Salute Saturday Savages 馃嚭馃嚫 Easy overnight dough! You can make a Roma style fluffy and crispy homemade PZZA dough just overnight too! Basically it's yeast added to warm water, some flour, salt and EVOO. Let this mixture rest from gently being kneaded. In about an hour form into aThen rest it over night in to a dough ball. Place in fridge in a sealed container and knead into a ball in the morning. Let that dough rise in the sealed container in a dark cupboard until it quadruples! Carefully handle the dough and cut/ divide it into the amounts for pizza's. Salute Saturday Savages 馃嚭馃嚫 Hope you are doing well! My son's favorite pepperoni and Black Olive and the wife's thin crust chicken ranch. My newest launch experiment is a 255 gram 3 meat PZZA! It's a chicken, bacon and pepperoni. They're really all the great classic meats on any pizza. A bunch of black olives (of course) some scattered green onion with a homegrown jalape帽o for the "Savages" in us all! I used A jarred red sauce BUT...completely covered it in fresh microplaned Parmesan Reggiano then a little bit of shredded Mozzarella. That way I was really able to bring this 3 meat pie together with a lot more sauce underneath!
