it's kinda hard to explain but this game has the same vibes as those red sox vs yankees games that go on for 8 hours too long

i go back and forth between wanting to disconnect from the digital world

a fear of missing out is real

but it’s been awhile since I have truly felt connected to people, like in the real world

true connection. face to face conversation. where they don’t see who i am or what i’m doing through the lense of Instagram stories. which social media is only a facade anyway. but rather sheer curiousity. really wanting to get to know who i am and what i have been up to. engaging in the moment.
