==  blog2 reblogs from originalposter 3) blog3 🔁 blog2   ==  blog3 reblogs from blog2 4) blog4 🔁 blog3 ==  blog4 reblogs from blog3 5) This goes on until the post has been reblogged 10,000 times 6) I see blog50 reblog the post  7) blog50 references a profound comment that blog48 left in their tags 8) i want to see what blog48 wrote in their tags 9) i cannot find what blog48 s tags are in the "comments and tags", because there are 10,000 reblogs. I do not want to comb through 10,000 reblogs.

Previously, I would've been able to: - click from "blog50 🔁 blog49" to go to blog49, then "blog49 🔁 blog48", and locate the post on blog48's blog.  Now, I cannot do that. - right-click blog50's username to open blog50 on a new tab, to view the post on their blog's desktop theme (NOT the tumblr dashboard theme), which might have a "reblogged from" link.  But the new update also ruins that function. 

If I see blog50 has reblogged a post, I want to be able to click blog49 from the "blog50 🔁 blog49" header, and be taken to blog49

To re-iterate: - I am NOT talking about going to the post on blog50 or originalposter - I am talking about going to the post on blog49

Previously, I would've been able to click blog100 from "myblog 🔁 blog100", to go to the post on blog100, and reblog it from there, with the comments I like.

You’ve already taken him to a pumpkin patch, carved pumpkins which he greatly enjoyed and even made homemade spice cookies and apple cider, both of which Lotor really loved and kept asking for more. Seeing him have fun doing these activities warmed your heart and having him be so carefree was a nice change. Another intense part made you jump even closer to Lotor who only chuckled at your actions.

“Starlight, we can turn it off if it scares you so bad.” Leaning your head on his shoulder, you shook your head. “I’m fine, I’m just a bit jumpy is all.” Laughing at your words, he gave your temple a kiss. “A bit jumpy is an understatement my cosmos, you’re practically in my lap, unless that was your plan all along.” There was a playful tone in his voice, but it still made you heat up at the words. 

“N-no, I just wanted to watch spooky movies with you like everyone does during halloween.” Grinning at your flustered state, Lotor snaked his arm around your waist and pulled you straight onto his lap, the horror movie being forgotten for the time being. Since you were mostly turned to your side, you were pulled in a way that made you straddle him, knees on either side of him and full weight on him. 

“Well, the movies are nice, but there’s something else I’d like to watch.” Lotor’s hands traveled up and down the contours of your back, down to your bottom and even around to grip your hips a bit emitting a small moan from you. 

You could feel heat not only rise on your face, but other places. He always had this effect on you no matter what and he knows it too, cocky bastard. Glaring at the growing smirk on his face, he damn well knew it too.

“Are you trying to imitate one of those slasher characters?” Large hands dragged themselves down the length of your legs, sending shivers up your spine at the sensation. “If you are starlight, you’re not intimidating in the least. In fact, you’re absolutely adorable with that enraged look on your face.” Huffing out in frustration, he just chuckled at our defeat before capturing your pouting lips in a kiss.

With the movie being completely forgotten, the only sounds that accompanied the ragged breathing and breathless moans of your guys’ activities was the ominous music playing on loop in the ending credits of the film.

“This one’s it!” Dustin picked up his prized pumpkin, a giant grin on his face. Giving him a thumbs up, you smiled at the happiness the boy was emitting especially after all the craziness of the past year, having some sort of normalcy was needed.

Steve and yourself wanted to take the kids to the pumpkin patch since it was that time of year

and who doesn’t like pumpkin picking and carving? Looking over the patch you can see all the kids analyzing and picking their pumpkins. No worries of the upside down, government takeovers nor the unexplained, just kids having fun.

“Babe!” Head turning to your boyfriend, who was waving you over frantically with what looked like two identical pumpkins in his hands. Crossing the rows of pumpkins and vines you made your way over to Steve.

“Here, identical pumpkins for my pumpkin.” Snorting at the comment, you grabbed one of the pumpkins and examined it before looking at the one in his hands and sure enough, they were identical.

“You’re such a dork Steve, but you’re right! They are identical!” You stared at Steve as he smiled at his pumpkin. It was great to see him happy too, he’s been through so much too.

“Why’d you want to get identical pumpkins?”

Placing his in the wagon the pumpkin patch provided, he grabbed yours too and sat it next to his, giving them a final pat before turning his attention to you.

“I thought we could do the whole his and hers thing, but with pumpkins, ya know?”

He was trying to be cool about it, but you knew what he was trying to say and it was honestly adorable. Ever since you both started dating,

Steve showed you off to everyone and wanted to do all the couple things with you.

“His and hers pumpkins sound like a great idea Steve, I love it.” Wrapping your soft arms around

his middle, you reached up to kiss his cheek. “W-well, anything for you (Y/N), you know that.”

You could see the red tint appear on his cheeks which you always thought were adorable. He would still get flustered when you kissed him, touched him, and showed him any affection really.

“You missed.” Giving him a quick tilt of your head, he just laughed and cupped your round

cheeks and captured your lips in a chaste kiss. Oh, that’s what he meant by missed. Still cupping your now heated cheeks, he stroked the soft skin as you both had a nice moment in the patch, the nice breeze helping with the natural heat between you two, but of course when you look after these specific children, you’re bound to get interrupted.

“Really guys?” Breaking apart, Steve still had his arms around your soft middle, rubbing the material of your cardigan covered back while glaring at Lucas who interrupted you both. Max

shook her head and shoved Lucas a bit. “Oh shut it, I think they’re cute.”

“We can’t take you guys anywhere.” Dustin came over as well, his own pumpkin in hand as he rolled his eyes at the PDA Steve and yourself were showing.

Scoffing, Steve didn’t miss a beat. “Remember who drove you all here, damn brats.”

You chuckled at his comeback. You enjoyed seeing him interact with the kids and their banter. He really did care for them.

“We remember, we love (Y/N) for driving all of us here.”

Will piped up with his witty comeback making you bust out laughing as Steve had the most betrayed look on his face.

The group shared a laugh. Figuring Steve endured enough, you spoke to the group. “Okay guys, let’s get in line, we still have to drive back and start carving all these pumpkins.”

With all of them gone and in line, you gestured for Steve to turn to you. With a pout still on his face, you wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him down for another kiss, this one

just a little more heated, your tongue tracing his bottom lip asking for entrance. Granting you access, his hands traveled down to your backside before going back up to thread into your hair.

Breaking the kiss due to lack of air, he just kept running his fingers through your hair.

“Did I tell you I love you today?” His voice gets a bit huskier clearly affected by your kiss.

Howl could be romantic when he wanted to be and as you walked downstairs, the sight before you backed up that claim. A nice, gentle fire crackled in the fireplace, a blanket smoothed out and carefully placed in front of the glowing embers. 

Wine glasses and a wine bottle at the ready and various pillows scattered around the picnic area and of course, lit candles spread all over, the soft glowing wicks giving a cozy and romantic feeling. A feeling that was very much wanted now that Fall had arrived, the air starting to get cold much to your discomfort. 

“There you are sweetheart,” The low rumble of his voice erupted your thoughts as he practically glided out of the kitchen, wine opener in hand and a large smile on his face as his eyes scanned you up and down taking in your appearance. “I was about to come get you, but it looks like you beat me to it.” Sending you a wink, he ushered you to the blanket.

Sitting down on the soft blanket, Howl sat beside you as he popped open the cork of the wine bottle glasses being filled with the sweet white liquid.

”This is a nice surprise .” Your eyes lingered on all the candles that were lit around the room. The romantic atmosphere makes you feel a bit giddy as he hands you the half-full wine glass. Clinking your glasses together, he took a sip before answering with a, “You deserve this and more (Y/N), even with all of these candles, their light doesn’t hold a fraction of the glow that you emit.”

You felt heat rush to your round cheeks, his genuine words catching you off guard for a moment. Now, Howl did say sweet things to you on the daily, but this was something entirely different. He was being open with you, telling you what he sees in you. 

Setting the glass down, you grabbed his hand, just holding it in yours. “I love you, Howl. Your words, your actions, your whole being lights up my world, it would be terribly dull without you.” Kissing the top of his hand, you could make out a slight tint of red on his cheeks as the glow of the candlelight highlighted his face.

Howl sat his glass down too, cupping your cheek with his free hand, thumb grazing the soft, supple skin as he just observed you. “I thought the wine would be the only thing to heat me up tonight, seems I misjudged.” 

You felt his hot breath fanning your face as he leaned closer, eyes lingering on your slightly parted lips as they looked even more delicious in this moment. Not being able to wait, you leaned the rest of the way to finally capture his lips in yours. 

Even though this was something you both did all the time, this time it was fueled by unspoken lust and wanting as his hands traveled down the expanse of your plush arms, onto your sides, making sure to smooth over each perfect roll and dip of your body before ending with a firm grip of your hips.

Pulling back, you tried to catch your breath, both of your chests heaving up and down, half lidded eyes moving up and down each other's bodies. 

“I wanted this to be a nice romantic night, but you look so tempting right now (Y/N), shall we finish our wine and continue what we started in our room?” Hands slid down the expanse of your legs, hands massaging your plush thighs as he waited for your response. 

Placing a hand on his knee, you smiled. “This is romantic Howl, we can finish what we started right here, the setting, the mood, you, all of this is romantic; now please kiss me again before I go mad.” Chuckling at your eagerness, he happily captured your swollen lips as your romantic endeavor continued by the glow of the romantic candlelight.

End of week recap under the cut!

Nearly halfway through the month already?! Compared to last year's Flunktober, I found myself more inspired and comfortable with starting (and stopping!) these prompts as I pleased. Some of them don't quite come across that way in the context of the work (seven thousand words of Marcus Moreno later) but after 35k later (SHEESH) I am basking in that light of inspiration like never before. I have no pressure or expectation of myself to make every fic a series, or every series complete.

It makes me wonder if the fervor I experienced is in any way going to carry on through November and beyond.

How in the fucking christ did I post 25k in just one week yall. HOW. Literally the posted word count for both weeks is 34.9k right now. The sum of all 31 days right now is over 65k and is only looking like it's gonna grow even more.

What went well? The week as a whole went exceptionally smooth, as I'd had all seven of these in first-draft before October 1st was even close to getting here. I've started getting a pattern down to posting the morning of. I uploaded the fics into the queue and waited for the time to come for them to be posted, and with that ready to go I was able to backtrack and re-distribute links across my masterlist. The first week was definitely way more difficult, but I found my stride!

What didn't go well? Farmer Joel Day 08 didn't do nearly as well as I thought it would. Compared to the snip I posted on Day 02, this one just shat the bed in terms of attention/sharing. While I don't do this kinda stuff for numerical validation, I do get fairly discouraged when all I see are a few likes and no feedback. There were a few points this week where I wondered glumly if anyone would fucking care if I stopped posting for the challenge.

What surprised you? Honestly, how affected I would be by the downtick in engagement. I credit that a lot with my therapy homework though, honestly - I've been ruminating on a negative core belief of mine from my childhood that I don't need or deserve praise or positive attention. I need to do some work to distance my codependency on notes/feedback, because it had me questioning whether I even continued.

What didn't surprise you? The same goddamn thing happened three separate times where I went to edit down a work and ended up lengthening it by several score greater than I started. On one hand, it proves that setting something down for a while and picking it back up is a great way to reintroduce yourself to your creativity without the pressure of finishing something.

Which work did you like writing the most? Farmer Joel on Day 08. It was the first thing I ever wrote for Joel, and while it's atmospheric as all hell, I truly love the cohesion of the story - even if it lacks a ton of context divulged later on!

What are you excited for about next week? Primal Play with Joel Miller and the fun crossover of two of my AUs: Mesh Network and Puppy Marcus. The reader in that coming Puppy Marcus next week will be an F!Reader instead of the typical GN!Reader that's with Marcus, but the Reader in this instance is the one in Mesh Network.

Another rainy day but a rainy day with a concert. However I was held hostage in bed by my cat so I only arrived in Kawasaki at 4 and at the venue past 5.

Ticket exchange was very smooth and I was inside very quickly. There was a bit longer queue for goods but I didn't wait longer that 10 mins. Today's sticker design has Shinya.

Then (well after the loo run) I was at my seat waiting for the concert to start. It was weekend so the schedule was 30 mins earlier than the previous day. This time they started almost on the clock.

The sick people in the SE video were also representing people with mental conditions. There was 'RIP AMERIKKKA' on the US flag, another sign (road sign/informative sign?) had a longer text that included something about disabilities.

The band members started to come out and fans greeted each of them with clapping.

Shinya's new haircut is quite nice, he wore the cream jacket. Die had a long vest and black sleeve kinda things (they accented his arms in a very nice way). Toshiya had the jacket with gold embroidery. Kaoru a suit with thick black and white stripes.

Kyo had a white shirt with frill front and black fitted vest. He wore special make up that looked like a fool clown mask - the white paint covered most of his forehead but from the eyeline down started to narrow, so it really looked like a mask. The overdrawn lips went outside the white.

SE finished with the burning letters forming the tour title. Then they were replaced by DIR EN GREY that looked like it was made of ice.

Rinkaku was a good song to start with. The silence after MINERVA but with all hands in the air.

Then with NwK the energy levels were really high.

And then I heard the first notes from Karasu Love the guitars there, Kaoru was so interesting to watch.

But Kyo was easily pulling my eyes back! He kept such a good contact with audience today😭❤️

Yet one more stolen moment during Karasu: Toshiya got his bass close to upright then reached for the mic stand, basically using it to play for a moment like an oversized bow (he didn't lift the stand just leaned it toward the bass).

And I can't pinpoint the exact songs but he went to the right side of the stage few times today, also came to the stage edge many times.

And by then Kyo's make up was already starting to melt and drip with sweat which really just added to the performance.

Aka had Kyo using the mic cord to create a loop.

Which song was it with the war scenes? There were many dates from the European theatre of WWII but it at some moment showed a medieval battle. And they also added more scenes from Middle East.

One more video I can't place is zombie subway game.

D.T.F.F. aka the song you will want to experience live at least once, I promise you. IT IS A LIVE 'let's have the audience go crazy' MASTERPIECE.

I can't write about each song, they were all just so raw and hitting at all right places. I was headbanging, jumping, fist-pumping, rocking basically non stop (thank you my aisle seat that gave me space allowing to reasses the definition of 'excessive headbanging'😂).

But one thing that changed for me for sure, yesterday I could still feel very keenly the loss at not being able to sing and scream my heart out, but today it was gone. I felt more confident that we can communicate our feelings and reactions to them even without it.

Kyo gave us 'let us hear your heart voice' just as they were starting Utafumi, and during the song hitting his chest with the mic. It was🔥🔥🔥

And then the main part was over and we were clapping and clapping and clapping👏

They came out for encore in different clothes. Kaoru had a black tshirt without sleeves, Toshiya a black blouse with the flower piece from the day before, the string kind of tie is actually part of the piece I think. Shinya also wore a black t-shirt, same as Die I think (not 100% sure).

Kyo had a white piece with black straps that was almost like a white version of the alice uaa piece he wore for Androgynos, but it was asymmetric, one side was sleeveless. He wore the same (I think) wide cropped pants underneath it as with the black piece.

Oboro had the video in the back.

Vinushka had more current scenes added to the video, it could be Afganistan but definitely some scenes from a conflict in the Middle East. Kyo definitely reached very deep into us.

Followers after Vinushka was a genius decision. The energy again was just❤️

And then before saku Kyo started announcing last song, screaming 'LAST! LAST! GUYS!! GIRLS!! Let us hear your heart voice!!!! LAAAAAAST!'

During saku all members were going to other side of the stage, Toshiya went to play in front of Shinya for a bit as well. And Kaoru was for a moment headbanging with Die. Kyo moved around his stand coming to the edge of the stage and kept looking at the fans as we were headbanging and fist-pumping.

Then when the encore was finished Kyo stayed on the stand, the emotions on his face😭😭😭😭😭❤️

He then stood up and pointed at the audience, from his eyes to the audience and again and again. He waves us goodbye before leaving.

Shinya left very quickly, Toshiya came to the edge of the stage before leaving. Kaoru took one pick and saluted us. Die waved as he was walking off.

And considering this is the second time in two weeks this is happening, it is not helping the paranoia aspect of my anxiety. It makes it almost feel like someone is reporting rather than Tumblr just being stupid.

If it’s the latter, then great job, algothrim. Because you missed the 3 p0rn bots that tried to follow me that I had to block...

If it’s the former, just what the crap? If you don’t like me (and I get it, hell, most of the time, I don’t even like myself) or you don’t like my writing (again, I understand), then just...unfollow or block or what have you and leave me alone?

Because this really makes me not want to write on here. It really saps the motivation I had towards writing, which sucks because I was finally getting back into a writing groove.

I’ve had this blog for nearly 8 full years. EIGHT. I don’t want to delete this blog or move (not to mention all the sideblogs I’d have to move, too...) to a new blog! And it just... Like, what do I do? Do I keep posting? How long do I wait for the appeal? Just... ARGH! It sucks. It really, really, really sucks, and I just have been so stressed out and having my own self-doubts about my writing creeping in, and I just... WHY THE KRIFF WAS IT FLAGGED AND WHEN WILL IT GET REVERSED?!

So, yeah. I dunno. I guess let me know if you guys are okay with me still writing or should I wait till this sorts out (hopefully)?

Amelia waited a couple of minutes before texting him again.

She never attempted something like this before, so she hoped he enjoyed it. Granted, she got the costume for herself, but still, the video was meant to excite him.
