Yeah my best guess is drugs. Gun powder is black so drugs would be the most common Dangerous White Powder...
#Servamp#Fun fact!#Some classmates (well not classmates same grade/school) once almost got their teacher in trouble with flour#It was during a school trip (I only heard about it after bc i wasnt on it)#Now this was 10th or 11th grade so like 16 year olds and maybe a few 15/17 year olds#And a bunch of them got together in their hotel room with a bunch of flour#And put it into neat lines and held a straw between the flour and their noses#And took photos of that bc they were teenagers and found that funny#And then thought it was a good idea to post it on Facebook#Where of course their parents saw it#And believed it was real.#I don't think the teacher got into real trouble because it was.
