It's one of the days where I keep crying over nothing and I hate it
#it's a long-term side effect from having taken effexor/venlafaxine#along with occasional cold flashes and trembling fits#i went off it by 10mg a week and sometimes kept at a dosage for longer if needed#and i got to 0mg in November#i was put on an overdose level in a mental hospital#felt happier than i ever have in my life#i was released (with no refills and no psychiatrist) and then a week or so after that it started getting rough#i was on it for 8 years bc the withdrawal is so bad i didn't want to to off of it#but with the shortage of adhd meds i didn't want to risk having to go cold turkey#it's clinically on par w heroin withdrawal btw#so cold turkey is not only inadvisable but also dangerous#anywho at least my uncontrolled muscle twitching has lessened considerably
