5. What creative work are you most proud of (your own or someone else’s)? Of mine I’m really proud of the first thing I posted - Captain America and the Winter Soldier Read Thirst Tweets because it’s the first thing I wrote and finished and posted and it’s really funny :) That fic is what got me excited about writing and made me feel like I could do it and wouldn’t totally suck. But I’m also really proud of Anything you feel, put it all on me which was the first Sterek fic I finished and I just like the idea and love how it came out.

genuinely, i cannot decide if caroline is a little bit in love with andy or if she’s just like #Goals, or if it’s a little bit of both? regardless, she’s 100% MOST intimidated of andy, but also probably just stares at her like “oh my god she’s so powerful and incredible look at her she’s my role model i want to be her when i grow up” --- this also means that she will be about 80% more prone to rambling when andy is around.

nile is also #goals, but less intimidating goals, but still hella intimidating. but a marine??? hell yes, she has 1000% of caroline’s respect At All Times, but also is so far out of her league that she’s super easily intimidated by her.

joe and nicky are her favorites, she could watch them interact / listen to them talk about history for like literally forever

i cannot explain why but if either one of them could teach her how to cook or speak italian or do any sort of thing she would dIE

re: booker --- as much as she’d hate to admit it, she definitely understands where he’s coming from. that being said she’s probably not entirely capable of hating him and would probably keep tabs just in case

she’s met merrick one ( 1 ) time and instantly hated him and he’s 150% of the reason she left once she realized that copley was more than somewhat considering giving him their research. it was a huge blowout.

she’s still not ENTIRELY over it and her relationship with copley is still strained as fuck and she’s lost almost all respect for him, but she’s polite enough to work alongside of him because she knows he has the best research and resources

the only reason she doesn’t 100% hate him is because again, she can understand the desire for wanting the power to save the ones closest to you, but she also knows that it’s not their power to control.

the guilt she feels that even the smallest amount of her research was used against them makes her nauseous, and she’ll do anything to make it up to them

has about zero self preservation instincts and is stupidly protective of every member of the guard. like...it literally would not occur to her that they’d be fine if they were found out ( bc lbr they’d kick ass regardless ) so there’s about an 80% chance she would get herself hurt protecting any one of them / their secret / their whereabouts

as naive as it sounds: she doesn’t have family. the whole reason she got into this research is because it was something her dad left, and even though she fully knows she’ll never be part of their group or their family, she kinda considers them the closest thing she has to family, so she’ll do whatever she can to keep them safe

also when she finds out about quynh, she’ll devote almost all her time to trying to track her down, she’ll scour oceanography reports, contact deep sea divers, try and find someone with a submarine or equipment that can search the bottom of the ocean to find her --- she literally would not be able to let it go.

Mode traditional stack: - financing - payment processing - monetization - marketing automation - product analytics plus, web3 stack - multi-sig capabilities - on-chain analytics - governance - treasury mgmt - token rewards programs At @viamirror, we think it’s useful to hone in a specific use case, provide the tooling it needs to be successful, and expand from there. some options: - publication DAO - investment clubs - decentralized grant programs - social games for curators / collectors As your protocol builds tools to help creators / communities start, manage, and scale crypto-native businesses, it becomes time to think about how to decentralize the protocol itself. this brings us to the final phase: A Protocol Economy 3/ A Protocol Economy Goal: Build a community owned / operated protocol with minimal involvement from the initial development team. Ongoing development is driven by community-led committees with active participation from creators, curators, collectors, and a developer ecosystem. Over the past few months, DeFi protocols have started entering this phase. they’re managing billion dollar treasuries, tokens with billion dollar market caps, and coordinating hundreds of people without any formal top-down structure it’s pretty mindblowing. We’re still learning about best practices in the protocol economy phase but here are a few key components: - a protocol token. your token can be used as currency OR capital. - third party developer ecosystem. requires a suite of tools like audited / well-tested smart contracts, documentation, subgraphs for querying on-chain data, SDKs, grants, and bug bounties over time, the best protocols will have tens or hundreds of apps integrating w/ them - community-led committees. focused on managing product roadmap, budgets, monetary policy, long-term strategy, etc. - community benefit programs. could include universal creator income, insurance for smart contracts, p2p zero-interest loans, pooled savings account, etc Just how we saw a few DeFi protocols scale over the past few years, I think we’ll see the same w/ creator-focused protocols soon they’ll go from Creator Mode -> Org Mode -> A Protocol Economy Come for the creator, stay for the economy.
