Meet "In Regards To Enternity Goes Horribly Wrong" AU Timeline. The kickoff is that Lily isn't able to recover from what happened and fell into a coma. Assigned to a Dr. Avis, things quickly went downhill.

From the Estrellas release, to virus attacks, and much more, the Mushroom Kingdom was in ruin and anarchy. People get desperate, and some people turned to necromancy to try and get some semblance back. Unfortunately, a certain cult leader uses this as a way to get out.

Following this, and many other situations cutting off the world from the Adminspace, doing something to the USB Trio, and the crew being split up, Lily is left in the care of Dr. Avis and Young Effective Memory Recollection Unit, or YEMRU for short. Following the kingdom being split into quadrants, Dr. Avis, Lily, and YEMRU unfortunately end up in Lady Rose's.

Dr. Avis can not live forever, so she gives YEMRU instructions. She unfortunately wasn't able to slow down Lily's aging, as it became apparent that this new kingdom was the new normal, so if Lily ever does end up waking anytime soon, she at the very least will be a young teen.

YEMRU is instructed to, once Dr. Avis inevitably passes, never let Lily out of his sight. He's to be her companion, and make sure she ends up okay. Boyfriend, Girlfriend, (yes, from FNF, sue me I'm on a kick of it), and MK Hatsune Miku end up stumbling on the hideout, and she entrusts them to the same task as YEMRU. She does what she did to Lily to them, and time moves on. (I like to think Lily in both this and the main timeline is close with them, due to the whole music thing.)

Lily does end up waking up, but not before so much time has passed that she's now around 15. She's very clearly confused and disoriented, but the group explains to her the best they can. Mr L is unfortunately one of the quadrant leaders, and considering his and Lady Rose's past agreement, Lily already has a terrible feeling.

Explaining all that they know, Lily becomes a deadset on figuring out what's happened and how to fix it. Knowing she's serious, the group agrees, and they all set out to figure out what's happened, see if the Crew is alive, and hope and pray that this can all be fixed.

DP: The Haunted Jukebox

I remember reading this one Naruto fanfiction once a long time ago. I don’t exactly remember what it was about, but I do remember a plot device in it. Itachi apparently left Sasuke his iPod & I guess it was cursed or enchanted or haunted or something because it would always just suddenly start playing a song at any given moment that would fit immaculately with the current situation.

I also remember another story involving a crossover between Supernatural & Undertale where Grillby had this magic jukebox that would play the song in a person’s soul or something like that. So, for Papyrus, it’d play Bonetrousle & for Sans, it’d play Megalovania. Then, when the Winchesters came walkin’ in the song “Wayward Son” by Kansas came on.

I’m just sayin’ that I really like this kind of trope & would be totally stoked if Danny Phantom had something similar. Just as sort of a gimmick.

Though, I also think that it'd work very easily in most other media.

Like, maybe there’s an old diner, Imma call it Heartsong Diner, in Amity & it has a supposedly haunted jukebox with a similar thing going on to the above. Like, if you press ‘random,’ it will just play whatever’s pertinent at the time & the songs change depending on what’s happening (if something very significant is happening in the middle of a song, there will be a record scratch sound & suddenly a new song is playing that fits what’s happening to-a-T), but if you push the ‘personalize’ button, it’ll create a playlist full of songs that matches your soul or personality & the circumstances surrounding your life right now.

Costumers love it, though there are plenty of times when people get uncomfortable because the songs reveal things to them that they hadn't realized before or just didn't want revealed. Or put words to things that hadn't been spoken about. It's also been the source of a lot of people discovering aspects about themselves that they hadn't before. There are even times when it'll play exactly what a person needs to hear when they're having a difficult time. Or even in certain situations, warnings of consequences that fit a bit too well with something they planned to do later in the case of particularly bad people. At times even almost seeming to respond to conversations. Like, this one time, someone was talking about Paulina's mom & the rumors of her indiscretions, when the jukebox busts out with "She's a freak -Aaw!"

And at some points even seeming to be able to predict the future. Though, by & large, depending on whether or not it has a sense of self of its own, it ultimately just seems to want to help.

There's even a usb port & if you put one in, it'll download your personalized life playlist. If you do so again later & some things in your life have charged or you have changed, the jukebox will alter the playlist it created before to better suit your current situation. Some people even consider it a form of musical therapy as it can often instigate deep self-reflection.

Weird thing is, it wasn't always a usb port. Before that, it was a CD player that would just pop out a CD full of songs & give them to people. And before that, it gave cassettes & before that, vinyls. It's super weird because the owners say that one day the port just changed. As if it changed magically to fit the new technology. But no one actually saw it happen.

The first time Danny walked in there after deciding he was gonna protect Amity, "I Need a Hero" turned on. Danny initially tensed up, but when he realized that no one seemed to be looking at him, he relaxed. The song later changed to "Ghost" by Mystery Skulls & Danny internally freaked.

There was one time when the trio went there & Sam was having gushy feelings for Danny, then suddenly Katy Perry's "E.T." comes on & Sam freaks the fuck out demanding someone change the song with a face as red as a beat while Tucker's like, "No! Turn it up!" The song couldn't be changed, but Danny didn't really react & spent the song being really nice to Sam. Sam is sure he's just being clueless, but the truth is that he'd known about Sam's crush on him for a long time & was just waiting for her to get to a point where she's comfortable telling him on her own because he's into her too.

Another time, the Fenton family were out for dinner there (mostly to see what the jukebox was all about) when Vlad showed up to try & woo Maddie. Next thing they knew "Every Breath You Take" by the Police starts playing. This was after Maternal Instincts, so Vlad & Maddie are hella uncomfortable, Jack comments how there must be some sorta stalker nearby, Jazz is trying to stifle her laughter, & Danny is absolutely busting his gut, smashing his fist against the table & crying tears of laughter.

Yet another time, the Fentons confront Phantom in the parking lot of the diner & from the open door they hear a male cover of "Diamond Jack: The Villain I Appear To Be."

One time, Danny was fighting Spectra & Bertrand nearby & when their fight moved to the diner, the song "Invisible Touch" by Phil Collins began to play. Bertrand could be seen bopping along to the music, obviously liking it, while Spectra just rolled her eyes.

During Reign Storm, "Hail to the King" by Avenged Sevenfold during the battle against Pariah before eventually playing "Storm the Castle" as played by Jonathan Young. Like, literally, it was playing in the background as the battle was raging, the diner had been destroyed at the time & it was like, "Might as well have some epic boss music."

After Reign Storm & the diner was rebuilt, the next time the trio go there, the jukebox starts playing "Ceaser" by the Oh Hellos as well as several other songs about heroes being crowned king. The entire time, Danny felt anxiety sinking into his stomach but wasn't entirely sure why.

When Dan was masquerading as Danny & they went there, "Monster" by Skillet came on & Dan went quiet. He seemed to be deep in thought about something as he listened before snapping out of it.

The day after Urban Jungle, the trio went to the diner & as soon as Danny stepped foot inside, Natewantstobattle's rendition of "Let It Go" started to play. Danny was like, "Really?" & Tucker was losin' his absolute mind. Sam couldn't stop snickering.

In a more angsty timeline when the Fentons are eating out there again (having determined they can't make the jukebox stop what it was doing & that it wasn't hurting anyone), the Fenton parents begin talking to their kids about something regarding their work. Whether it was what they plan to do to Phantom or something they've done that crosses a line for their kids regarding ghost hunting. Jazz tries to tell them it's wrong, but Maddie goes on a tangent about how ghosts aren't people, so it's perfectly moral. "I Have Questions For You" featuring Jacob Lee suddenly starts playing in the background. Danny almost seems to have a breakdown.

The jukebox itself appears to be damn near indestructible too & no one knows how it has access to so many damn songs that don't even appear on the list of available songs. Forget figuring out how it can play songs from the internet or has a usb port when it's been there since the 60s. Hell, half the songs it plays are from the effing future!

Not only that, but if the Fentons try to take it apart, it just seems to be a regular, old-fashioned jukebox with the barest hint of ecto-contamination, but that hint only seems to have been there since it came to Amity & reports say that it's been doing this shit since long before coming to Amity. Either way, they try to remove the contamination, but even that doesn't seem to stop it. They keep trying over & over until the manager of the diner demands their property back. Regardless, it just keeps doing what it's doing & the Drs. Fenton decide that since it's not hurting anybody & doesn't even seem to have an ectoplasmic signature of its own, they would instead just keep an eye on it. Observe it, if you will. When it reveals its true colors, then they'd take possession of it & try to stop it for good.

From what I’m seeing, this idea appears to be a mix of a whole bunch of music-centered tropes. Including but not limited to, the ‘Source Music’, the ‘Suspiciously Apropos Music,’ & ‘“I Am” Song/“I Want” Song’ or ‘Image Song’ (songs that are specifically meant to more deeply explore a character, therefore adding more depth) TV tropes. Also includes ‘Dark Reprises’ when pertinent.

2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime first drive: High performance, low consumption

Don’t believe that gasoline-electric vehicles are anything but boring and slow? Well, it’s time to change your tune, because the RAV4 Prime is the second-quickest Toyota after the Supra sports car. With 302 horsepower on tap, this plug-in hybrid SUV can zip from a standstill to 60 mph in as little as 5.7 seconds, a time that is legitimately swift. And thanks to ample low-end electric torque, it feels even fleeter.

Delivering that strong performance is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, an Atkinson-cycle unit borrowed from the RAV4 Hybrid but retuned for Prime time. Without going too far into the technical weeds, it’s augmented by a trio of electric motor-generators, two in the front transaxle assembly, and a third at the rear. The latter provides on-demand all-wheel drive by turning the aft tires. Serving as an electron reservoir is an 18.1-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack, mounted under the main-cabin floor in a way that does not detract from passenger space. It’s cooled using air-conditioning refrigerant and is backed by a 10-year/150,000-mile warranty. Drivers are further shielded from repair bills by a separate, 8-year/100,000-mile guarantee that covers other hybrid components.

That generously sized battery helps provide a preliminary EPA efficiency rating of 94 miles per gallon equivalent (MPGe) and an electric-only range estimated at 42 miles. Driving it carefully and with the climate control off a good portion of the time, I managed to coax 45 miles out of the RAV4 Prime while running solely on electrons. Honestly, I expected a little more considering I was driving quite conservatively and the conditions were perfect, with temps in the upper 70s. Still, Toyota has delivered on its range promise.

As for efficiency, running this vehicle about 50% on electricity and then 50% on gasoline once the battery pack was depleted, I averaged an indicated 45.3 mpg, though that figure is potentially misleading because real-world economy depends greatly on the ratio between those two operating modes. If, for instance, you drive 50 miles and 42 of them are all electric, the average fuel economy is going to be much higher than if you take a 600-mile road trip burning fossil fuel the whole way.

The times, they are a-chargin’

Hook the RAV4 Prime up to an ordinary 120-volt household outlet, and it takes around 12 hours to fully replenish the battery pack. Plug it in to a 240-volt line with 16 amps of juice, and that time drops to around 4.5 hours. Still, if that’s not speedy enough, XSE models with the premium package (a $3,765 upcharge, which also requires the $815 weather package and the $1,620 audio package) can recharge in as little as 2.5 hours if you have access to a 6.6-kilowatt, 240-volt outlet.

As public charging stations become more and more prevalent, it will be easier and easier to live with an electric vehicle.

After depleting the battery during testing, I found a nearby ChargePoint public station. Hooked to a Level 2 outlet running at 6.6 kW, the vehicle gained 13 miles of EV range after about 45 minutes of charging, right in line with Toyota’s 2.5-hour claim.

Despite basically inventing the modern hybrid, this is Toyota’s first plug-in SUV. There is no shortage of similar crossover SUV models available today, but they’re mostly at the upper end of the market. There aren’t too many direct competitors to the RAV4 Prime. Subaru’s Crosstrek is one, but it only offers 17 miles of electric range. The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is another, with an advertised 22 miles of juice. It’s conceivable you might cross-shop this Toyota with plug-in versions of the Kia Niro or even the Chrysler Pacifica, but none of these are a perfect fit, either. Really, this RAV4’s number-one rival is the new Ford Escape PHEV, which offers slightly less electric range at 37 miles and has around 93 less horsepower, but at least it’s a touch more efficient at 100 MPGe.

Forceful yet mild-mannered

Driving the RAV4 Prime purely on electricity is a great experience. It’s punchy, smooth and nearly silent. As with other EVs, there’s tons of low-end torque, which makes this Toyota leap off the line when you nail the accelerator. Its enthusiasm does wane at higher speeds, but its performance is still solid, able to hit 60 mph in around 9.2 seconds. However, this vehicle’s performance shines most when driven as a hybrid. Throw that internal-combustion engine into the mix and this RAV4’s sprinting abilities improve by leaps and bounds, with its 0-to-60-mph time dropping by nearly 40%.

Potent and efficient, what more could you ask for?

When navigating corners, the Prime feels like it has a touch more body roll than the RAV4 TRD I reviewed recently. This is likely because of its softer ride, which is partly due to loads of extra weight. At about 4,300 pounds in XSE trim, this vehicle is around 500 pounds heavier than the bulkiest RAV4 Hybrid, thanks to its much larger battery pack. To accommodate that additional mass, the vehicle’s chassis has been retuned. The steering is light to the touch, though it’s not as crisp as in other RAV4s. The Prime is, however, extremely quiet inside thanks to laminated front side glass and additional sound deadening, alterations that make for a serene driving experience. Braking feel is also praiseworthy. This plug-in SUV’s pedal has nice weight to it and is easy to modulate, with no discernible weirdness when transitioning from regenerative to friction braking.

A comfortable and versatile interior

Inside the RAV4 Prime, there’s not much to get excited about, and that’s a good thing. Just like the non-plug-in model, this Toyota’s cabin is one of the better offerings in this segment, being attractively designed and made of quality materials. My XSE tester is further gussied up with red stitching on the door panels, dashboard and elsewhere, plus the seats are covered in SofTex imitation leather, which not only feels nice but makes a convincing argument that cow hides aren’t necessary.

As in more run-of-the-mill RAV4s, the Prime’s rear seat is generously portioned and quite comfortable, with good support, plus plenty of space for knees and noggins. A pair of 2.1-amp USB-A ports serve riders relegated to the back, though the vehicle is fitted with a total of five such outlets, plus XSE models feature Qi wireless charging, so nobody’s phone has to go without juice.

This Toyota’s infotainment system is pretty middling, but the large screen is clear, bright and easy to reach.

When it’s time to make an Ikea run for a load of marginal quality, affordably priced, flat-packed furniture, the RAV4 Prime makes an excellent schlepper. It offers 33.5 cubic feet of hauling space behind the second-row seat, a figure that grows to a claimed 63.2 when the backrests are dropped. These figures are slightly behind what the standard RAV4 and its hybrid counterpart offer. They both max out at 69.8 cubes. All in, the Prime still offers a few more cubic feet of space than the Escape plug-in.

While there’s plenty to like about the Prime’s interior, a few things could be improved. The chicklet-like climate control buttons are simply too small to easily manipulate while driving, and some of the switches on the steering wheel feel incredibly cheap. 

Technology bonanza

On that note, I’m not going to further bludgeon a deceased equine, but as I’ve mentioned many times before, I tend to find Toyota’s multimedia offerings to be unattractive and illogical, and that’s unfortunately still true in the RAV4 Prime XSE. But it’s not all bad news.

This infotainment system is at least speedy, and the tablet-style 9-inch screen it’s splashed across is huge and easy to reach, as it’s mounted high on the dashboard. Lower-end SE models feature an 8-incher. With all that display real estate, Apple CarPlay (which, along with Android Auto and Amazon Alexa compatibility comes standard) is super easy to use, showing up nice and big.

The RAV4 Prime offers plenty of features and amenities.

If you still need more screens in your life, don’t fret, because all Prime models feature a reconfigurable 7-inch display nestled in the gauge cluster. It’s clear and easy enough to cycle through the various menus for things like fuel economy and the trip odometer. If that’s not enough, XSE models can even be fitted with a 10-inch color head-up display, which projects relevant driving data onto the windshield. This item is bundled with the $3,765 premium package, which also gets you the aforementioned 6.6-kW charger, ventilated front seats and an awesome digital rearview mirror. The latter features yet another screen behind the glass where a video feed from the reversing camera is displayed to provide a much broader field of view behind the vehicle.

That package also includes a 360-degree camera system, which can be handy for certain parking situations — in theory at least. For some reason, this feature, and even the RAV4’s standard reversing camera, are appallingly bad, super gritty and hard to see on the infotainment screen. This is particularly strange because the digital rearview mirror, which is available on XSE models, looks great, providing a clear, crisp image.

When it comes to advanced driver aids, Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 is standard equipment on the RAV4 Prime, bringing things like automatic emergency braking and road-sign recognition to the table. Lane-keeping assist is included, too, and works quite well, even if it feels a bit soft-handed. It doesn’t lock you into the middle of the lane quite as strongly as competing systems do, resulting in more wandering. You also get adaptive cruise control, though it’s rather middling. On the highway, it’s great, seamlessly adjusting vehicle speed to match surrounding vehicles, but in stop-and-go traffic it can be pretty jerky.

Like other members of the RAV4 family, the Prime model is quite handsome.

Dollars and (common) sense

The 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime is slated to start arriving at dealerships in all 50 states later this month. Keeping things simple, it will be offered in two trims: SE and XSE. My top-shelf tester arrived fitted with all three available options packages, things that inflate its price tag to right around $49,000 including $1,120 in delivery fees. That’s a steep price to pay for what is a mainstream compact crossover SUV, however, that figure does not include any potential discounts. The RAV4 Prime may be eligible for up to $7,500 in federal tax credits, plus other discounts offered by individual states. Of course, you can save a big chunk of change by getting an SE model. They kick off right around $39,195. That’s still a bit pricier than Ford’s entry-level Escape plug-in hybrid, which begins at roughly 35 grand, but the RAV4 does have more power and a nicer interior, plus  Toyota enjoys a better reputation for long-term quality and resale value.

Punchy and efficient, the Prime is easily my pick of today’s RAV4 litter. The addition of a plug-in hybrid powertrain has made a good SUV even better. If you can manage the upcharge, this is the RAV4 to get.

Huawei P20 Review: The device is a dazzling flagship but didn’t come with a trio camera as expected, rather it came with duet rear camera and a solo camera at the front side. As a matter of fact, the newer rear cameras includes 12 MP main-rear camera and a 20 MP camera.

Tripod-free long shutter pictures can be taken with the cameras as the phone comes with a MasterAI. There is telephoto feature and monochrome features. The device failed to come with water resistivity features despite the absence of an earphone jack. It also failed to come with an OLED display.

The front and back section is made of glass unlike the P20 Lite that has only its front made of glass and the back made of plastic. To be more disappointed, the device has no provision for internal memory expansion as it does not come with a microSD card slot and no FM radio. But the device comes with an OTG cable that is used on a reversible connector.

Huawei P20 features a capacitive 5.8 inches’ touchscreen display. This device runs on an operating system of Android 8.1 (Oreo). The Huawei P20 Price is $500. The device comes with dual 12 MP and 20 MP rear cameras. The front side also has 24 MP selfie camera at the front. It comes in 4 GB RAM. A non-removable Li-Po 3400 mAh battery powers the device.

The P20 has a processing speed that is enhanced due to the octa-core processing technology. The internal memory version of the device includes 128 GB internal memory which comes with a 4 GB RAM.

  The operating system of Huawei P20 is the Android 8.1 (Oreo) which seems to be upgradable to a higher version of android 9.0 (Pie). It has a HiSilicon Kirin 970 made with 10 nm manufacturing process. The CPU is an Octa-core that runs at 4×2.4 GHz for Cortex-A73 and 4×1.8 GHz for Cortex-A53. The graphic processor is a Mali-G72 MP12.

The rear cameras are duet 12 megapixels with 20-megapixel rear cameras. The rear camera comes with LED flash, HDR and panorama. You can capture videos of about 4k resolution with the rear camera of the Huawei P20. The front side has a single 24 MP camera that can record 1080p resolution.

There is an LTPS IPS LCD screen of 5.8 inches at its front that has a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2240 pixels.  The device comes with single SIM and dual nano SIM models.

The front mounted fingerprint sensor is there for maximum security of the phone. There is an earphone jack and a single speaker. A battery of 3400 mAh powers the device.

Unboxing

Unwrapping the black cartoon of the device will reveal many white accessories like a two-pinned white charger adapter, a white headphone, a white USB chord and a 3.5mm-to-USB-C adapter.

Always make sure that the cartoon is properly sealed so as to get the full content in box. If not, you might be getting half or fewer contents when you unbox a supposed new device. The Huawei P20 price is not much because you will get some phone covers and manual books in the box.

Design

The Huawei P20 comes with a physical dimension of 149.1 millimeters via length which 10.7 shorter than the P20 Lite. it is 70.8 millimeters in width which is 6.8 millimeter less wide than the P20 Lite. The phone is 7.7 millimeters thick.  The P20 weighs 165 grams. It’s strange that the Lite version of a device is more longer, wider and thicker than that device.

At the front side of the device, you will see a 5.8 inches’ IPS LCD display. The 5.8 inches’ display screen on P20 comes with a screen-to-body ratio of 18.7:9.

The display almost covered every part of the front view excluding the part were the home key was supposed to be. This means that there is a home key on the Huawei P20. But the display screen didn’t cover the region meant for the earpiece and selfie camera with its sensors.

With the earpiece at the top front-side of the phone, the front side also sees a 24 MP camera depending on the version. The face recognition sensor is there at the front side of the phone.

At the back you will see two cameras including 12 megapixels and 20 megapixel cameras vertically place at the left-top of the rear part of the phone. The camera has its flash and sensor placed beneath it.

The left side of the phone is for volume keys and power key. The right side of the phone has the SIM card and microSD tray.

The device does not come with an audio jack but comes with a wired paired headphone that is connected to the phone via a 3.5mm-to-USB-C adapter. The device is not waterproof and dustproof. It can’t resist water and dust up to certain distance for a time.

At the bottom of the phone, there is an earphone jack at the bottom-left with a USB port separating the earphone jack from the loudspeaker that comes after the primary microphone at the bottom right. The primary mic is located at the right side of the USB port. And after the loudspeaker. This device has variant colors like Twilight, Black, Midnight Blue and Pink Gold colors.

Display

The device has a 5.84 inches’ display which comes with a 1080 pixels by 2280 pixels’ resolution that has a pixel density of 477 ppi. The display type is a super LTPS IPS LCD screen has a brightness of 480 nits.

  Performance and Memory

The Huawei P20 is driven by an operating system of Android 8.1 (0reo) which is upgradable to Android 9.0 (Pie). The device comes with HiSilicon Kirin 970 that has 10 nm manufacturing process. This chipset has a processor of eight cores running at 4 x 2.4 GHz. The graphics processor for it is a Mali-G72 MP12.

This device comes with one single RAM version which include 4 GB RAM. The device has 128 GB internal memory. But the internal memory cannot be expanded using a microSD card because there is no card slot.

Camera

The rear cameras are a duet 12 megapixels and 20-megapixel rear cameras. The camera comes with LED flash, HDR and panorama. You can capture videos of 4k resolution with the rear camera of the P20.
