tbh I think Marinette wouldn't even accept having the ring in her possession, even if Adrien insisted in giving to her.

Maybe, who knows! unless he convinces her it's for safety reasons to have both rings in different places (& I think at first she would freak out if he asked that of her fjfnf)

Point is she wouldn't use it to control him if he ever was to trust her with it or if she ever had it in her hands for x/y reasons 😌
