I changed how Parallel Canon works with my agents slightly, and one of the effects of that is Four glowing like the Jelleton Portals under low light!

Agent 4 thoughts.......
#my little fellow isn't exactly a security guy#he's hardly the strongest fighter in the splatoon either#- he uses lot of weapons but that just makes him versatile not *strong* necessarily#so i wonder how parallel canon would work?#maybe it's because of data pulled from people's perception of him - the main people order would draw from would be from:#marina (who knows the guy as a strong agent who was able to beat octavio at a young age)#and andy (who also views him as strong - he was the reason she heard the inkantation#so it'd make sense she holds him in a high regard)#in that case it makes sense for him to be portrayed in this data as someone who'd be a good fighter - useful for defending the tower perhaps#also on 'beacon uses a lot of weapons' - i think it'd be very fun if as parallel canon he reflected whatever weapon andy has currently#that would be very cool#anyway this has been agent 4 thoughts with me. goodbye#(ocs) aphotic zone#oh hey it's vessel#splatoon#agent 4

#aphotic zone didn't really have much of a?? niche?? before - hell I didn't bloody know what type of music they made#but like. it Has occurred to me#most of the band members are bioluminescent + synth is a heavy instrument + aphotic zone (area of water with no natural sunlight)#+ lead singer is literally a Beacon.#aphotic zone is synthwave now have a nice day#also been thinking of changing fish's instrument.........violin in synthwave could sound. cool as hell#oh hey it's vessel#splatoon#(ocs) aphotic zone

What is your character's biggest secret? Why is it a secret? How would they react/what would be the repercussions of this secret getting out?
Thank you very much for the ask!! As I said in the tags, you're doing god's work out here, haha
I'll use Beacon for this one - the rest of the gang are pretty open about their emotions nowadays (the point around Octo Expansion, though? ...yeah not so much)
The first real 'big secret' that comes to mind is, since the events of the main campaign, he's honestly been feeling pretty insecure about himself and his future again, and he actually hates it. When he was 16, he kept moving from hobby to job, never really finding one that sticks, and worrying that he won't ever make his family proud as a result. He'd been pretty happy when Aphotic Zone was fully established - between it and working at Grizzco, he finally felt like he had a concrete idea of how his life was going to go. Grizzco pretty much took up the majority of his time when he wasn't with the band, to be honest - it was nice, to be actively contributing to something. It made him feel useful. But... he's stopped working at Grizzco, since Fish told everyone what they were doing with the eggs.
So, he's been left without one of the major parts of his life. Which, honestly? He's not doing so great after! He's back to feeling like he doesn't know what to do with himself outside of the band! It's really frustrating! But, despite this, he doesn't really want to tell the others about it. They've got things to do, both as agents and bandmates. They all know he felt bad about Grizzco, and that's all they really need to know. They think he's pretty much over it now, anyway, so...he doesn't know how he'd bring it up, really.
(In reality, bringing it up would probably actually be pretty good for him. I doubt he's going to stay all that great at hiding it, either - after a while he'll start getting restless again, which is more than likely to draw attention.)
