What is y'alls Janitor Station to follower ratio?

I have about 70 followers (help the lag is so bad) but my problem is that they PISS AND SHIT AND VOM EVERYWHERE. They literally run over to the shit and vomit, and they do it so fast that the base gets filthy and they get sick.

I had both an upgraded janitor station and outhouse but ever since the sex update and adding the Janitor Station they BARELY use the damn OutHouse anymore. You can't designate a single follower to he the maid either, you gotta assign them to clean when it happens, which happens so fast that followers are already getting sick before anyone can clean it up.

It's so bad when I have baby followers too. It's come to the point that I do the fasting ritual as often as I can so they STOP SHITTING ALL THE FUCKIN TIME. But I also need the poop for farming, and poop rooms on the crusades isn't enough to supply 100+ farm plots.
