ВТРЕТЄ ЗА 22 РОКИ

Трійця настає через 50 днів після Великодня, Па́ски (якщо при розрахунку брати Великдень як 1-й день). Тому це свято має ще одну назву - П'ятидесятниця, також в Україні - це Зелені свята. Хати, житла, оселі оздоблюються зеленими гілками дерев, а на долівку простеляється свіжоскошена трава. День Зелених свят у дохристиянський час ознаменував завершення весняного і початок літнього календарного циклу. В основі свята лежали культ дерев та рослинности, магія закликання майбутнього врожаю. Християни не у змозі були геть викорінити дохристиянське тлумачення свята, тому ідеологічно переінакшили його, прив'язавши до нової державної ідеології - Християнства. Християни стверджували, що у цей день, на 50-й день по розп'ятті Ісуса, на зібранні тодішніх християн на них зійшов Дух Святий, тому ще одна назва цього свята - свято Зішестя Святого Духа.

Трійця, як переконують християни, це Триєдиний Бог - Бог-Отець, Бог-Син, Бог-Дух Святий. Один, мов��яв, єдиний Бог, але у триєдиній іпостасі. Мені, як людині, що у виші вивчала логіку і матаналіз, дуже складно логічно прийняти таку концепцію Бога. Один-єдиний, але триєдиний... А от як ідеолог і політик, я цілком розумію релігійну логіку християн. Ги.

Оскільки Великдень належить до так званих рухомих свят, то і Свято Трійці є рухомим, тобто кожен рік змінюється календарна дата цього свята.

Ось за православною традицією за останні 22 роки на які дати припадала Трійця:

Як бачите, Трійця за останні 22 роки на 7 червня припадала три рази́: у 1998, 2009 та 2020 роках.

Якраз на Трійцю 1998 року я познайомився з Наталкою Кучук, нині моєю дружиною Наталкою Якименко. Саме тому свято Трійці у нашій сім'ї має особливий сенс. Я тоді, у 1998 році, мав 33 роки (вік Христа, ги), а Наталка мала 21 рік. Нині мені 55, Наталці 43. А 30 квітня 1999 року ми побралися.

Так от, скажу за Трійцю, тобто День нашого знайомства у 1998 році. Все було прописано на небесах, ги-ги. Тобто, нічого б з нами не відбулося, якби не випадкові обставини. Випадково я залишився гостювати у батьків у Кам'янському, в їхній хаті на околиці міста. Випадково Наталка у саме цей день пішла на Самишину балку, що у місті Кам'янському, відвідати хату своєї покійної на той час бабусі Марії Мерзлякової (це її бабуся по мамі). Випадково Наталка пішла узвозом-ґрунтівкою, що йде повз хату моїх батьків, а не іншим шляхом (той інший шлях ішов угору крутіше, вже заростав кущами, і прямує геть далі від хати моїх батьків). Випадково я вийшов з батькової хати у двір саме тоді, як Наталка йшла повз наш паркан...

Я побачив як дорогою іде гарна молоденька дівчина. Я гукнув її, вона зупинилася. Ми підійшли з обох сторін до паркану, розговорилися, я дав свою візитку юриста... Так почалося наше знайомство, а зго��ом і спільне життя після випадкової зустрічі у Трійцю 7 червня1998 року.

Тому 7 червня для нас - родинне свято. І особливо нас огортають спогади, коли на чергове 7 червня припадає Трійця. Два-в-одному, так би мовити. 7 червня і Трійця. Як і в День нашого знайомства...

Про Трійцю, тобто День знайомства, я писав неодноразово (нижче надаю посилання). От і нині, коли втретє за 22 роки 7 червня збіглося із Трійцею, я знову пишу про цей День.

How strange to wash my eyelids— like a small foetus (an imaginary one, of course), curled up like an eagle’s nest. I never felt warm again inside.

The bathtub was full of these flowers; my own insecurity a huge hole in the floor. It’s a lonely life—like being stabbed, like the end of May, like writing underwater.

We stood in front of the mirror, weeping with laughter. Wondered the distance between cars and stairways, stuff like that. (It’s all a dream, you know.)

The whole mountainside is a large wooden coffin around me. We human beings, cast to the winds, dead in the oven. I ran away, and he drove me all the way home, the lucky devil.

I want to tell you so many things

Small, silly things.

Like the little toddler this evening that made me smile, that afternoon cup of coffee that tasted particularly sweet or the cloud I saw after work that brought to mind a bed ridden horse.

Moderately interesting things.

Like the latest gossip at work (no one is sleeping with anyone...yet), the hello-how-are-things letter I got from an old friend from high school or the homeless man that danced his heart out on the street corner.

Most terrifying of all is the fact that I also want to tell you big, intimately personal things.

Like how I’m unhappy with where I am in life but I’m trying to be okay with it, how I’m afraid that life is just passing me by and I’m just watching from the sidelines, how disappointed I get in myself for giving up on my dream too quickly.

Biggest thing I want to tell you? You inspire me to become a better person, to do better, BE better. You make me want to become the person I want to be versus being content with the person I am today. 

But telling you that would open up too much of me. Heck, telling you anything other than the first paragraph is too much for where we are. So I'll say "Hello" and "How are you?" instead.
