today it's been a year since i went to lyon for three days with my class and it had been a long time since i discovered a new place so it is now one of my favorite trips i did. i have so many good memories and still feel so happy talking to people about it and thinking how happy i was there. i was going through a difficult time then but now i miss this period of my life, as well as my classmates and the people i met there 🥺🥰.

(at least the idealised version i created in my head after those three days..)#(not like the real lyon city which is like... fascist city. catholic bigot ++ city.)#sophia talks #when i was there i at some point was like “man i could see me live here.” which is technically a good thing.#it was also sunny with a nice temperature so like that might have helped.#i will do a photo dump though because i took so many with my (then) new phone. the biggest tourist for real.
