Can Ink still travel between AUs in this multiverse?
If so, may I introduce him to the dragon known as Dratini, no burning down buildings, tiny worm boi, latter regular worm boi and even latter a chubby dragon who just wants to be your friend.
Only in any Pokémon related AU at Celadon Game Corner for 2800C!
No spoilers! Not canon but here you go :)

Let's say you're 160 & want to be 130 which is 30#.
For my 5 week projection dιeτ you would need to tdee 2 000 & extra burn 1 000 to be in a deficit of 3 000 every day.
You would be 154 a week later. That's 24#/5weeks which is 4.8#/week. A # is 3 500 c so you need to miss out on 16 800 c in a week or 2 400/day. If your tdee is 2 000 then you need to intake absolutely nothing & then work out to get rid of another 400. (You need to eατ so let's say you work out another 600c & eαt 600 too.)
Now you're 149.2. That's a little over 10# in two weeks which is, btw, practically impossible & really dangerous. (As you get less mass, your tdee gets smaller, so the 2 000 estimation that I'm using is inaccurate. I'm just using it for simplicity.)
Now you only want to get rid of 19.2 in five weeks. That's only 3.84/week which is a lot more manageable than 6. 3.84/7 days is 0.548etc/day, *3500c is 1 920. If your tdee is 2 000 then you can actually consume 80c & be at your goal in 5 weeks!
After one week of that, you'd be abt 145.4, if I can round a bit. You need to get rid of 15.4# in 5 weeks. You need to get rid of 3.08 every week. 3.08# in c means you need use up & not replace 10 780 every week, or 1 540 every day. You already use up 2 000 every day with your tdee so you can actually enjoy 460c every day! (If you had continues with absolutely nothing & continued to work out an extra 1 000c & somehow your tdee was always exactly 2 000 then you'd be at your ug now, but that would probably make you sleep with the fishes.)
Let's say you're now 142.3. you have five weeks to destroy 12.3#, or 2.46/week. That's 8 610 you need to miss throughout the week, or 1 230 each day. You already get rid of 2 000 each day so you can only replenish 770c each day.
After a week of that you'd be abt 139.8. now you only need to discard 9.8# in 5 weeks! That means you'd be trying to discard 1.96#/week, or 0.28/day. That's only worth 980c so after burning 2 000 in your tdee you can replenish 1 020c by eατing. You can stay here now & reach your goal in 5 weeks reasonably & then have your tdee of 2 000 replenished fully with 2 000 intake & stay perfectly where you are, except that your tdee probably changed so shush & also you'd go from 1 000 to 2 000 once you hit your ug which would be weird.
If you follow the pattern, you'd be at 137.8 ish after a week of that. You now only need to get rid of 7.8# in 5w, which is 1.56#/w, & you only need to not restock 5 460c/w, or 780/day. That means you can intake 1 220 & your tdee would being you down back to -780 still.
You're so close to your ug now, & the slowing down of your WL will help you get used to your body & it might help prevent the lowering of ugws.
136.24 means you need to release 6.24#/5w, or 1.248#/w, or 4 368c/w, which means you need to be missing 624 each day which means the remaining is 1 376 you get to consume.
Now you're 135 & you only need to say goodbye to 5# over the course of 5w. That's a # a week. A # is 3 500c & divided by seven days would be 500/day. That leaves you with 1 500 every day. Now that's a reasonable number!
After a week you're at 134 which is within the fluctuation range of 130. You only need to use up 0.8#/week. Remember in the first week when you needed to get rid of 0.8 in a day? Now you have a whole week! You need to use up 2 000c & only fill back up with 1 600c to net out at -400. (400cx7d=2800c=0.8#)
133.2, -3.2/5w, -0.64#/w, -2 240c/w, -320c/d; -2 000 from tdee + 1 680 intake = your deficit of 320.
132.56 means you want to change by -2.56 in 5 weeks, or by 0.512 in one week, or by 0.07etc in one day, which is 256c by which you need to change every day. You get to have 1 744c every day.
Now you're at 132(.048 but I'll round). That's -2#/5w, or -0.4/w, or -1 400c/w, or -200/day, which means if you start at 0 & your tdee uses up 2 000 then you're at -2 000 but you want to be at only -200 so you need to intake 1 800 every day.
After that week you're at 131.6. 1.6/5=0.32
Now you're at 131.28, 0.256/w, which would leave you at basically 131.
1/5= 0.2#/w or 700c/w, or 100c/d, which makes your intake 1 900.
130.8 is 130 so now you're at your ug. Tbh you can stay at 1 900 for the next 4 weeks & end up at 130 & then there's no consequence when you go back to 2 000.
Still though, you can follow the pattern. If you want to go from 130.8 to 130 in 5 weeks then you need to get rid of 0.16 every week. You need to skip 560c every week, or 80 every day. 1 920.
130.64, -0.64/5w, 0.128/1w, -448c/w or -64/day, that's 1 936 to take in. If, let's say, you actually do 1 935, that's 65/d which is 455/w & 455 is 0.13# instead of 0.128.
130.51, but I already rounded the above number, what's a little more rounding? 130.5. now it's 0.5#/5w, or 0.1#/w, or 0.1 of 3 500 which is 350. You only need to skip out on 350 in a week, but you can do that in a day if you have a sudden day of 1 650 thrown in there. Anyway if it's 350/w then it's 50/day & 1 950 is honestly uncountable with the metrics we have & you'll probably be not this specific anyway. Oh well, if you're at 1 950 for a week you'll get rid of 0.1#.
There's really no point in going any further than this.
As you can see, the intake slowly goes up until it is a perfectly reasonable number & your metab is happy instead of getting smaller & smaller. It helps you to build back your relationship w fοοd.
Another version of this could be: 1 000c/day until you get to the point where 0=5 weeks until you hit your ugw, & then you start the dιeτ. You can stop increasing once you hit a number of your choice like 1 200 or -1#/week or 1# from your gw, whatever you want.

so waller gets given circe's "vision" of ilana starting ww3, and instead of doing any real due diligence, just. calls someone whose knowledge of circe is at best gained from interviewing/asking diana. and is realistically probably from acquiring records of what diana has said about circe and old texts/myths/etc (which for all anyone knows are incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated)
and proceeds to immediately jump to "we need to kill the princess right now"
instead of just. sending the team over with the same excuse they used in canon of "yeah we got intel that there's a threat to the princess' life" so they could gather intel on
whether ilana was even actually evil
if she was, what the details of her plan were
whether her plan required to be alive (in case she had a dead man's switch or agents who would carry it out in the event of her death)
of course, the above could again all be intentional on the part of the show so like. fine, it's acceptable.
but everything about nina's death is stupid
1: there was no good reason for her to be on the team.
waller says nina "might be able to help [flag] keep the rest of them in line" but nina's a complete pushover. at best she keeps the others in check by being likeable enough that they don't want to upset her too much, but even then that only really seems to be the case for the bride (whose only real insubordination was leaving for the necklace) and gi robot (who can be kept in check by saying "no, those aren't nazis"). so.
waller also more or less states that nina is more effective underwater, which made me think she'd be like the common meme idea of aquaman (where he's strong in water but gets kryptonited out of it). in reality she's basically just someone who can swim well and doesn't need scuba gear, but can't fight at all. so the most you can use her for is like. marine/aquatic scouting. in everything else she's a straight up liability
2: everything about the situation that causes her death is idiotic
the guards are incompetent and set up the worst perimeter possible. that nina was able to just walk into the pond/lake without anyone seeing her, despite there being guys all around the shore (who are for some reason all looking into the lake, instead of outwards from it), and multiple elevated positions which give a clear view of the entire area (also why the hell did they let ilana take a swim in the first place? like even considering she's the princess.)
there was no reason nina had to be the one to kill ilana, and she straight up shouldn't have been the one to do it. it didn't need to be her because the bride has guns, is strong enough to not need to worry about recoil, is accurate enough with an iron sights rifle/machine gun to hit a hand-sized target about the same distance away, and is clearly capable of leaping far enough fast enough to get close enough that arguments about pistols being less accurate/harder to aim with don't matter. phosphorus could also probably do it by just walking into the water and going super saiyan like he did against the tank: if he can go hot enough to vaporise the amount of steel he would have had to to go through the turret and hull (which is at least 2800C), walking into the water at that temperature — or instantly reaching that temperature after walking in — should immediately cause a massive explosion as a large part if not all of the lake turns into boiling vapour. the guards clearly aren't a threat to the bride or phosphorus, because they have stormtrooper aim (at least three of them manage to miss the bride while she's standing still despite firing multiple shots), and have crap armour that gets defeated by normal guns. phosphorus is also possibly immune to their weapons depending on what they are (if they're heat-based lasers or plasma he should probably be immune, if they're kinetic particle beams/energy bolts then it's up in the air)
basically, nina's cool but it's very clear she was put in the show specifically to be killed off. the only two characters she has any connection to are gi (who dies* in e3) and the bride (who's the only one who's actually affected by her death). she's completely useless to the team in any tactical sense, and the only one who has any development due to her is the bride (where the development mostly seems to amount to "sees nina as a friend")
on the one hand creature commandos is like. fine and I was mostly enjoying it up until that bit in the last episode
on the other hand. the final episode pissed me off
#this is a mess but I wanted to get it out of my system#might write a more organised version of this tomorrow#for the record: I like nina as a character. If she hadn't died (or had died in a less stupid way) I wouldn't be complaining about this#but because they decided to kill her I feel I have the right to complain about it. because her death makes everyone else look stupid#waller for putting her on the team. and the team for making her try to kill ilana despite her being the worst non-weasel option present#like it feels like it was done to subvert the expectation of ''wow she's been useless the entire series#and this is her focus/flashback episode. so surely this is the one where she gets her time to shine''#but instead of it feeling clever it's just annoying and stupid#also made worse by the fact that she dies (maybe she'll come back but for now she's dead) and yet eric lives#despite eric being both completely repulsive (personality-wise) and anger-inducing while being totally uncompelling
